AC in the office when everyone and everything is melting around us! ❄️

Hi @Athena Jackson - welcome to the Community, does this consistently happen on the same image? -> may have to do with the image itself does this consistently happen for any image? -> may be a temporary problem Is the image actually uploaded to the Chat? -> Rovo will not always process attachmentes from existing content,…

Hi @Jagruti Shinde - welcome to the Community, can you share the setup of the CSV and the Evaluation itself? There are a few settings that influence how the evaluations show up. "Failed" usually means that Rovo deviated from the expected response. But as that evaluation happens via LLM, they are not always accurate.…

The most problematic thing about this: Atlassian still hasn't really explained how they classify the data into meta-data and in-app data. There only are a few examples that leave room for guessing. Also: does Atlassian have their own LLMs that are being trained on the data or do they just derive improvements for other…

@ahaan_shetty welcome to the Community, this is discussed more in Part 2 of the series. * Org Admins get a reminder on expiration * You could set newer Tokens for the same account to the same expiration date as existing ones so for each account they are renewed on the same day * Scopes can now be copied and pasted into a…

Just a comment for everyone reading along, as I was confused by the question at first: If you open Rovo within Atlassian Tools and open a custom Agent in Chat, it handles context just the same as plain Chat. The difference only applies to the Browser extension :)
-
@Rhys Gottwald yep that's a little annoying that Rovo sometimes is listed as free product. Simply choose another product that is on a paid plan and explain in the description that this is Rovo related
-
Hi @Matthias Gaiser _K15t_ to be honest, this is based on recommendations from some Devs in my network in the early days of Service Accounts. If you're telling me, there is no drawbacks and have tested that with Service Accounts as well, I am happy to update the article. The series consolidates knowledge of multiple people…

Hi @Dawid Pitala - welcome to the Community, I think there are two things that would explain this: 1) there have been quite a few outages last week so it may just have been a temporary thing. Has Rovo worked for you before? 2) Some access settings. There are only two right now that I imagine would be relevant. @Arkadiusz…

Hi @Nadia Volanovsky there are no skills like this *yet* but like Tobi said, the team is working on more Admin focussed skills. What is available already: * Rovo support for JQL to build filters * Rovo creating simples Charts - this will be extended massively where Rovo can build whole Dashboards. However, these will not…

According to the Support it is now fixed. Can you confirm?
-
Earlier today, we identified an internal incident that’s causing these errors, and our incident response team fixed the issue.
-
hi @Karishma - welcome to the Community, I've seen the same Error message but for Gemini-Flash in a newly created Agent while another one was working fine. So yeah, it seems to be a wider spread issue. I've opened a support request and linked your question here as Support is usually quicker than the Atlassian's here in the…

-
Hi @Jamie Scott like @Arkadiusz Wroblewski already explained, this is mainly due to the underlying models. Counting and calculations are deterministic, LLMs are not. However, Atlassian is working on a new Skill that will let Rovo create and execute python scripts in a Sandbox environment (invisible to user) so Counting…

Here is a coresponding feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ROVO-960

I've not seen that MCP consumes any credit. Currently it only uses Rovo Search features that are excluded from credit consumption. But: it's a bit of a black box how Credits work now as I believe there is a lot in between using Rovo Chat and doing a Deep Research like explained here Rovo usage allowance | Rovo | Atlassian…
-
Actually, I've got another update on this: The "Create with Rovo" feature moved to Studio Automations and for some reason away from Jira and Confluence Automation. All my sites are the same now. So: Not a bug, but I don't understand why Atlassian is doing that tbh.
-
Please note that we usually don't necro-post so don't reply to old questions especially if they are resolved. you can start new questions/discussions anytime instead. Atlassian has delivered a new feedback mechanism for Rovo Agents where Agent Owners can see the number of thumbs up/down received. You can still send…

Not tested since then. We've done an evaluation on Goals in April and decided it's helpful but the actual project introducing the App into our processes will not start until end of this year.
-
Thanks @Sherif Mansour your approval means a lot! Keep the good stuff coming. Losing track of all the feature updates is annoying to Admins sometimes but it also means, that a lot of improvements are happening!
-
Hi @Ranvijay Singh at first I thought there was an issue with the context showing correctly. We've had several users reporting, that the Chat just doesn't show the context at all. But what I understand is that you want Agents to completely ignore their specification and knowledge limitations when they are used in Spaces…
-
@John Murnen I see it there now. PLEASE let us know in the Release notes if you move buttons around.
-
Hi @David Yu you can now copy scopes from existing tokens (go into the Account, click on a token, check the bar on the right). If you paste it in the search filter while creating a new one, the list will be filtered to exactly those scopes so all you have to do is "tick" all of them.
-
@Jordi Romera like I said, it is in closed EAP so doesn't show up in all Orgs. That being said, I would expect that feature under Rovo > Rovo access
-
According to the latest updates, they need to have an Atlassian Account, but do not require a paid license. See What different account types can customers have? | Atlassian Support

Still very thankful to my dad that he created Email addresses for both my brother and I in the early 2000s - we both have our full name as part of our primary email. Try that today on any public provider... If you can use your full name without any form of numbers, abbreviations, or add-ons... your name is rare!

A day old and already outdated - as expected ;) So I went ahead and transferred today's announcements to here: What's New in Rovo Agents: Your Bi-Monthly Update - Atlassian Community

If there is an EAP for Marathon Agents, i want in!!!! That sounds like INSANE capabilities! The rebranding to "Tools" confuses me. At TEAM there was an announcement of "Custom Skills". Also, "Rovo Skills" are supposed to be rolled out to Rovo Agents as well. Now it's called "Tools"? In Forge it's still called Actions...…
