Hello @Stephen Moffatt I understand your frustration. I am not familiar with this update. Do you have a link to it? Everyone on the board should be able to make changes, unless there are permissions that prevent some users to make changes on the board.

Your colleague needs to add you to the team that they are part of. And this is if we are talking about the Teams feature that has members in it. Or to be added to the same project where your colleague is. Which one is it?
