  • If like many server clients you have moved to cloud you will discover what Stephan suggests is impossible. You don't have that level of customization in cloud. We built a redirection app called Redirection by Easy Apps and learned all about what can and cannot be done in cloud. What can be done is not technically a…

  • I agree Anchors are a key, you get them next to any H1-H6 in published mode. Example: We noticed users of our app Redirection by Easy Apps manually adding them as URLs to redirect to rather than searching for a specific Confluence page in the search. It is a workaround, but pretty easy to do.

  • We needed to make bulk changes across our cloud docs space, example when Atlassian changed now something is named or works so we created Find and Replace by Easy Apps. Anyone can use it, pretty simple, no need to understand CQL, which I don't personally know. We ended up rebuilding it so it works for huge spaces. Turns out…

  • Oliva I share your pain about bulk editing. So we built a new app to add bulk editing features for Confluence cloud, it's called Space Content Manger. So far find and replace, edit labels, edit links, add prefix/suffix, and transform text. Label editing soon and lots more in pipeline. Reach out to tell me what you want to…
