@Tracey Bakewell You can turn off the customer notifications that are auto-sent from JSM. Take a look at the image. To set who customers can automatically share new requests with, Jira admins can change the Global settings .

Here is Sam's reply from ealier. "The label functionality is the only real way to manage/filter your rule list at the moment. There is no way to add the date of rule creation to the rule list. This is a good idea though, I will add this to our upcoming projects to work on for the team. Cheers!"
-
Also remember that you can use "Log Action" to add more information to the log, e.g. what issue is being processed, some value on that issue, etc. See Automation actions
-
@Tracey Bakewell let us know once you got it working! :-)

@WW fantastic write-up. And thanks for your input @Matt Doar. They are most commonly referred to as self-reflecting, loop, or looping transitions. On the exams, they are called "self-reflecting".

@kudupudi nageswar - we have a Certification Accelerator Experience as part of Atlassian Team '21. There will be study groups for ACP-100, ACP-120 and ACP-620. I highly recommend it. https://events.atlassian.com/team21/training
-
@Amina CHAYEB I agree with Jimmy above; the ACP-620 is already available. With respect to other certifications, here is a good page to review https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Training-Certification-articles/Looking-ahead-to-new-Certifications-and-Badges-in-2021/ba-p/1624679
-
@Syed I hope you're aware of the Certification Accelerator Experience at Team 21. ACP-620 is one of the exams and there will be plenty of sample questions as part of the experience.
-
Me, three. :-)
-
@Malka Jackson [Isos Technology] - glad you're aware of the Accelerator. Well, hopefully you can get a buddy or several to get a jump start on ACP-120.
-
@Malka Jackson [Isos Technology] Have you heard that we are offering a first-of-its-kind Atlassian Universit Certification Accelerator Experience? It's exactly for this purpose; for groups preparing for the ACP-100, ACP-120 and ACP-620. But it's only for Team ’21 attendees. Find out more about the experience here.

To all aspiring Jira Jedis, Watch the webinar to see a few brand new Jira Software sample exam questions. And laugh when you notice that I myself failed the Star Wars trivia question. I tried to write a metaphor about Baby Yoda—you know to keep the whole Star Wars theme going—without watching the full Mandalorian series…

Marque ambos. Además, mañana es un seminario web…

@felix.weber Thanks for the comment. You have found the documentation I would have sent :-).
-
@Dirk Ronsmans not out of the box, but perhaps you could use an automation rule to do the calculation of elapsed time and set a custom field value on a ticket.
-
Congratulations, Kat, and thank you for all your assistance!

Hi @Shankar Dharmaraj - here is a reply from our dev folks. 1 . Those fields (Epic Name/ link) are platform things, unrelated to ARJ. The behaviour here seems to be intended. I don't know a way to get the name in an export. 2. Cloud doesn't have the JQL function to get the parents of an issue but Server/DC does have one…
