@Alexander Nilsson @Gary Spross Glad it's of help!! @Carsten Severin _KUMAVISION AG_ Definitely :)

Note that the use of API Tokens with MCP needs to be activated in your Atlassian Organisation by the respective Org Admins.
-
Using 3rd party MCPs/tools will make even less sense once MCP supports the Teamworkgraph which is coming soon. So check out www.teamworkgraph.com and also consider using the CLI which is the way to go for Agent integration anyway (or so my AI expert colleagues tell me).

To say it in Rovo's words: I can see you're currently viewing an existing automation rule in Studio. However, I'm not able to review or analyze existing automation rules at this time - this functionality is currently limited to creating new automation rules from scratch.
-
No - but you could set up a new Cloud site and use free trials. Features are not limited on Trial licensing and you can limit users.
-
AND I believe it is still closed EAP/Beta - so maybe has nothing to do with the plan.

Hi @Praveen T K with the Issue you described above.. User copying and not giving Agents proper names.. It sounds like there is a general Governance issue. If they do not create/use them responsibly, maybe they shouldn't have Agent Creation permissions at all? The least I would recommend is having an Agent policy and best…
-
I second @Tomislav Tobijas But also: What is the true goal behind this. Are you interested in the Prompts or the Results? There is a reason why Chats are private - each User has individual permissions and Rovo respects those so sharing whole Chat histories may leak data. Especially with Rovo gaining a memory, this could be…

I was going to say, absolutely never. But as a First Aid Instructor I like @Reiner's exception very much :)
-
Hi @Diem Chau has your Agent been created before the Model Switch and/or the Switch to the new Rovo Studio UI? I am not seeing similar issues. Older Agents still show the "Scenarios" rather than Subagents.
-
Hi @Hetal Patel - welcome to the Community, 1. This is a (kind of) known limitation - Rovo is really bad with the content tree and publishing into a specific branch, especially if the parent is a folder. You could add a workaround Automation rule that picks up on the page created (under specific conditions) and moves the…
-
Hi @Ankith Nath - welcome to the Community, were you able to replicate the behaviour in a second Agent?
-
You don't need to use Service Accounts for those. The newest Jira Release will let you integrate 3rd party Agents as well as Rovo Agents directly. Those accounts are assignable and don't cost anything. Check out: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-articles/Introducing-Agents-in-Jira/ba-p/3194583 I haven't been…
-
Hi @Henry Thomas no, you can't assign work items to Service Accounts. They can be Reporters, but not Assignees. Makes sense if you think about how an assignee is responsible for progress on the work item - a tech account cannot fulfill that role. Why would you want the Account to be assigned? What's the problem you want to…

Do you not see Rovo anywhere at all? If it disappeared completely from Jira, an Organisation Admin may have switched off the AI features for the App.
-
For most projects, we don't have create permissions. So like @Tomislav Tobijas said, you have to go through Support to have Feature Requests added.
-
Hi @pratap mutadak is that for Jira or Confluence Automation - or in Studio? Do you still see the "Chat with Rovo" in those Apps?
-
Could be, that the Jira Site has been deactivated. It's the same error message you would see. Whoever was the Admin should be able to check on admin.atlassian.com as the Organization itself should still be available regardless of product deactivation
-
Yeah - being part of the EAP you should have a contact person at Atlassian. Maybe they can help with trouble shooting but like I said: I've experienced the disappearing-Rovo-button-syndrome as well ;)
-
I'd second Ben on the first approach. Make sure that the Agent Response always starts with the number of Story points in the same format. You can parse those out the Agent response and post the whole response as a comment. With invoking the Agent twice I'd have the same concern as you, Rick. Although Rovo has been getting…
-
Hi @Greg Sypolt - welcome to the Community, are you part of some Early Access Program? I have not seen User group-based access control for general Rovo features, only for Agent creation. The behaviour is odd regardless. I have one test site where I couldn't see Rovo in Confluence even though everything is activated. Now…
-
@Viktor Makarevich have you also updated the way you authenticate? Are you using Oauth2 or are you now using API tokens? Not an expert but sounds to me like the /authv2 endpoint needs to be used with Oauth authentication.
-
Hi @John Murnen I still don't see the feature in any of my Orgs regardless of Beta settings. We had Audio briefings rolled out on our main site and now it's gone.. That happened when the Rovo Button switched design and features in the bottom right corner. I also don't see the "Confluence labs" personal settings…
-
Hi @Viktor Makarevich what do you mean by "updating the endpoint"? Are you the Org Admin and can check MCP settings on admin.atlassian.com? External tools may need to be added to the list by adding the domain. It all depends on what you're trying to do and what your current setup is.
-
Since introducting Create with Rovo, Creating/Editing Confluence Pages via Chat has become even more tricky than it was before. Especially page creation will oftentimes result in positive answers from Rovo when actually nothing happened in the background. So what you're describing fits right into that. It's really…
-
Hi @Ribera Iturria Koldo are you using Rovo Chat? Have you tried using the "Create with Rovo" feature instead?
-
Hi @Varkha Sharma - welcome to the Community, are you the Organisation Admin? The error message points to API token settings, but I don't think it has anything to do with Authentication policies (that would prohibit you from creating a token) but rather the MCP settings. You (or the Org Admin) need go to…
-
Hi @Warren Clark - welcome to the Community, can you give us a little more insights in how the connection is setup? How are you authenticating? What are your MCP settings in admin.atlassian.com? Anything else you're seeing in the response? What's on the other side.. Some 3rd party tool or a custom solution? ...
-
Hi @Dwan Brown are you paying for your Cloud site or are you on the free plan?
-
Hi @Saša Pupovac there are a number of feature requests around this e.g. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AX-1778 You can search JAC and watch the requests. As this is still a fairly new feature, I expect at least some improvements this year but there is no public roadmap.
