Hi Atlassian Team, First off, I really appreciate all the work you’re doing to improve the platform. I know these changes are made with the intention of helping admins, but I wanted to share some honest feedback about the new app management experience, especially from the perspective of someone managing multiple…

Hello @Hans Polder Thanks for sharing your experience! I double-checked my FAQ with Atlassian, and they confirmed it's correct, so I'm a bit puzzled about the “Start free trial” prompt you’re seeing. I do have two possible explanation: * Billing Experience Mismatch: Atlassian recently introduced a new billing system (often…

Hello Zhinoo, Make sure that you have the latest version of the atlassian python api. pip3 install --upgrade atlassian-python-api Then try this code: from atlassian import Confluence import csv confluence = Confluence( url='https://yoursite.atlassian.net', username = "your_email", password = "your_token", cloud=True)…

It's solved by adding the () In the query: project = MYPROJECT AND ("My SLA" = breached() OR "My SLA" != breached())
-
I tried the solution you suggested, but it shows this error: Field 'filter' with value 'My Saved Filter' matches filter 'My Saved Filter' and causes a cyclical reference, this query can not be executed and should be edited.Could you provide more advice here?

Hi @Ravi Sagar _Sparxsys_ Thanks for your great comment. Could you help me how can I get the fromString value for the issue key? I tried many things and couldn't get it. {{#webhookResponse.body.changelog.histories.items.key}} {{fromString}} {{/}} {{#webhookResponse.body.changelog.histories.items.field.key.fromString}}{{/}}…

@Koon10 Hi If it's possible, could you share your method in more detail? I want to do the same and I need the API details on both sides. If you can share some documents also, it would be helpful Thanks in advances

@Elizabeth HowdenThanks, I already have seen and used that documentation. The issue here is I didn't get good results after the migration as they changed lots of things.
-
@Elizabeth Howden Thanks for providing this info. These days I'm working on the migration for our instances. Based on the documentation, many things won't migrate with the Atlassian Migration Assistant. It seems you design it for small businesses without any custom configuration. So what's their benefit for companies with…

I'm in, and this is the latest real exercise that I had two weeks in the southwest of Germany. :-))) I have been working as Atlassian Administrator/Trainer/Consultant since 8 years ago and currently working for a company in Berlin.

Yay! for the new year && Yay! for badging!

Although this is an old issue, for anyone who faces this Error in 2020, another solution is to export the XML workflow and import it again with a different name. Then replace the previous one with the new workflow and after that, delete the old workflow.

@Shannon S Hi Shanon I didn't see my latest comments on a community. I think the previous problem happened to me. I know I don't see my comments here after submitting, but I hope you get notified and solve my problem.

1- Create Export Backup of your current Instance. Be sure that you checked include attachments before hit the Export button. 2- Install new confluence instance on 2019 Server and connect it to SQL(MSSQL or MySQL?) 3- Transfer backup files from the old server to the new server. 4- Restore data using one of the following…

Hi @Refaat Mohamed As far as I know, You cant change the backlog layout to looks like the issue navigator. If you need more filtering capabilities via backlog checkout Agile Tools & Filters for Jira Software plugin, Maybe it works.

If you work from a different time zone from where your global instance configured, go to your profile at this link: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences and check if the time zone of your account matches with your iOS device or not.

Do you need the Label field specifically for this case? Why? You can define a new select list custom field and use that. If your case depends on specifically the label field, you can remove this field from the edit screen and set it using automation or groovy script to read the custom select list's value and fill the label…

Hi @Cathy Tanguay Yesterday I sent screenshots to this post that report the same thing you mentioned: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/Agent-can-t-see-queue/qaq-p/1524055#M64583 Look at my answer there, and if it doesn't work, let me know.
-
It may be because you use different screens for the Edit screen. Check the project Screen Scheme to be sure you add story point to all appropriate screens
-
I'm so glad that your issue has been solved. Feel free if you think I can help you more and hit one of my answers as Accepted :-))

The picture you upload above shows that ATL parameters didn't match config correctly. Let's try one more scenario. I'll assume that you have the command-line access to the container and specified a volume for /opt/atlassian directory. Atlassian uses the Jinja2 templating library to translate config from environment…
-
Why you put parameters inside single quotes? Try this and let me know if it didn't work: docker run -d --name="jira" --net=swag -e TZ=America/Los_Angeles -e HOST_OS=Unraid -e ATL_PROXY_NAME=https://jira.myserver.com -e ATL_PROXY_PORT=443 -e ATL_TOMCAT_SCHEME=https -e ATL_TOMCAT_SECURE=true -e ATL_TOMCAT_PORT=8080 -p…

No, it's not. The application access is what's Atlassian used for counting your instance user base toward its license. This is the administration tasks and held by Jira Administrators. Adding People to projects can be done by Project Admins, and in most cases, they are not aware of if there are any free slots or not. I use…

As you see in the pictures, The status added to your backlog view. Please add a value for the DM-1 story point, then check it again on your backlog. The story point is a built-in Jira field and It already exists on your backlog if it has value

Add separate connectors for HTTP access between Jira and confluence. For example, use 8082 for HTTP access Jira and 8092 for HTTP access in confluence. When you create application links between these two apps, use localhost:8090 and localhost:8080 as Application URL and use https address as a display URL. These two…

She should be added to the Service Desk Team In your project: Before this, she should have access to the Jira Service Desk. You can check this by going to User Management: And check if her user has access to Jira Servicedesk or not.

If you open both of them in one browser, if you work with one of them, the other one signed out because of the cookie problems and you have to enter your credential continuously :-)). See this KB for more…

Hi @Refaat Mohamed You can add field to backlog car layout by bringing board configuration: then go to card layout and add your fields to backlog card layout: You can also add a quick link to any pages (include issue navigator) from your board view, via this button:

You can remove it. It is a context path in my installation and it should not be broken as far as I know. If you run multiple Atlassian products on the same server, it's better to use a context path. for example on my mac, I have both Jira and Confluence, so I can open them via these links: http://mymac:8080/jira…
