Hello @Sampath Sadly, there is not a native feature for bar codes. And also, not so much apps for JSM. Mostly Confluence. You can try out this app here but this is for iOS and Android: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219263/scanstar-for-insight-and-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Hello @Rainy John Can you explain what do you mean by all project roles? Within this configuration you can add "project roles & groups" - which opens the doors to all of the members of this specific group to see the comment, while others are not.

Hello @Jenifer San Jose AI is still in beta, and also it is a free feature. No charges for Jira, Confluence or JSM. Atlassian also did not integrate it's AI feature with any plugins including Tempo, as it a stand alone feature.

Yes, they need to be added through Slack so they can make requests or ask questions. You should be able to invite these users to your Slack channel that is for the customers.

Welcome to the community @Sem H ! There isn't really a direct way of deleting the reporter, since they simply cannot be unassigned, rather when you delete a reporter they will be showing as Anonymous. Second option is make someone else as a reporter which is not a good option.
-
Hello @David Demostene If I understood correctly, there is a group named generice-app-admin-users still active? If that is the case, you would: * Go to Settings -> User management * Click on Groups * Locate the needed group and click on "Delete group"

Welcome to the community @BHarak ! The question here would be, what metrics would be needed in order to measure this? The closest answer to your question is using reports. I assume that you are using Scrum, since reports would be the most relevant for these types. Closest here would be a burn down chart.

Welcome to the community @Daksh Jain [i] ! There isn't a limit on how many labels that can be included. Since it's cloud and is being hosted by AWS, which provides smooth performance. On server is a different story because everything goes through the database (SQL one). In short, no there isn't any degraded performance.
