Hi @James Bryant and welcome to the Community, your existing Account has nothing to do with the Work Email Account as that would have been created newly when your Admin sent the invite. However, let's say both emails are Microsoft Accounts and you use Edge to verify the work email but the browser has you logged in with…

Hi @Mateusz Mysliwiec and welcome to the Community, Xray has a really good online documentation. Check it out here: REST API - Xray Cloud Documentation - Xray (getxray.app) If you have specific questions, you could always contact the App vendor support :)

Hi @Wanda Lugo and welcome to the Community! could you provide a screenshot of that "create calender" / edit calender view? As far as I know, the Standard Jira Calendar functionality is only available per project and cannot be "created" but only switched on or off. Also, it's not a personal calendar but will always show…

I cannot see anything wrong, but it's hard to tell without access to the site. Try the official Atlassian Support . You can give them access and they can investigate further.

@Taffy Muzinda Muzinda Why would you need a new workflow? A board doesn't have its own workflow but only represents the workflow(s) of the board's issues. You can map any status onto the Board's column. You'll have all status from all workflows from all issues in the Board's filter available for mapping. So if one project…

Easy.. To not die in accidents or by nasty diseases! I don't want to live forever, so I'm not wishing for immortality. However, driving motorcycles, going skiing and diving and just live in general hold a lot of risks that sometimes hold me back as well. So if I wouldn't have to worry about dying after the next bend, I'd…

Do you have the Epic Panel activated? You find that option under Board Settings > columns. However, despite that config, it shouldn't give you the error message. Certainly odd. I'd try the official Atlassian Support you can give them access to your instance for the support case and they can investigate further.
-
Hi @Martin Whitehair and welcome to the Community, You filter filters for "Standard Issue Types" and "Subtask Issue types". Per Default, an "Epic" is neither. You can check that under Administration > Issues > Issue type hierarchy. Assuming you've not changed the default configuration, your board won't show any Epics, as…

You cannot migrate Jira issues into Confluence pages. So I still don't understand what the goal is here?? You could export issues and upload the JSON-formatted values onto Confluence pages but that makes absolutely no sense. Are you sure, that you aren't looking into Jira Server/Cloud to Jira Cloud migration instead?
-
Correct. The Access subscription costs extra. There is a pricing calculator on the website I linked. In Cloud, there are no other options if you want to connect an external IDP.
-
Hi @Tony Doyle and welcome to the Community, with specific questions regarding Marketplace Apps, it's often best to simply contact the vendor's support. However, there are a couple of SaasJet employees on the community. @Kateryna_v_SaaSJet_ can you help?
-
@Eduard Diez there is no option to restrict Export at the moment on any level. There are open feature requests like this one: [JRACLOUD-74232] Restrict the option to export Issues - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. You can upvote that but there's often not much progress on these kind of features…
-
Hi @Michał Radzimirski and welcome to the Community, to synch Entra (and other IDPs) you need an Access subscription: Atlassian Access: Enhanced Cloud Data Security & Governance There are good guides on how to setup connections once you got the license.
-
Hi @Eduard Diez which reports/exports exactly are supposed to be disabled?
-
Hi @Sanjivani Wayal what part of Jira do you want to migrate into Confluence exactly? These are two completely different products.
-
Hi @Kushal Koshiya and welcome to the Community, I guess you are already trying to achieve this via Automation? You need the Schedule trigger and use cron expressions to achieve any specific repeat rate. Use any Cron expression tool like Free Online Cron Expression Generator and Describer - FreeFormatter.com

Hi @Samantha.McEwen-Rolph and welcome to the Community, you need the "Delete issue" permission in the specific project. If you are the project admin, you can check the current permission scheme under Project settings > Permissions. Otherwise you'll need an Admin to assist. If you cannot find a "Delete" option in the issue…

There is an SLA Panel in the issue view of a Request. You can turn that on/off for each Request type. You can also add the SLAs to the Queue view. Moreover, Under Knowledge > Reports in your project side bar there are multiple preset and custom reports available.
-
Browser, Cache, Language settings... Literally anything. I don't know what Apps you have installed and how they are configured. You've not given much detail to work with. All Apps work in a different way. You need to figure out which App is causing the issue and then it's best to contact the vendor.

Usually, new JSM projects will come with a couple of standard configurations, one of which is Time to Resolution. You only need to edit that SLA to something like this:
-
Hi @Vera Valshonok in JSM you can use SLAs for that. You can define SLAs to your liking, configuring when they start counting, when they pause and when they end. You can also define goal metrics dependent on issue fields. Set up SLA conditions | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support In your case, the SLA should…

Looks like one of them is doing something. "UI modifications" is nothing vanilla Jira would do. Any App that modifies field behaviour could be the culprit.
-
No - there is no info icon in Data Center. Descriptions will show underneath the field in Create/Edit screens. For Data Center you'll need Scriptrunner or the likes. Not sure if you can add icons though... @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- ?

Hi @Pushkaraj Kolatkar and welcome to the Community, at the moment, there is no export / copy paste feature for Request Types. Exporting the whole project and reimporting it elsewhere seems a bit overkill for only one Request type (or did you mean a whole set of RTs?) It also might create some issues/errors as Field IDs…
-
Hi @Eran Roiter do you have any Marketplace Apps installed?
-
If you want the comments tracked it might be an idea to leave them in form of Sub-tasks. By that, the progress on the comments can be tracked. Add a status "Peer Review" - maybe put the reviewer in an additional field "Reviewer" or just put them as assignee. Create Sub-tasks for each comment. Mark them as major or minor…
-
Hi @Ray Balmeo Cagayon are you actually talking about a custom field or are you referring to the Jira Status? Maybe provide a screenshot for some clarity. If you want to customize Custom fields, you will most likely will need Marketplace Apps like ScriptRunner. If you only want a different layout for the Dashboard it…

Hi @Kyrylo Nahornyi and welcome to the Community, the issue is, that even if you branch over the Child Issues, you won't be able to save the info whether each one is in the correct status or not. There isn't really the concept of variables in Automation. Depending on your workflow, you could simply try to copy the Child's…
-
Hi @Santhana Raj Maharajan what exactly do you want to achieve? Is it that you want to ensure, a second person has checked certain info before the issue can progress in the workflow? You could restrict workflow transitions so that no two transitions can be triggered by the same person in a row.
-
Hi @Pauline Hennau the icon appears automatically, when you add a description to your custom field. To do so, go to Admin > Issues > Custom fields > ... on your custom field > Edit The icon will appear and on mouseover the description pops up. You can use Wiki markup for the description, hence the possibility of emojis.
