Hello @Margarita Jira doesn't have this functionality. Also, there are no third party apps that support this. There is only an option to bulk delete the issues. The only thing that can be archived are the projects. 

This is the example: Each plan is priced per user. For example, the Standard plan is $5 per month, per user. If a company has five users on the plan, the total will be $25 per month. That would mean if you have 20 users, that is 20x10 = 200$ per month.

For annual billing it is 12.50$ per month. You just need to click on Try for free and continue from there.
