Welcome to the community @Facundo P Currently there are no APIs for the Atlassian Intelligence. It is not on the roadmap for now. You can use Zendesk for example where you can insert the knowledge base and get the answers.

What exactly do you mean by Removed Issue? This is something that doesn't exist in Jira. The thing that exists are the removed projects that you can restore or delete permanently, if none of that they are removed after 60 days.

Also, was your old project in Kanban or a Scrum board. For Kanban you can enable the sprints when you go to the project settings -> features -> enable the backlog feature and then enable the sprint feature as well If it is the Scrum board, make sure that you start the sprint first.

The issue is not deleted temporarily, it is deleted permanently. After this there is no turning back.

Hello @Sanjay Khanna Once an issue gets deleted from Jira, there is no way to return them back, that is why Atlassian asks you if you are sure that you want to delete your issue. The only way here is to use the app that is meant for returning to the previous version which is called Rewind.
