Hi @Andreas Deimer and welcome to the Community, this is indeed very annoying and therefore the feature request has loads of votes: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-65344 Workaround: Download the latest version of the attachment and then readd it to the page. This at least "only" creates a new version and not a…

@Joshua Buison the feature is new in the respect, that users don't need to open up issues anymore before being added automatically into an Org. The new "trigger" is creating an Account (either Portal-Only or Atlassian with Customer role).

Thanks for chiming in, @Em Ditchfield
-
I escalated this to the Atlassian Support Team so this question goes into a general queue - mentioning specific Team members goes into their own notifications. Those can get crowded quickly so it's easy to miss something. But I cannot speak for the Atlassian Team, so not sure.
-
Hi @Darius & @Matt Richards I've escalated this post to the Atlassian Team on here so it definitely pops up on their list. Or could you check on this, @Em Ditchfield?

Hi @Vyshnavi S apart from creating a copy (which probably defeats the purpose) there is no way to backup dashboards. The data behind the dashboard is stored in the Jira issues /projects itself, so the only thing that the dashboard stores are the Gadget configurations really. Maybe create some screenshots of the configs so…

Hi @Christoph Müllauer and welcome to the Community, could you update the question with the screenshot? :)

Hi @Jacob Hill and welcome to the Community, check out part 1 and 2 of the course: Jira Administration Part 1 Data Center : Atlassian Jira Administration Part 2 Data Center : Atlassian Also I would advice to do the Project Admin courses as well as JQL and all that. Check out the sample questions on the ACP-100 page to get…

Hi @Nóra Tölgyesi there are actually no screenshots attached. I've not done much with JWM but according to the Documentation, the views including columns and grouping are individual for all users: Customize your list by adding or removing fields | Jira Work Management Cloud | Atlassian Support So the behaviour you see is…

Hi @Lebogang and welcome to the Community, with specific errors like this, it's usually best to contact the App vendor support directly -> draw.io for Confluence and Jira Desk - Jira Service Management (atlassian.net) However, a couple of draw.io folk are on here and might be able to help... calling on @Mike Rink -Seibert…

Hi @Johannes Melkeraaen and welcome to the Community, there is a feature request that you can vote for and watch to get updates: [CONFCLOUD-68551] Allow custom email address for Confluence notifications - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. As of "why" only the Atlassian product managers may give you…

Hi @Clemens Loipersberger and welcome to the Community, when i add a profile the e-mail address is cut off? Is your page converted to the new Editor or is it still using the Legacy one? I thought i could add also a group of users that are in my team but that does not work i can only add "administrative groups"...would be…

No, this cannot be configured. Like I said - the JQL search for Queues exists but is "hidden" in its configuration. So you'd need to edit the Queue to add the text filter. tbh, I've never thought much about it and thought it fairly logical but then on the other hand I tend to only configure the projects and not work in…
-
So these are two very different functionalities. In issue search, the "free text" search equals the JQL text ~ Gutteil That searches the Summary, description and comments for that text. In the queues, it's not JQL. It's rather like a Strg + F search. So if that text doesn't appear right in the Queue view (in the fields the…
-
Hi @Jochen Betz can you provide some more details on the Search request, for instance post the JQLs for the "normal" issue search and the Queue? What field types are those custom fields?
-
Hi @Ramesha and welcome to the Community, looks like somebody configured these 3 fields as "required" in the Field Configuration for this or all issue types. If you change that config, the fields won't be required at all (at any stage of the lifecycle). If you need values for Time tracking at a specific point in time, it's…

The smart value is wrong. It needs to be version without the "s" -> {{version.description}} The reference is from the Issue section, so for when you access the fix version of an issue. It's a bit confusing. I tested that on my site and it definitely works.
-
Hi @hpapoushado I would assume that it's the default issue type in the project's issue type scheme. So go into the scheme and change the order and the default issue type to "Story".
-
Hi @yanivlt you can access the new version (if the creation is the trigger) with smart values. For version, you can use: * {{versions.name}} - Returns the name of the affects version * {{versions.description}} - Returns the description of the affects version. * {{versions.archived}} - Returns true if the affects version is…

Hi @M.Ocido and welcome to the Community, after deactivation, there are some grace periods before you can delete an org: Delete your organization | Atlassian Support So you've done all the steps, now you need to wait. If you want it gone sooner, you can contact the official Atlassian Support and they'll be able to delete…

Good job and thanks for letting us know! :)

Thanks @Andy Heinzer !

Interesting. Always learning something on here :)

Hi @Cash Coyne JQL doesn't allow for Sub-Queries so not sure if there is a solution without the use of Marketplace apps. Regardless, there can't be issues that are Sub-Tasks and also have an Epic as parent, assuming you still use the default hierarchy which is Epic - Task - Sub-Task. Only Tasks (or other Level 0 Issue…

FYI: I let the Atlassian Team know of this issue so they can investigate further
-
Hi @Ayush Lawania they are certainly not deleted. Interesting message anyway. I just tried that out and have the same behaviour. It looks like the Link is putting together a really random JQL search that results in that error. You can find older issues by either clicking the "issues" tab in your project or just use the…

Hi @Ender P_ and welcome to the Community! These kind of scheduled actions can only be accomplished with Jira Automation. There actually even are templates for it when you open the Automation Tab in your project settings. Have a look and feel free to come back with any questions :)
-
Hi @Kendra Gaunt and welcome to the Community! Are you trying to add someone "new"? The 10 user Limit is not per project but globally for your site. So if 10 users have access to any project, even is some are only in the Team Managed project, the user limit will be reached.
-
@Patrick R then this is good news for you: Welcome to the next era of Jira - Work Life by Atlassian Jira Software and Work Management (Business) will move closer together. I'm expecting that many features will assimilate. List view is already available for Company managed software projects. Also, they are constantly…

Hi @Nguyệt Ánh For me, marking the cells, clicking on the small arrow in the corner and then choosing whatever action (background color, merge, ...) is working fine. Nothing else - not extra clicks, no buttons. Maybe check if others on your site have the same issue and open up a Support Ticket if it seems to be a general…
