@Kerwood his doesn't solve your problem but it might help you troubleshoot. Attachment Manager by Easy Apps has a page tree. Choose one or many pages and then filter by 'not visible' or search the attachment. Make sure for some odd reason it is not associated with a page. Confluence is a bit odd in that it never deletes an…

@Sebastian Smith try our new app Attachment Manager by Easy Apps. It think is solves the problem you have. While you can filter by attachment size, I think you want to also try this filter by unused attachments. It could save a lot of storage and avoid confusion with older versions without having to necessarily decide if…

@SaravanaKumar if you are still looking to save storage then I think you will want to try our new app Attachment Manager by Easy Apps.

I would like to add to the above the value of managing attachments. Not well known is that when remove an attachment from a page or replace it with a newer version of an attachment the old one is not deleted automatically. The reason is for version history. But over years all those unused attachments can create a mess. We…

@Kent Chiu thank you for the greater details. I'll discuss it with the team, needless to say this doesn't help you in the short term.
-
We have a bulk find and replace but it doesn't deal with source code (see Space Content Manager). Could you tell me a bit more about the use case or reach out to our support. Something would consider building.
-
In some organizations, the best choice is to have an individual or group of people designated as the curator. Herding cats. I agree need someone manage content. A periodic light clean up can go a long way to keeping pages reasonably up to date (perfection is not the goal). Most importantly limit glaring errors that cause…

After changing emails in Jira you might need to change them in Confluence. To bulk change emails in Confluence try our app Space Content Manager, it is part of the find and replace tool.
-
@Kristian Klima mentioned our app Find and Replace by Easy Apps. It's one of a suite of content editing tools in Space Content Manager. You can use a script as well if your use case is not too complicated and not to often.
-
@[deleted] I'm not sure of your specific needs and if they include Confluence. If they do take a look our Redirection app.

Read the tips on formatting links, see if they help. @ccenvcvb I hear you on having to pay for additional features. To be fair to Atlassian each user has an interpretation as to what is basic, myself included. Then some things require a premium upgrade, some of which I think should be available with standard. I pay for web…
-
@Sonja Altmann as some short term help to fix the mistake you can use an app (free trial) to change the name of the link. Label manager is part of our app Space Content Manager, it allows to change the name of the labels and a few other things.
-
@Shannon S mentioned editing the links, here are tips on formatting links, we wrote in our documentation for our link manager feature. Spoiler only some things you would expect are supported. @ccenvcvb I don't know the details of all your link editing needs. With our app you can bulk edit links, it is a feature of Space…
-
@Sonal Kumar this isn't exactly what you are trying to do and it uses an app. Maybe not for the current problem but I suspect you might have similar needs now and then. A feature of Space Content Manager is bulk find and replace. Has a free trial.
-
@Natalia_Kovalchuk_SaaSJet_ LinkedIn. This one is generally better than the others. X for business is now questionable. Start by ensuring the profile itself is up to date and targeted. If a company has both apps and services the page is normally focused on services. Not targeted for selling apps. Have to have a plan over…

I'm a 'content guy'. The bulk editing features are welcome. But we are on standard. We built our own bulk content management tools. The app is a suite of bulk editing tools called Space Content Manager. I agree with so many comments that permission control is crucial for a well run instance. The app includes an easy way to…
-
@Aubrey Robertson what use case did you solve using automation? As for "I still haven't figured out how to add labels to just a page tree though" it is not what you want to hear but likely requires a paid app. Here is a screenshot from our doc space using Label Manager by Easy Apps (our app). You can choose any parent page…
-
@elloco999 doesn't seem possible. Formatting phone numbers is tricky in Confluence, some quirks. We wrote tips in our docs. that you might find useful for URLs, emails and phone numbers. It is part of the link manager feature in our app Space Content Manager.
-
First, there's the maintenance burden. So true. Too often an afterthought. This is a top reason we have documentation in Confluence, whatever the compromises they are worth it as docs are more often (and better) maintained in Confluence. We use Scroll Viewport to power our documentation. To maintain Space Content Manager…

@Omar Bouchouari as @Kristian Klima mentioned for more advanced options your best bet is to evaluate a numbered headings apps then determine if solves the problem and offer enough value to pay. I personally evaluate at least two, I find it speeds up testing. Three companies makes them, see them, we make one of them, the…

Other option is an app to check out docs, see Cenote Lockpoint. As @Kristian Klima mentioned an integration app, to essentially embed the doc on the page, is a good option as well.
-
@Jesper Jordan I think @Kristian Klima suggestion to use an app to bulk add labels might be your best bet. I do not know of a labels app with such automation, sounds like an interesting idea. We make a label manager app. We would be interested to learn more about your use case if you want to contact us. Our label manager…
