Hi @ssam we use this display metadata and it shows on the page like this: In this way, you can also display the metadata by preview in the edit metadata without entering the editing page mode. It is very challenging with the content growing. I personally am also not a big fan of the sidebar clicking all the expanding buttons. If you are looking to keep a simple space structure, you can also try sth like SubSpace to centralise the space-important content.
