Hi @Dewa Fakha Shiva To keep it simple, a normal developer in your team, Jira user must have basic permission of viewing a ticket, editing and assigning it to another team member. Few permissions like managing sprints, providing roled and permissions are limited to Scrum Master, Project Manager and Jira Administrators. So…

2023: I find this issue with copy pasting in my Jira Cloud from both Firefox and Chromium browser. I need to either reload the page or sometimes duplicate the tab and sometimes close the browser to paste the content.

Hi @Jule Zimmermann You can easily create multiple boards for a project from Boards -> View all boards -> Create Board. Distinguishing factor is the Filter query. Each board can have unique filter query to display items in a board. One Board can display only bugs, second can display deisgn and documentation tasks.
-
Now the EPIC panel is visible only when you Enable the EPIC panel from the Epic drop down menu in the quick filters section like shown below: Added this question for reference.
-
Hello Everyone. Welcome to the community.
-
@Natalia Mojica Also remember the EPIC panel in the filter section will only be displayed if you have this Enhance my board and backlog option available in the Jira instance you are using.
-
That EPIC panel you see is a default filter added in the newly updated Jira Cloud version which I am also using. But if you want to display the EPICs in your board than you might wanna add a quick filter for EPIC:- issuetype in EPIC and give it a name here: A

Please update the question and add proper details which would help everyone to understand the problem. Also better if it goes with English :)

Hi @Silvio By default there is one permission scheme to define whom we can provide access to create/edit/delete issues and other jira properties. however @Ste Wright shares this workaround using validation in workflow issue transition here:-…

Hi @Monique vdB I want my atlasian community account to be associated with my personal email account. I've created a support ticket for the same:- https://support.atlassian.com/requests/CA-2495812/
-
@Kiiko Orara The case is similar in my organization. For the tickets which needs verification from other team we do the following:- 1. Develop it before mid-sprint such that the other member can prioritize it within a week. This will help most of the time and tickets get completed. 2. We keep such tickets assigned for…

Saw the Rising Star beside my name in Atlassian. This made my day :) Super excited to apply for the Community Leader program and explore its benefits. @Saralie S. Meanwhile, when will the certificate be provided? I checked my email and didn't find one. I would like ko share it among my organization and invite other Project…

Hi @James Gray I've implemented the following condition: My workflow for story transitions ticket from Approved-Ready for Prod -> Done. I have this condition:- The ticket can only be marked as Done when it's subtasks are completed. I did that using the Validation and Condition in workflow transition. It was handled without…

Thanks @Abhishek Sharma I'm practicing this in my organization and I'm getting good track of whaty dev and QA are delivering.

Hi @Upasana Banerjee You can select what screen to show as default by configuring your Issue Screen. Go to your project setting and select Screen: Screen One:- Now select Default Issue Screen for Create Issue and select the filed you want to display. Screen Two:-

Hi @Silvio , A similar question is answered in the community. I hope this will help you:- Restrict user to create subtasks on specific-status
-
Hi @Ayan.Basu , You can use following query to fulfil your requirements:- project = "Project Name" AND issuetype in standardissuetypes() AND status changed to "In Progress" AFTER -7d This filter alone gives you tickets that were changed to In Progress in last seven days. You can add your required status. project = "Project…

Hi @Vigneshwaran This generally don't work if the date format is not correct. Bu default in the automation you should introduce Jira Smart value for Date in your resolved date field. Try something similar below and it will update the ticket's end date whenever an issue is transitioned to Done, Abandoned or Accepted. If…

I'm using Jira Cloud and this should be a new feature update provided by Atlassian.

@Rita Saad YOUNES Create a Scrum Board not kanban Board. And check this setting:- The swimlanes groups sub-tasks under a story.
-
The QA members are the ones reporting the Story Defects as well as Bug. I am referring Story Defect to be placed under a ticket as a sub-task. Sub-task but the issue type is "Story Defect". And yes active story's defect should be within the sprint and under a story. The story should be accepted only when the story meets…
-
Hi @Rita Saad YOUNES Do you mean by the Jira Board where we see tickets and sub-tasks under the board? If that is what you want, you need to create a scrum board instead of a Kanban board.
-
@Viann Tang This option can be found hereon the top right corner when you click the ... menu-

@Sayed Kamaloddin Peerzade Check for Transition issues like below:
-
@Sayed Kamaloddin Peerzade Can you share the output when you click the option View Workflow below? It seems like your current workflow donot have any further status that you can move after To Do. For me I can move to these status.
-
Hey @Viann Tang , Is this happening to you because of this feature? I also have enables this but I am comfortable with the new view. You can turn this off to get back to the old layout of your choice.

I have done the same for summing the story points under an EPIC and displayed the result in the EPIC using some custom fields. Please refer to this question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Error-while-using-lookupIssues-JIra-Smart-Value-to-sum-story/qaq-p/2363987#U2445067
-
For future reference: I added the Look Issues like Mentioned above and then updated the Edit issue fields, Total Story Points like below:
-
Can you share the Jira Workflow for your project? And is there any special condition and validation in the workflow? In my project a Ticket cannot be moved to In Progress from To Do unless the ticket is estimated and assigned to someone.
-
@Sayed Kamaloddin Peerzade I think you missed to provide them the developer role. Add them in the developer group and verify once. I am sharing you my scheme. My team members are able to edit. In the same scheme try adding one of your single team member and ask to verify if that individual is able to edit.
