You can restrict user C for closing issues. But if you set Close issue permission for user A & B, they can close the issues of each other and also they can close user C issues. If you need another level of permission, simply add another custom user picker for example 2nd Reporter and work with that.

Hi Another answer is setting "Only Reporter Condition" on transitions to Close step(status).

Hi Namma Yes you can do it, Go to Cog icon > User Management > Shared Filter and you see all filters. You can use Change Owner for doing that.

Hi I test all of JIRA Gantt plugins and unfortunately, I didn't have good experiences with them. Indeed if you need to see all of your tasks at a single view like MS Project you see they work slowly and I think it's because of browsers that not strong enough to showing huge lists of tasks. I suggest tools like Ceptah that…
-
Hi Simply go to issue tab/menu and use project filter for each project. You can save your search and use Filter Result gadget to see them separately on Dashboard.

Hi Vinod I think the best way for JIRA is using Atlassian Support Tools that you can find it in System tab or follow this link: <yourserver>/plugins/servlet/stp/view/ This internal plugin have a Hercules log scanner that is able to scan your log file for known problems and suggest how-to articles. You also able to schedule…

I did your scenario before Follow this steps: 1- Create a Calculate Number Field Custom filed. 2- Set a Increase value of field post-function (You can find it on JIRA Suite Utility or JIRA Misc Workflow Extension) on your desirable transitions that came back to Open status. 3- Let the process do its work till day you want…

assignee in (EMPTY) is correct according to JIRA Auto JQL generator. I think it maybe related to indexing :)
-
I think you haven't any option within JIRA. Try to write some css styles and use with this browser extension: https://userstyles.org/ We do something like that in JIRA.

Nice Feature, but it has serious problem when the chart got bigger. Another feature that it's good to be considered in next releases is to ability do define any chart using users avaters. For Example we have different org chart for two different Projects and we want to have different users hierarchy for those two projects.

I think you most add Reporter to Issue updated event (or any other events that you need) and after that, customer most get issue events notifications.

Hi Gonchik Thanks for your comment, Can you provide more information about it? I'm not familiar enough with scripting in Atlassian products, so I can't resolve errors like this: The script could not be compiled: org.codehaus.groovy.control.MultipleCompilationErrorsException: startup failed:Script6.groovy: 1: unable to…

So I now understand. I authenticate my user in an application connector (see screenshot) and after that I see my user in new Delegated LDAP directory. Last ambiguity is this sentence,"If a user logs in successfully via LDAP authentication", where the user should authenticate in order to show in Delegated directory list, I…
-
Hi I do that, but I didn't see any user in Delegated directory even it's connector setup correctly. If I didn't see the users, I can't manage groups and permissions in JIRA and Confluence. I repeat that I'm so sorry, If I'm not clear with your comment, as I said I didn't use crowd before. If you can please explain more…

Hi Bruno Thanks for your help I try first option and it work for me. But I didn't understand 2nd Option, I have a Microsoft Active Directory in our organization, If I define a delegated connector, how I can import Active Directory users without defining and LDAP Connector in Crowd?
-
Hi Bruno Thanks for your comment. I don't familiar with crowd and Active Directories and I do this job according to my role in organization as JIRA Administrator. Which value should I provide in group object filter in order? For your 2nd option I follow that instruction but It brings all of groups in Active Directory.…
