Hi @michaelreiff You could do a CSV Export/Import but I would do a Cloud to Cloud Migration for the specific projects. If you don't need the configs and such you can simply Bulk move the issues to a different project after migration. I don't think issue links outside the migrated project will be retained but that's the…

Hi @Justin Mathew and welcome to the Community, this sounds like a problem on the Email side of things. Some Atlassian Emails come from a funky looking Email address and are often marked as spam. Are you using a company's email where you could contact the Admins or are you using a private and therefore possibly generic…
-
Hi @Jon Ripperdan from the Sceenshots I am not 100% sure whether you see the Emails in the log and they just don't arrive at the Customers or whether there are just no emails at all. You only need to uncheck the "exclude" box in case you want to receive notifications for your own actions when you are the Customer (Reporter…

Hi @Prateek Vyas are you looking for the correct structure to achieve Headings, Bulletlists etc.? Maybe the Document Builder is helpful for you: Document builder You can write formatted text in the WYSIWYG-Editor and it gives you the ADF version ready to be pasted into your JSON.

Have you tried the "issue updated" trigger then or do you want to listen to specific fields? You could either have the same rule for multiple fields and use the "Field changed" trigger in all those rules, otherwise the Scheduled rule limited by a JQL search is the way to go. So what you're saying is, that the JQL does find…
-
You do need to verify the Email once in the beginning - i don't know of any way around that.
-
Rather than doing a "Lookup issue" you can insert the JQL search directly in your trigger. The option for that is quite far down when you edit the Scheduled trigger. However just listening to a field change/issue update like @Gerusa Lobo suggested in his last screenshot would probably work even better? Which part of the…

It will use whatever is currently chosen under "To". In your case the Project with the green shield icon and the issue type "Task". You can use the Bulk operation for moving multiple issues with different types from different projects. The Bulk dialogue would normally ask you for a destination project and type for each…

That was the update we were longingly waiting for!!! Finally going live with our Hub by the end of the month :)
-
You need to be at least Site or even better Organization Admin to change the Default product groups.
-
In that case @Gerusa Lobo gave you the answer already :)
-
Hi @Neil Price-Jones and welcome to the Community, could you double check that you 1) have a Jira Service Management License 2) The Service Desk Agent Role in the specific project? Easiest way to find that out is to use the Permission helper and check for one of the affected issues :) it will tell you what you're missing.…

Hi @Alvaro Hernandez can you specify what timeframe you want to cover? Do you want to include all issues that are 3 months old or newer to the day? 04.11.2024 - 04.02.2025 Or only the issues that have been created in the previous three months? 01.11.2024-31.01.2025 Or something else entirely? ;)

This was part of the official Cloud Release notes: Atlassian Cloud changes Jan 27 to Feb 3, 2025 | Atlassian Cloud | Atlassian Documentation These are more or less the same notes as you will find on admin.atlassian.com for your site specifically
-
Hi @Aleena Umaiir are you Organization or Site Admin? You can set the Default Groups per Product under admin.atlassian.com > Products > Manage Product (next to the specific Product e.g. Jira) Do you not have that option?
-
Good news @Igor Cruz Atlassian just announced, that you'll be able to filter the Global Audit Log for Issue keys
-
Great news @Gourav Sharma The newest Release notes announced an update to the Global Audit log that will allow you to show all executions for a specific issue:
-
Hi @Pooja Kotagi and welcome to the Community, you will need a Marketplace to do that. Some are more general and allow loading Sharepoint/OneDrive files, others are more Excel-specific. Check out Search Results | Atlassian Marketplace
-
Hello @Swaroop and welcome to the Community, i absolutely cannot follow you. What do you mean by "few jiras". Jira is the product name and doesn't refer to any specific Object/Configuration/Feature within the product. Could you maybe provide some screenshots to clarify?
-
Hi @[deleted] and welcome to the Community, after cancelling/removing all products from your organization there are grace periods. Depending on your billing engine it could be up to 60 days. Only after that you can delete the Organization. Refer to this documentation for details: Delete your organization | Atlassian…

Hi @Dmitry Alabyan could you open a new question referencing this one? I'd need some more details about what exactly you are trying to achieve as I don't quite yet understand what info you want to copy between which issues.
-
Of course :) you too!

There is at least one Feature request for adding the Issue filter in the Audit Log: [AUTO-28] Make it easier to navigate Automation Audit Log - add option to search/filter by Issue key, option to view more issues, option to scroll for large audit logs, link directly to the specific component rather than the overall rule -…
-
Hi @Igor Cruz and welcome to the Community, i don't know of any view where you would get an overview based on the issue other than the recent executions. The Audit log always takes the rule as a starting point. The global Audit log now has filter options but doesn't support searching for issue keys just yet.
-
Hi @Trishla Prasad and welcome to the Community, the User directory filters for active users per Default. You need to remove the filter to find the suspended users. Then you'll be able to just reactivate them. Stumbled across that a couple of times already too.
-
I see. That's annoying... Valerie already notified the Atlassians on here but I'll try to escalate further.
-
Hi @Marcel Droop and welcome to the Community! Not helping you right now, but this is why you should have a local user with a different security/login policy... ;) Have you opened a support issue regardless? With no licensed environment connected to the account it might be a little slower but you should still be able to…
-
Right - if it's not about sharing, the "Customer" panel should do the job: You see all the customer details in there, once you expand it. If you don't have the Customer panel on the right side of the issue, you might have to add it in the Screen Layout (bottom right corner "configure" or Project settings > issues >…
-
Hi @Francesc Juventeny not 100% sure but filling the Organization field in the request/issue will result in the issue being shared with the whole Organization. Is that what you want? There is a global setting for automatically sharing requests: I couldn't find any API calls that would get the customer nor the customer's…

Hi @Gourav Sharma The central Automation overview is focussed on rules and you can only find the issues acted upon in the Audit log for each run. However, there should be an "Automation" Tab on the lower left side of your issue that shows recent rule executions. It's right below the fields section of your issue.
