Hi @Ben Van Walbeek Yes, guests will get an invitation mail that can be customized during the invite process. I would assume that guests also get notifications, however I'm usually Admin of Sites so not tested it personally yet ;)

Hi @Emiliano Visioli are you using the Basic or the JQL search? Not all custom fields are available in Basic search, especially when they are limited in their context. You should always be able to search their content through JQL though.

Hi @Kuntal Pathak and welcome to the Community, there is an excellent documentation for forms: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-forms-in-jira-service-management/ You could also setup a Request Type without the use of forms and use custom fields instead. What part exactly do you need help…

I don't really understand, what you did. What is "macro-migrating"? Pages don't just go missing. The restrictions remain the same as well. It could be, that the old User couldn't be mapped to the new one? Generally, you'll find restricted pages in the Space settings.

Here is a list of available integrations for JSM/Opsgenie: Integrate Opsgenie with your tools | Opsgenie | Atlassian Support So no, there is no native Monitoring, you can only integrate Monitoring solutions. At the moment OpsGenie has a different license. It looks like they are integrating all functionality into JSM…

Yes, but you can filter with an If-Condition if you insert that as an extra step. You could also use "Request created" in your case and then add the If-Condition.

Hi @Bradley Wills and welcome to the Community, currently, there is no Automation action to make forms external. You can only attach and/or copy forms. However, there is an experimental API Call for that: The Forms REST API (atlassian.com) You can call the API from Automation

Hi @Betsy Edson it depends on whether the old Email-Adress/Account is managed or not. Assuming they are just using a random Email-Adress, they can change their Email in the Atlassian Account settings: Change Atlassian account email addresses | Atlassian Cloud | Atlassian Documentation 1. Create an AD account for the user…

Hi @Mohammad Dirbas and welcome to the Community, You'll probably know The User management REST API REST API (atlassian.com) as you found a way to get the User's info one by one. You could maybe check out The Organizations REST API REST API (atlassian.com) to get all Users in one go? Other than that, there are no APIs that…

Hi @suvarna dixit what is your question exactly?
-
Hi @Pilar Lopez Gracia no, JSM doesn't include monitoring. Opsgenie is now getting more integrated in JSM, but that covers mainly the Alerting and might require additional licensing (currently ongoing changes) OpsGenie channels multiple Monitoring tools into one platform and manages On-Call Schedules and alterting. You…
-
Hi @Sébastien GAYOU no, you can only do that in the Space permissions, but not for single pages.
-
Hi @Kyle Anders and welcome to the Community, the official invitation Email for JSM (And other products) is setup in the Site Administration. Also, a form in JSM can only be submitted from the portal. Therefore, the vendor will need access to the portal first, before filling out any form. I would suggest the following: *…

My hack is simply to have too much to do, so you cannot afford to not be productive ;) certainly isn't sustainable for long periods of time, but I much prefer busy times over not so busy ones.
-
Hi @Klara Haglund and welcome to the Community, There is no way to contact a customer without them opening a Request first. It's always a "Push" from the customer's side in form of a Request opened per Portal or other channels. If you want to contact the customer without a request you'll need their Email-Adress and contact…

@Rani Choura see @Trudy P Claspill 's reply. The function has been removed.

The word "Eclipse" fills me with fear. I started out my career as Developer. My team back then used a 10 year old version of the Eclipse IDE. It couldn't be updated as the program couldn't be compiled in newer versions. Everytime you switched the Git branch (or I think it was still SVN back then), you basically had to…

Hi @Kamil Askerov in the branch, you can access the current (the one the branch is executed for) simply with issue.xxx you can get the comment's author with comment.author If you are referring to the comment that triggered the rule, it would simply be that: comment.author

Hi @Lalithesh your best bet for that type of reporting are Marketplace Apps. There are multiple options: Jira apps | Atlassian Marketplace
-
I wouldn't say so. You can have different settings for each portal, they are just nested in the same Help center. Even if you have 10 projects, hence portals, one customer might only see one in the Help center if he's only permitted to see that one and not the others. If you need completely different setups for different…

All fields work the same way when it comes to that part of Scriptrunner. Just pick the field by ID or name like I described above.
-
Hi @Isabelle Okuma it doesn't look like you can change that. Have a look here: Documentation - Confluence (atlassian.net) Maybe contact the App vendor for further support.

Go to Administration > Issues > Issue Type Schemes You'll see all Schemes as well as associated projects. The default Scheme is always called Default Issue Type Scheme. Also, I highly recommend checking out the Atlassian University courses or finding a Solution Partner close to you that can help with any questions and…

...Because the Confluence search is crap? ;) Check out this guide for some info on how the search works: Confluence search syntax | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support I work with starring pages and the "Recently worked on" tab a lot. Also labels on pages can help sometimes.
-
The Default Issue Type Scheme contains all Issue Types that are configured in your system and cannot be edited. Hence the name "Default" ;) The projects are never unassigned - they were moved to the Default scheme immediately with no state in between when they were dis-associated from the "migrated 3" scheme. You can…
-
Hi @Kim Killen and welcome to the Community, it looks like someone dis-associated all these projects from said Scheme. By dis-associating projects from a custom Issue Type Scheme, they will be associated with the Default Issue Type Scheme automatically as every project needs to be associated to one at all times. By the…

Try to type /Align in the editor and it should give you the Macro to insert. @Barbara Szczesniak pointed to the official table documentation that might be helpful as well. Generally speaking, formatting tables isn't Confluence's strong suit.
-
@Dinesh Sharma speak to your Confluence Admin and ask what App you are using. My best guess is this: Sequence Diagrams for Confluence | Atlassian Marketplace As a normal user, you often wouldn't notice the difference between Native Confluence or a Marketplace App. Sequence Diagrams is 100% not a native functionality…
-
Hi @Allen Victor and welcome to the Community! In vanilla Confluence Cloud, you cannot align a table to the right. What you could do is use Layouts to have space left of the table: However per Default, Tables are aligned center in Cloud. Therefore I guess you are still on Server/Data Center? I believe there was an "Align"…

Hello @Srinivasan Balan What does your Column Mapping look like on the Sprint Board? Is there a column that has the "Closed" status mapped? Otherwise it will not appear on the Board.
