@Armando STK - you can just click the link Atlassian University hosted a webinar and register and it takes you straight to the recording. No password required.

@Dirk Ronsmans Atlassian hasn't released timelines for future Cloud certifications.
-
@[deleted] - Yes this can be done in Jira quite easily with an Issue Security Scheme and Security Levels. There is a free hour-long skillbuilder course on exactly this topic. https://training.atlassian.com/issue-security-in-jira. It applies to both Cloud and Server. Check it out.
-
@michael sam - I think the course is a good starting point. Then based on that, you can decide if you need additional study materials.
-
Hello @Marion Hederer - to listen to the course straight through from beginning to end would be around <= 10 hrs. But we expect that you will find topics that you are unfamiliar with and so you will want to add time into your study plan, so you can investigate, explore, and study those topics further. Best wishes.

Hi @michael sam - it's the latter. Six months' exposure to Jira Software Cloud is recommended before taking the training course and exam. But after that, everything you need is in the course. ACP-JCP Managing Jira Cloud Projects (Certification Bundle: training course + online exam) USD $100 Includes a chance to re-take the…

Hi @Marion Hederer I am not sure if you want to earn the Jira Cloud or Server certification, so I'll tackle both. Since you already have 2 years of experience as a Jira Admin, you may want to sign up for the cert prep course(s) first (cost $50) in order to gauge how much you already know. They take you through each Exam…

@Rob Horan Jira Cloud and Jira Server have much overlap in terms of the configuration of Jira classic projects, JCA contains quite a lot of content on next-gen projects and also on Organization Admin/Cloud Admin functionality that doesn't exist in Server. Check out the ACP-120 Jira Cloud Administration Certification Prep…

@Inayat Nahvi - First, hello Inayat! So nice to be in touch after all these years; our Jira paths cross again :-) Secondly, the answer is "not really". The reason is that while Jira Cloud and Jira Server have much overlap in terms of the configuration of Jira classic projects, JCA contains quite a lot of content on…
-
@Dirk Ronsmans yes, ACP-JCA is a good choice. Good luck and keep us posted in community :-)
-
@Dirk Ronsmans Neither of the two new credentials in beta have any content specific to JSD. The ACP-JCA covers much more breadth and depth of Jira Cloud than does ACP-JCP, so if you're looking to learn something from the prep course, and get certified to boot, then I would recommend that one. Both of them have a lot of…

@Patricia Francezi_iDev_ All of the exercises in the lab workbook indicate which fictitious user account(s) the students should log in as (there are 4 different user accounts used in the labs). Students receive the actual login credentials for these accounts as part of the registration process. If you did not receive an…

Hi Trena, You can start with the Learning Paths to see all your options., especially the path for Jira Administrators. Jira Administration Part 1 and Part 2 cover Jira schemes for either Jira Cloud or Server. In the Ongoing section of both of those pages, you will also see free skillbuilder courses, some of which cover one…

I agree with Nic's answer down below... it's difficult to advise you without knowing your existing skill set and what the expectations of your job role are. One more advice I can offer is to review all the Exam Topic guides for each exam and see which one resonates more.

@Danielle Green I empathize with your predicament. Jira is a rich product, hence a lot of documentation, hence it's hard to know where to start. I find it easiest to go to the main documentation for a particular release which I have, am using, etc. For example: Jira Software Server 7.6 documentation Then I search for…

Thanks for all that you do, @Kat Warner .

The training was developed based on Jira Software Server but a number of concepts and challenges are applicable or similar to other Jira platforms and applications. We also have Q&A at the end.
