Hello @Matteo Forlin FOX and welcome to the Community, you can't per Default. All open Issues can be found behind the Avatar icon in the upper right corner and should be shown per Number (small 1 for one open issue). To actually alter the Request forms you'd need third party plugins. Refined is quite a powerful one that…

Thank you @Kawan Diogo !!! greatly appreciated

Works great! Thank you so much, @Kawan Diogo Now I only need to figure out a way to delete archived Issues, where the Project itself has been deleted. The script lists issues per Project - not sure how to access Issues without a project. Any ideas other than deleting them directly in the Database?
-
Hi Marc, i saw the article but was hoping someone would have already done the switch from archiving to unarchiving in the provided script in that thread :D I am not that big of a Scripter myself but will figure something out and post it here

For Data Center there are Apps like Advanced Roadmaps, Big Picture and so on. It really depends on your specific requirements as they slighty differ in funtionality Check out the Marketplace: Search Results | Atlassian Marketplace

But you can assign the issue to other users? Can you double check what type of project you're working in to rule out a JSM license issue?
-
@marc -Collabello--Phase Locked- as I am looking for the same thing as @Mansi.Gusain ... I checked the API and couldn't find any request for accessing the actual content. I get all sort of Meta Info on the pages and content but not the content itself. Could you provide further info than just the general link to the API…

Hi @Prashanth Karunakaran and welcome to the Community! Are you the Jira Admin? You can check your permissions with the Permission helper (you'll find that with the Ctrl + K search or directly from the Issue menu). You need the "Assignable User" permission. You could have all the project roles in the world - if the…

Hi @Dimitrios Stergiou and welcome to the Community, unfortunately, there is no such option. I checked for existing Feature requests in JAC but couldn't even find any regarding Jira (JAC Search for keyword "recurring") Feel free to open up a suggestion there or contact the Atlassian Support regarding this. They can create…

Sorry for the late reply, @kaushalkumar_jha You stated, that you are on Jira Cloud Premium. With that license you have access to Jira Plans which does pretty much exactly that. Have you checked that feature out? Get started with plans | Jira Cloud | Atlassian Support There is a decent video here as well: Introduction to…

Hi @Hans Huang and welcome to the Community, i am assuming you are referencing a Customer's user account? So anyone who has Portal-Only access. Follow the instructions in this article: Edit a customer's name | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support
-
Hi @kaushalkumar_jha and welcome to the Community, not sure what your specific question is? Your bulletpoints sound like a sales pitch for Jira. This is pretty much exactly what Jira does - so which features are you missing or what doesn't work for you?
-
Thanks @[deleted] ! Learning new things everyday ;)

Hi @Janardhanan Kalidass this website should answer your questions: Get certified with Atlassian : Atlassian there are several Certification level and topics now so it really depends on what you want to do it for.
-
Hi @Tinatin Bonney and welcome to the Community, it could be a couple of things A) she doesn't have a Jira Software License (that shouldn't be an issue anymore, as Jira Work Management and Jira Software have been moved together) B) she doesn't have permissions to the Board Is it correct, that you are on a Free Plan for…

Hi @Ashutosh Tiwari and welcome to the Community, you can access the View Settings via "View Settings" rather than the Dot menu: To show Fix Version you need to have "Version" under Fields activated. Is that what you are looking for?
-
HI @Peter Bettens The official documentation still claims that Shortcuts will be deprecated: Configure shortcut links | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support However, the Community article doesn't exist anymore. I will escalate your question to the Atlassian Team. Maybe they can shed some light on this.
-
Hello @TANYA DANIELS and welcome to the Community, Sounds like you already double and triple checked that the user has the correct permissions (that would be Administrator rights to the Jira Administration which is a different "product" than Jira when you look at it on admin.atlassian.net) I see you are on a Paid Plan in…
-
Hi Max, I don't think there are sample projects that you can simply add to Jira. The only thing available are project templates, but they don't include data. The only thing that might work would be a CSV Export/Import for the issues, but you would have to recreate the Project accordingly yourself.

Hi @MidnightExe unless you have any Plugins installed that would provide such a text, this is the Field's description. You cannot edit the System Field's description unless you do some Database hacking. I've done changes to Locked Fields before but never to System Fields. I wouldn't recommend touching those. You can…

Hi @Anup Kale and welcome to the Community Just to add to @Anahit Sukiasyan by inviting the Customers to the Target JSM site, it will trigger Account creation so the users will have to create a new password and won't have access to old issues (from the old site) in their accounts, as Customer Accounts are distinct per JSM…

Hello @Jessika Runolf Lindqvist and welcome to the Community, You can delete your Account under this link: Atlassian account However, if you have a Managed Account (if you registered with your Company's email for example) you cannot delete the Account. Just note: this is the Online Community - we are not the official…
-
You can create Boards without a Company Managed Project - the Board then "lives" under your User profile. The Board filter can simply contain all Team managed Project's issues.
-
Hi @vamsi and welcome to the Community, you are working with a Team-managed projects that work differently. On the Boards, you won't see Epics nor Subtasks as seperate Cards. You can see the Epics of each Task and you can group by Epic but that won't show the Epics as seperate cards. A workaround may be to create a new…

Then they don't have "normal" user permissions. Guests cannot search for users in general, but also not within their space. See also: What can guests see and do in Confluence? | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support
-
Ah sorry - yep, missed that detail indeed ;) No there are no built-in mechanisms to hide users from each other within one site. You could limit the global "browse user" permission, but then they can't find any user, not even ones from their own company.
-
@Maja Jacyszyn they have access to each other's information regardless, if they all have normal user permissions on the site. Space access is no concept that could be compared to multi tenant environments.
-
Hi @Normann P_ Nielsen _Netic_ i don't quite get what your concern is exactly? If you sort your customers into Organisations, you can restrict the Request sharing to each Org and nobody sees each other's Email adresses. There's not really a big difference to Data Center when it comes to that. With Premium you can create…

The API Guide is your best starting point: The Confluence Cloud REST API You usually need some scripting skills at least to make the most of it. Regarding the public space, I was thinking of creating a NEW space, that is accessible for all companies. You put all shared contents there and use the include-Macro in all other…
-
Hi @Maja Jacyszyn and welcome to the Community, like you already said, the normal way to do that would be the include Macro, but that respects space and page permissions so it won't work. Same goes for embedded links. Do you have Confluence Automation available? You could copy the page to Spaces B-D when it's updated in A.…
