Are there any plans on incorporating the Company Hub on the "Home" page? We like this feature a lot but already struggle with too many channels. It would be helpful if we could either set the Hub as Start page in Confluence or if it would at least be added as the first Tab on the Home's feed section.

Hi @Jacob Rajesh and welcome to the Community! No - there is no specific trigger. You could just use the "Issue created" trigger and add a condition that checks for related issues though. When you clone an issue, it automatically is related to the origin issue with the "clones" relation, You can check for the existence of…

I currently read "A history of Scotland" (and have been for a couple of years already - tough read ;) ) and would love to meet some of the main figures in these stories. A lot of the facts have been embellished by Myths. To meet some of them and find out the truth behind it would be fascinating. Mary, Queen of Scots;…

Odd - have you double checked the Browse Project & Edit Issue Permission with the Permission helper?
-
Both are fairly easy - let me know if you need further advice ;)
-
Hi @Sheri Widler do I understand correctly, that when accessing the Filter, the user gets no search results at all? That would indicate that the filter isn't shared with that user. A filter has its own permissions so regardless whether a user is permissioned to view a specific issue, it might not be visible to him when…

Hi @Usman Sheikh and welcome to the Community, are you sure, that the "send email" check box was ticked? Did you invite a managed user or an external one?
-
Hi @Martina Paschini and welcome to the Community, if you go into an Issue, click the (...) in the upper right corner and click on "Find your field", it should give you a hint what's wrong: Find a field on the issue view | Jira Cloud | Atlassian Support Could be the Field Config or a missing context

@Harvinder kaur instead of showing Status you could show Status Category (To Do, In Progress, Done).
-
No it won't as this is a project setting.
-
Hi @Pia Grubitz and welcome to the Community, there are several options. A) Use Filter Subscriptions Assuming you want 1 Email per day: You need to create a filter that contains all issues that are due today. You then subscribe to that filter once a day and will get the Filter result emailed to you. The JQL might look…
-
Hi @Harvinder kaur are you sure, that these projects have indeed the same status? Might be multiple Objects with the same name. Does the filter contain Team Managed projects? If all is in order with the data, setting it to Filter Result and showing Status per Project should do exactly what you'd expect it to do and…
-
Hi @Vera Valshonok most likely, it's due to restricted Customer Permissions. In the project go to Administration > Customer Permissions. You can set with whom a Customer can share their request - this also affects who they can @-mention. You can pick between anyone in the project, people from their Org or people from their…

What do you mean by "Sprint predictability" though? You mentioned a Dashboard above. I've not heard of a Gadget with that name. Are you using a Third Party App? What does it predict exactly?
-
@Avinoam is there any progress/date on the support of adding entries? We need that for the following use case: We use the Page status in a couple of spaces. We would like to create an overview of all pages including the status. Database is helpful, but currently needs to be filled manually. We would like to populate the…

Hi @Smitha Joseph you can do all these changes, for some of them you'll get a warning prompt that you can choose to ignore. Changes in scope and/or estimation will be reflected in the Sprint Reports. Regarding the "Scrope creep", it's certainly not ideal to constantly change the scope of a Sprint. If you notice you start…

I believe the first video game I played was Crazy Chicken on my Dad's first Laptop, soon followed by Mario Kart on the Gameboy. My favorite games are anything from the Lego series. I remember playing Lego Star Wars with my brother sharing one keyboard. Not sure when I first had chocolate, but there are some early pictures…

Hi @Rajmohan Maudshetty and welcome to the Community, could you give us a little more context to your question?
-
When completing the Sprint you'll get a prompt that asks you what to do with the remaining issues (any that aren't in the right column). You can choose to either move them back into Backlog, into another existing (inactiv) Sprint or to create a new Sprint and move them there.
-
The issues are currently in the Backlog. You will have to move the issues manually to the Active Sprint for them to appear on the Board. If you want issues to automatically appear on the Board based on their Status, a Kanban Board is the way to go. A simplified Workflow allows the issue to transition from any status into…
-
Hi @MyCloud Admin you need to create a new Screen and leave that empty. You can then Edit the Workflow transition in the Workflow editor and add the Screen to the transition. That should give you the Comment Editor on the transition that you can use for internal notes.
-
Hi @Barış Özer do these issues appear in the Backlog? That aside, I would recommend to switch the Done and Reopen column. On Sprint Boards, the rightest column is always considered "Done" whereas any other column means "In progress". You can see that reflected in the column's color as well. This is important for Sprint…

Hi @Allanah Miller I just filled out the survey and thought there would be some kind of free form answer on the second page. Does the feature store any additional data? We have our products pinned to the EU and wouldn't be able to participate if data is stored elsewhere.
-
Hi @Yong Yang I would assume this is affected by the System's default. You can change the settings under Administration > System > Look & Feel
-
Very nice! I didn't realise you could access the Details via JQL. Very helpful indeed :)
-
Then this is definitely a Marketplace App, I couldn't figure out which one though. Again: Scrum Boards and their native Reports don't look fo resolved / unresolved, they only count the rightest column on your Board as "done". Your App might use Resolution or Status for their Reports. For Story Points it could be that the…
-
Hi @Pieter and welcome to the Community, not sure what "Scrum Tracking" is - a Marketplace App? My best guess without knowing more details would be that one is based on columns and the other one on resolution/status: Board Reports don't care for Issue Status or Resolution. For Boards the First Column/Backlog is "To Do" and…

Just an addition - this is essentially what I meant with "normal text" just with added formatting. Whatever you put in the Info Panel or add as normal text, is purely informative for the Customer or whoever views the form. The text inserted there cannot be edited by the customer but also isn't replicated into any Jira…

We're all hoping for API support rather sooner than later ;) There has been a really cool AMA thread on JSM where you can maybe still chime https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/JSM-June-2024-Ask-me-Anything-AMA/qaq-p/2729760
-
Okay - you won't find that info if you look for "jira dashboard". I know of this "official" documentation on screens which is still valid for Cloud as well: Project screens, schemes and fields | Administering Jira applications Data Center 9.17 | Atlassian Documentation There are some good overviews on the Community…
