Archiving a List is done by pushing the "..." Button on the list and choose "Archive This List" (Second from the bottom)... I do not know of an automation that can do that via an automation (other than code via the API) That being said you say "The board is full", but not the specific error message but guess it tell you…

There are no limits to how many guests you have, and as long as each of them are only on a single board they are free.
-
Then it is a Slack App that is installed and not a Trello PowerUp... It need to be removed by someone with Administrator Access to slack. Here is a link to the Slack Documentation on how that is done: https://slack.com/intl/en-gb/help/articles/360003125231-Remove-apps-and-customised-integrations-from-your-workspace

It sound like a Slack PowerUp is the thing that prompts you (I assume the Prompt are directly on the Trello Board)... If not please provide details where you see the message and a screenshot of it. If it is a PowerUp it need to disable in the PowerUp menu (find the powerup, click settings and then disable): Please note…

Just Checked and I can't seem to replicate this issue 😕... Could you perhaps check if it happen on all boards, in another browser or on all cards
-
You can moved Boards between workspaces if you are in both workspaces. Here is a video to show you how: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XKYLfUJN86U Alternative this Transfer Board tool exist that are explained here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/how-to-transfer-board-memberships-to-a-new-account/
-
I'm afraid not... The watch feature is personal and can't even be controlled by the API on behalf of others...
-
There is as such not an undo feature, but old descriptions are stored in the API. This free tool allow you to see those earlier texts and that way recover them: https://trellotools.azurewebsites.net/CardHistory

Here is a full C# sample: string key = "todo"; string token = "todo"; string cardId = "todo"; string coverAsJson = "{\"cover\":{\"color\":\"green\"}}"; Uri uri = new Uri($"https://api.trello.com/1/cards/{cardId}?key={key}&token={token}"); var httpClient = new HttpClient(); await httpClient.PutAsync(uri, new…

@[deleted] is right. The cover itself need to be a json payload and not a query-parameter If you do not wish to write all the C# by yourself you can also check out NuGet Package: TrelloDotNet that support manipulation of cover + a lot more: https://www.nuget.org/packages/TrelloDotNet Or get some inspiration here:…

Could it be that you where on a Trello Trial and now you are back to a free account? (Custom Fields are only available in paid plans (Standard, Premium, Enterprise)
-
While it is possible to control what fields are returned on some sub-object (example: Members) Labels apprear to not be one of them. That being said, for most development practices extra Json Fields added normally don't break existing code (example in C# Deserialization it is out of the box), so I would instead focus on…
-
Yes, That is possible... (there seems in fact to be no limit to how many workspaces you have)
-
I've never seen anything official that indicate a limit, and a quick test allowed me to create at least 20 free workspaces.
-
It can't be done in a single call, but you can use the "since" and "before" query parameters to get them in pagination calls: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/guides/rest-api/api-introduction/#paging ... Remember that you always the latest 1000 in the first call so next call should use the before param to get…

The button was moved to the Top-right personal menu
-
Try to left-click on one of the colored stripes... That normally toggles label names on/off
-
This free tool can give you the information: https://trellotools.azurewebsites.net/Reports (It can only give the info across all boards... Not for the specific board (not tracked by Trello)) (For some odd reason Trello's own Members view only tells you what month the user last logged in so that is kind of useless 🤦♂️)
-
👍... If you wait 5-10 min I will release a new version that will also be able to move the due date dynamically (+/- x number of days in the future (sound you also need that 😀))
-
Hi @Tomáš Marvánek This free tool can do it: https://trellotools.azurewebsites.net/BatchUpdate This little video show details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=152sKUOuV2c
-
Not an Automation, but not "Ugly"... This free tool can do the work in a batch so it is easy to do once a month: https://trellotools.azurewebsites.net/BatchUpdate Video on how to do it: https://youtu.be/152sKUOuV2c

@Serigrafia Sestao Sociedad Limitada If search in archive is frequent I would recommend archiving via another board then as that gives the best search experience. The drawback is you loose a bit of the card activity details when moving between boards so experiment what fit best... If you go with another board then remember…
-
Regarding 1: There are limits, but they are not 100% specified... You can normally have at least 2-32000 cards, but board with that many cards tend to become slow, so best is to archive cards (still not gone) or move them to archive boards... Never been forced at any point to delete anything to make room for more in the 4…

As far as I know it is not recorded when a user last logged if/viewed stuff. But you can see when they where last Active in the workspace member-list in the left side menu You can also see when they last did something with the User overview report here: https://trellotools.azurewebsites.net/Reports
-
@Salman Hashmi Are you on trello.com while you access this menu (seems you have a slightly different layout which could mean you are at another URL
-
In the Left Sidebar go to Workspace settings and there Billing
-
@Colleen No (it is not a multi-line field)

The new editor was introduced March 2023 with the option to opt out in labs as you did: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/New-Editor-in-Trello/ba-p/2038725 Now the do not allow opt out anymore as they find the new experience finished You are not the only person in here that hate the option is gone, but you…

If some of your guests are on multiple boards in the workspace they are also considered paid users (only guests on a single board are free)
