Hey @Ondřej Rolník It must be your lucky day today. I had the same curiosity few months back and I got it resolved via Jira Automation. My requirements is similar to yours. In addition to that I've implemented the following: * Total Story Points in an Epic * Total SP completed * Total SP remaining This is implemented via…

Hello @Melissa Since issuefunction is working for you, please try the JQL below: issueType = Epic AND NOT issueFunction in linkedIssuesOf("issueType = Review") In above query try either NOT issuefunction in or try issuefunction NOT IN. Whichever works for you. This query will simply retrieve Epics that have no linked Task…

Hello @seyidagha.mukhtarov It is probably a performance issue for your Jira Server instance. 1000 bulk operation is the maximum limit you can perform with bulk operation. If it can't handle 1000 issues, try reducing the server load with either 500, 300, 200 issues and do the same performance twice, thrice or five times.

Hello @Kobi Rosenstein If you remove a user from JIRA, there might be issues with handling the tickets created by those users. Also those tickets will be unassigned and we need to perform bulk operation. But if you simply deactivate their credentials, meaning no site access and account inactive, it will not create any…

Hello @Florian Bauer In typical JQL query we can use these two functions to retrieve hierarchy level issuetypes. StandardIssueTypes() and SubtaskIssueTypes JQL: issuetype in standardIssueTypes() JQL: issuetype in subTaskIssueTypes() I don't have any hands on experience with the REST API but I would retrieve these two…

Hey @Oğuz Özkaya Are you trying to move tickets from one project to another which you have selected either from some query of from some filter? From what I understand you are having issue migrating a bunch of tickets which you have listed from some query(can be via label or some status) to another project. If that is true,…

Hey @Isaac Van Baren , To add on @Mayura Gautham answer. If you are proejct administrator/Scrum Master or Admin, configure that board and set above filter in the quick filter section. Now every time a user sees the project Board, will see the filter and can filter the tickets assigned to them only.

Hi @Ethan , Welcome to the community. To answer your question, I assume we cannot retrieve member lists of a group from JQL. This is an administration task which can be managed from your Jira Administrator. An administrator knows who is present in which group and can pass you the member list. We may also have some options…

Hey @Sankalp Dubey I am also using Jira Android app from my One Plus 6 phone but have never faced the Crash scenario. I'm not sure anyone in the community can help in debugging the crash based on the limited input. I suggest you create a support ticket at atlassian support :- https://support.atlassian.com/ Some…

Hi @Oğuz Özkaya Welcome to the community. Hey @Alexander Pappert @Hana Kučerová @Andy Gladstone It doesn't look like an error! The catch here is that 5 answers were completed as a part of Jira Teacher. Hey @Tudor Brad Another curiosity, What is your Jira Filter for your board composed of? I found few resources which deal with the same issue: * https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/done-or-resolved-issues-appear-in-a-scrum-board-backlog-in-jira-server-779159078.html *…

Wow this is unique. Hi @Tudor Brad , I'm not sure if my answer helps, but can you please confirm if the Columns of your Jira Board is maped properly on what to show on the left most and the right most column? If the last column of the board is in done status it shouldn't be displayed here in backlog. And to my experience,…

@Dewa Fakha Shiva If that one user in your TCA group is also in default groups like jira-developers and jira-users, they can view other projects. Please restrict users in limited group and provide access to your group to the permission that the user should perform. Its a combination of Jira groups/ permission scheme and…
-
Did you apply restriction to individual projects making different permission scheme and assigning unique permission scheme to individual project? Like I mentioned earlier, In default permission scheme Jira-users, jira-developers are provided permission to view and update tickets. So if you fall under jira-user or…

@Dewa Fakha Shiva Yes you are in right track. But remember, let the Atlassian-addons-project-access and atlassian-administrator be there. This will mess other roles. Remove any logged in users, if you donot one everyone to view the project/tickets. Then click update and add either that particular user or a particular group…
