Essentially, yes. However there are still missing some features. * no "Moderator" feature * no external collaboration (yet) * and some other details I see you are a Community Leader. You should be able to test the Whiteboard Stuff in the Atlassian One Cloud or in the Leader Confluence :)
-
make sure to tell your users. The limit is per user and the user cannot choose which Board will deactivate, it simply goes by "First In First Out". If you work in team structures, i viable workaround might be that different people create the boards initially as it's essentially 3 boards per owner. So if the same person…

Really hoping this is all part of some bigger developments as well. May updates were promising but still a lot of features missing for it to have proper benefits, especially when it comes to external collaboration. Love the idea of increasing engagement through the badge though!
-
Great updates! Are there any plans on extending the public link with Edit/contribution permissions as well?

I am excited for my "Workation" (Work + vacation) in Norway with three of my colleagues. We've got a huge Air BnB with seperate rooms, desks and a sauna about 1 hour north of Oslo and are looking forward to some hiking around hills and lakes, sightseeing & just having two great weeks together while still getting some work…

Hi @Rishi Soekhai and welcome to the Community, The visible columns are a user setting. You should have (...) in the upper right corner where you can select which columns you'd like to see. Once you deselect some, the status will have more space again
-
Unfortunately, without access to your site, it's hard to do further analysing. I see you are a Premium customer. Go and ask the support for help - they can have a proper look and maybe try a re-index :) Sorry we couldn't help you on here.
-
I am currently moving a customer from a really, really, really old Ticketing solution to JSM. I initially was going to analyse the old processes and document them to start from there. However I quickly realised, that JSM works quite different in a lot of ways (especially with the customer portal compared to phone/email…

But you are the Owner of the Filter? Then @Gyeorye Lee is going down the wrong path. Despite any view or edit permissions, you would be able to set the Filter as Board Filter, if you are the owner (or have view/edit permissions). So as long as you can access the filter outside the board, there is no problem there. What…
-
Exactly. The Board filter determines what issues are displayed and reported on. The Quick filter only filters the view and only for the user currently looking at the Board. So what is your problem exactly? The Board Filter drop down ("Select Filter") doesn't show your filters?
-
Nothing to add here - @Jack Brickey said it all ;) You'll need a Jira Admin to check why Issue Security is required in the first place and if the permission can be changed for that user (group).
-
Hi @Ayush Pathak could you provide a screenshot from the message? At what point does it pop up? How does the Screen and Field Config look like for that project? Could it be that Issue level Security is set as required but not visible on the Screen? If it pops up after creation the default Issue Security Level might be set…
-
Hi @Renato Morell - again, welcome to the Community! and thank you for opening a new thread :) Are you referring to the Board filter or as @Gyeorye Lee suggests, the quick filters?
-
To be honest, I keep forgetting to make use of the AI features provided here and there. Some of the features sound real useful though. Thanks for the Update!

I prefer water from a-far or from below. Going on my next drive trip in a week and love watching small streams, moors and lakes on hikes :) Also going canoing from time to time as a group activity which is usually a lot of fun. Great question, especially with all the benefits simply staring at the water brings to our…

@Renato Morell can you please open a new question rather than using this one as this is resolved already.

Dall-E 3 depicting our team :)

Glad I could help. Just a side note: There is a dedicated Usermanagement API on Organization Level. You can create an API Token directly from the Admin page to access that API. The Token is not User bound in this case. For Product APIs you always use the User API Tokens as explained above :)
-
Right - the API Token respects the user's permission. If you need access to everything and anything per API and you are low on licenses, it makes sense to use one technical Account for all. However, API Tokens respect the user's permissions. So from a security point of view it makes sense to have multiple accounts for…

Hello @Aleksandr and welcome to the Community, is your Company using the X-Ray Jira Plugin? I am not sure what you mean with "project integration"? Xray functionalities in Jira are "activated", once you you add the respective Issue types to the Project's issue type scheme. Have a look at this article: Project Organization…

Hi @Katarzyna Kacperska this is not possible with Standard JQL, as you would need Subqueries. If the number of expected results isn't too long, you could 1. Switch to List View (-> Working with search results | Jira Software Data Center 9.16 | Atlassian Documentation) 2. Add "Epic Link" as a Column 3. Filter for the task…
-
Hi @Julien Borrelli what do you mean by "Main Account"?
-
Hi @Yong Yang Assuming the email is identical to the one in Atlassian you can call the API to get the UserID by email. Once you got the ID you have the Account and can use that to assign it. The Jira Cloud platform REST API (atlassian.com)
-
I never knew that feature existed ;) I guess a workaround would be the Backlog / List View, where you can mark multiple issues and link them to another one. Not ideal though.
-
Women's Day is actually only a holiday in Berlin - unfortunately. There are lots of local differences in public holidays between the states here in Germany. In lack of information of the official Founding Date of Atlassian/Jira, we could hop onto the existing Godzilla Day on Nov 3rd - and call it Gojira Day? For anyone who…
-
Hello @Sian and welcome to the Community, you can't set 24 hours but you can set it to 1 week in Board settings > General > Completed Issues This will hide them on the Board but leave them in the reports. When you filter them out through the Board's filter, they won't appear in the Reports properly! The Reports only show…
-
Sorry for the late answer! The App itself looks great. However for filters they only have one health check: Update: In the Filter Overview all Columns can be filtered. Therefore you can do a contains-search on the JQL Query and it should do the trick :) Won't update the filters like a DB statement would but I can at least…
-
@Adriene Howard-South it should look something like this: However I am only getting one value with that and unfortunately I need to head out for the weekend. Getting back to you on Monday.
-
Hi @Adriene Howard-South and welcome to the Community, you could try the Smart Value {{addedFieldChange.values}} -> Automation smart values - issues | Cloud automation Cloud | Atlassian Support Just add a "Log action" and check if that returns you the values you are looking for :) However, you would probably need to branch…

Hello @Vijay Dadi with vanilla JSM, you can only restrict portals (projects), not specific request types. I know that there are Markeplace Apps for it though. Refined is one of them: Refined Sites for JSM | Theme ITSM, HR, Help & Service Desks | Atlassian Marketplace I am sure there are plenty others if you search with the…
