Hi @Shruti Kulkarni In Team-managed projects Subtasks are only displayed as cards when you group the Board by Subtasks. See also: Manage subtasks in team-managed projects | Jira Cloud | Atlassian Support Otherwise, you can only see whether an issue has subtasks or not based on the subtask icon on the card.

Hi @Giulio Pengo and welcome to the Community, linking the page is the correct way to do it. However, you can use the /link macro which opens a small search bar. You can search for the Confluence page in there - usually no need to open new tabs. You can format how that link is presented (text only, small preview, preview…

Hi @yunncsie and welcome to the Community, with these In-App Adverts it tends to be quite complicated to get them removed. Some can be removed through a support Request, others are hard-coded and cannot be deactivated at all. I am not sure whether there is an updated timeline, but the legacy editor will likely be…

Hello @Sibghat Abbasi and welcome to the Community, could you provide some more details? The database is not listed where? Are you hosting on Windows or Linux?

Hi @pparamaguruparan and welcome to the Community, not that I know of. You can already branch over all Tasks on a page with Confluence Automation but I couldn't find any corresponding action, that would allow you to uncheck those tasks. Possible workarounds: A) Use Confluence Automation to Create a new page using a…

Hi @Bill Sheboy thanks for the Comment! While I won't share all my knowledge in this blog post (that's what my corresponding presentation is for - hit me up if I should talk about this at your event!), I will share my biggest secret: My presentation covers more methods, including Field observation & System archeology :) So…

I completely missed the Sub-Task aspect. Thanks @Trudy P Claspill for that addition!

Hi @Dave Cusack and welcome to the Community, you can change the Issue Type by "Moving" issues. This option is also available in Bulk Edit Mode. Open the Issue search, search for the issues you want to edit and then open the Dot-Menu (...) in the upper right corner to access the Bulk change mask. Check out : Edit…

yeah, because the main task is probably not assigned to you. the Subtask will always "stick" with its parent and won't show up in a different column regarless its assignee.

Hi @Muhammet Bal and welcome to the Community, this is by design, if we are talking about a Business project? Maybe provide a screenshot for clarity. You can show Subtasks on the cards if you click "More" in the upper right corner of the Board: It will look like this: However, the Subtask will always "stick" with its…

Hello @Vera Valshonok currently, this is still a feature request: [JSDCLOUD-9042] Provide the ability to configure 2FA for portal customers - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. Currently it is limited to actual Atlassian Accounts, that may be Customers on your portal as well though. MFA requires a…

Hi @Juan Ignacio Sejak and welcome to the Community, can you please provide a Screenshot of the specific access settings? What specific Product Roles do the domains get access to?

Hello @RAMCEL MAGNAYE do you want the rule to run every hour between 6-11 on Sat/Sun OR do you want the rule to run everytime an Issue is created but only between 6-11 on Sat/Sun?

Hi @Palak Shrivastava and welcome to the Community, i am assuming they are already sorted into Organisations? There are several options: * Share all requests automatically with the Author's organisation * Share specific requests automatically, if they follow a pattern * Let the Author choose to share their request with…

Hi @Paul Jentzsch and welcome to the Community, according to this Community post, the certification is from 2022: FY23 ISO/IEC 27001 Certifications Update - Atlassian Community If you follow the links in that article, it refers to ISO 27001:2022 already. However, I can see that in the Trust Center they still refer to the…

Screens are not dependent on the Issue's state but only their issue type. So I don't know of any setting that would cause such behaviour. Can we just double check that: * You are viewing the Issues in the "normal" Issue view (window or full screen)? Maybe just provide a screenshot :) * The open and closed Issues you are…

Works fine on my sites. Is it back to working for you as well?

Hi @Christian Martinez I just got the first questions from my users on this. I don't personally use blogs so I had to do some digging to figure out what happened.. They need the Overview page just like @Jana Baldermann already mentioned. Also, I noticed that Blogs don't appear in any of the Content Management tools. Cannot…

Very Excited for the Release after being blessed by the opportunity to provide Feedback early on!

Is there any way to add custom entries to the Calendar? I got lots of "extra curricular" activities going on and would love to see them all in one place!

Hi @Kimberly Rohn and welcome to the Community, an old Thread is not the place to post a completely different question. Please post a new question by using "Ask the Community" in the header menu. Thanks!

Bevor…

Hi @leandrosantosser and welcome to the Community, Anyone in CC in the original Email will be added as Request participant, as long as the Customer access settings allow it. Request Participants have the same access to the Request as the Reporter, hence they see public comments and get notifications for them.

Hello @Mary Ozdemir and welcome to the Community, this is a place where your questions are answered by other users, Community Leaders and sometimes people from the Atlassian Team. Have you checked out the documentation on Org deletion? Delete your organization | Atlassian Support You need to cancel any subscriptions first…

Note: This is the Atlassian Community. Most people here do not work for Atlassian so we do not have any more access to these ressources than you. You can detect Atlassian employees by the Lozenge "Atlassian Team". I will escalate this issue to the Atlassian Team for you.

Sorry - my mistake. There is another field called "Organizations". Could you try that as well? When you created the issue - did you see the "share with" options below the Request form before submitting?

Hi @Dominik Kaźmierski exisiting Tickets won't be shared automatically after you've changed Share settings. Sounds like you want this setting activated: Jira settings > Products > Jira Servicemanagement > Configuration Note: Users can always opt out of sharing their request with their Org. What you could do is create an…
