Hi @Ben Manifold Custom fields in that format are used in smartvalues for automation, when creating a JQL string you should use the field name, e.g.: project = Foo AND status = 'BAR' AND MyFieldName = Regular or if your field name is a text field you should use ~ instead of = project = Foo AND status = 'BAR' AND…

Hi @Chavali_ HemanthSubbarao What this means is that you have some work items with the status In Stage, before you can delete the status you need to transition those items to a different status. You can find which items are in this status using this JQL filter: Status = "In Stage" Once you have updated any items that…

Hi @Nikolaus Varzakakos (Qlerify) , welcome to the group!

Hi and welcome to the community @Jakia Sultana Shifa

@Susan Waldrip no I don't speak to my godson's mum anymore, but not because of the drum kit; she moved as far into deepest darkest Wales as she could to recapture her childhood holiday memories, and I don't think she's ever left there
-
@Kristján Geir Mathiesen the only time I thought about a drum set was when my godson's mum was being more annoying than usual. Since this was right before my godson's birthday, I bought him a drum set!

Looks like we're going to be doing some repotting soon...

@Andrea Robbins the answer provided was tested in cloud

Hi @성승기 It is not good practice to delete work items, especially for the reason that you have mentioned as it gives an impression of dishonesty. In fact, deleting work items may be against your companies policies which could potentially get you in trouble for deliberately hiding audit trails, especially if there are…

Hi @Victoria J Armentrout Only epics with a child issue that appears in one of the columns of the Kanban board will be shown on the Kanban board. Where you can see them on the backlog it is likely that they have a child issue in the backlog but not on the Kanban board itself
-
Hi @Fabricio Nascimento When an update is made to a work item, in your case the epic, the timer for how long it remains on the board is reset so it will appear on your board for a week after it was updated with the new task. I ran an automation this week to update a label on work items relating to a major release today and…

I played flute for a few years at the start of secondary school, then I grew up a bit and discovered girls and after that there was never enough time to practice the flute!

Our major launch started today, and the CEO lost it when we added the team maze slide to the all company presentation he did this morning, it's even better that at the time he was doing the presentation sitting on a stone bench with the Tower of London behind him due to a fire alarm forcing him to evacuate the building.…

Hi @Malcolm McDonald Take a look at https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-articles/Jira-Issue-Type-Hierarchy-Everything-You-Need-to-Know-Jira-Guru/ba-p/2803255 which may help give you an understanding how some other people set up their hierarchies

HI @Caitlin Kingsley I would say you're just lucky! I would have expected the format of dates to follow your language / location settings, but there are also Date / Time format settings that a Jira admin can update for you; Change date and time formats These settings don’t apply to the work item, work item create, list…

Hi @Mohammad Afzal Qamer Have a look at https://community.atlassian.com/learning/path/administer-atlassian-organizations/course/explore-and-create-atlassian-organizations/lesson/explore-atlassian-admin-roles for more info on the role of an Org Admin

This is our garden, although you can see the stoney weed filled area outside the window where we'll repot anything that grows in the yellow pot!

Hi @Anshuman Ankur , As @ELFAPP Technologies says you should be able to see who disabled a rule under config change in the audit log:
-
Another possibility is that you're cloning tickets and cloning is set up with "-" as a default prefix rather than "Clone - "
-
@Jay Boyd there is a possibility that you've got an automation set up somewhere that updates Summary to be "-" + {{issue.summary}} Haver a look at the automations for a project where this is occurring and see if there's an edit step in an automation that updates the summary
-
As @Piyush Annadate _ACE Pune_ says, you shouldn't need automation for this and the screenshots Piyush shared should show you what you need to do, if you can't see that please share screenshots of what you do see.
-
HI @Filip Hancko Do you mean you want to be able to see remaining time on the cards on the Kanban board? If so can you provide screenshots showing your board and what you see when you click on (...) to help us resolve your problem?
-
Hi @Tech Exactly Project Management You can have more than one board associated with a project, in fact you can have both Scrum and Kanban boards associated with the same project. Work items are associated with a project and the boards just allow work items to be viewed and managed based on the filter for the board, so…

I'm glad it's not just me then @Amanda Barber !
-
@El a simple thing you could do is to set up the board data source as a filter using: project = IB AND component IN (Ops, Dev)
