🙂: I was just about to link it to you, as example 3 seems like your scenario 👍

If you upgrade multiple workspaces to paid and have the same user in them, then yes, they are paid for, but some of the workspaces might be able to stay free... Things might not be as grim as there is something called Single Board Members that are free. I've made this 10 min video on how the new rules work via various examples: https://youtu.be/rqmCHU_QxY8 (Your scenario is similar to Example 3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqmCHU_QxY8&t=387s)

Both offer the free Guest mode so just go with the cheapest (Standard)

Yes, that is my interpretation of there rules... You can check it for real, but going to the upgrade workspace page and see that you need to pay for 21 users... Then take one of these user and make them a board guest, and check the price again... Now it should only say 20 users

I Don't know if any Trello People see this and can answer, but I've made this 10 min video on how the new rules work via various examples: https://youtu.be/rqmCHU_QxY8 Might help you the first way...

It depends on how many boards these additional people are on... If they are on a single board as a board membercthey are free. However, the second they are added to one more board or are added as a workspace member they become a paid user. Video on how the new rules work via various examples: https://youtu.be/rqmCHU_QxY8

You have always been able to create as many workspaces as you wanted for Free... But in those free workspaces, you could max have 10 boards per workspace... with the new rules you can now max have 10 boards AND max 10 Members per workspace So if you can keep below these limits everything stays free... Or you can make one…

Hmm, quite unexpected... I know users that run Darkmode every day, and they use Chrome... Could it be that you have some sort of program install that (wrongly) "optimize" web security like a Malware or Virus program... Only real reason I can think of at least 😕

The issue is properly that Brave deletes the cookie that stored if Trello is darkmode or not... Seen this happen with Brave before on other sites but not sure it is by design or a bug in Brave (Seems to be by design: https://brave.com/privacy-updates/25-forgetful-browsing/) So I think your answer lies in some Brave…

As long as the 8 only access a single board in your Paid Workspace they should count as 'Single user Guests' and be free... But the second you give one of them access to a 2nd board that user becomes a user you need to pay for: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/board-guests/
-
Given that you pay on a per Workspace level I'm pretty sure there are no limits as long as you pay for each of them on any paid plans... so as I understand it; you stop paying on Workspace level in an Enterprise plan and manage users more centrally and that is why it mentions unlimited workspaces)

There is but it is essentially just a desktop app wrapper of the Website so don't expect extra functionality: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nblggh4xxvw?hl=en-us&gl=US

If google translate did its thing right then "No"... Deleting a workspace will only delete boards that are currently in that workspace... Not the once you moved away to another workspace
-
Every Trello Board is in a workspace (you can't have a board without one). But it sounds like you more or less have a workspace per Board right now. You can stay on a free plan as long as each workspace/board has less than 10 members... (Aka you only need to pay if one or more boards contains more than 10 members)

Could it be that they are not gone but just hidden via the filter?... If they are truly gone from view, they may just be archived (see this video on how to get them back: https://youtu.be/vEtqiOfdXJk?si=cQfjx_bkHHTZIVrj)... If fully deleted then there is unfortunately no way to bring them back

Disclaimer: As I understand it by example (hopefully someone will help confirm) Scenario for the explanation (a bit complicated but done to cover most scenarios): You have 2 workspaces with 6 boards each (12 boards in total) and you have 15 users on workspace 1 and 20 users on workspace 2 (among them 12 are overlap users).…
