Hi @Elisabeth Haeck The workaround for this would be: If you have added the status from the "Add status" button, then you can't delete it. The good news is that you can restore the default suggestions if: * Go to space settings > Content statuses * Create a new status * Click Restore Defaults Also there is a suggestion for…
-
I see, you delete your statuses when you click on the trash bin icon. And you should create your custom statuses within that section that contains Rough draft and other statuses.
-
Hello @Elisabeth Haeck When you click on create a status, it will create it on the space level. In order to delete it, it cannot be deleted from the page, rather from the Content statuses page. Also, make sure that you are the space admin.

Welcome to the community @KEIICHIRO HATA It seems that your colleague was added to your site before. Check the User Management section (Settings - cog wheel -> User Management) and enter their name.
-
It is a strange behaviour then. Do you have another account, this might be the account that you are using for the Atlassian Community, unless this is the account that you use for both?
-
Okay, and what is the exact error message that you are receiving?
-
Welcome to the community @zakhttp If you are not the admin of the instance, make sure that your admins check your access. What is the exact error message that you are receiving?
-
Welcome to the community @Mohan Reddy This screen is for creating your Bitbucket account, and the second screenshot is telling exactly that this username exists. So your username needs to be changed in order to be accepted.
-
I've added someone from Atlassian or community to assist us here.

Hello @Darren Clementson There is no actual way around it: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/How-to-get-past-custom-field-limit-of-50/qaq-p/2108770 You might need to split your workflow across multiple boards, as Alex has stated.
-
Understood, can you clarify what this means: we have 10 users so should be able to add 50 guest....we only have 13?
-
Please refer to this page right here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/what-happens-when-you-exceed-your-user-license-limit-in-confluence-cloud-1108477079.html
-
Welcome to the community @Land Programs I haven't quite understood your question. So, you the guests receive the message that all licenses are used...There is no limit of how many guests you can add to your space. It would be the best to send a screenshot of the issue (blurring all of the confidential data).
-
Welcome to the community @Viola Beekman According to https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/making-a-user-an-admin-of-a-board/ " Only board admins can make another board member an admin and all boards must have at least one admin."This would mean that you should create a new Trello board.

Hi @Antonio Carvalho Sadly no, I cannot delete the organisation that you have made since I am not the part of the Atlassian. Mainly, the organisation is deleted by you. Before you do this, using your old account, invite your test account to the instance and add the Jira Product Discovery to their account while inviting…
-
Hey @Antonio Carvalho I see the issue, try to create a new Atlassian account with the different email address and add the JPD product on that test site. Currently, there are no reports regarding this issue on Atlassian's site. Let me know the results.
-
Understood @Antonio Carvalho Try with clearing the cache, incognito mode and try with the different browser.
-
Welcome to the community @Antonio Carvalho Where you get redirected? By default you should be accessing the start page with the products listed.

-
Hello @LouisFvanWyk This is because your email was added to the suppression list by the Atlassian. Reference is here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/Not-receiving-recovery-link-for-bitbucket-account/qaq-p/2634503 You need to raise a request for Atlassian and ask them to remove you from the…

Hi @d_b_kumar_chauhan From the options, try downloading the ZIP archive. If this is not working, download virtual box and install ubuntu on it, then download bitbucket for linux.

Welcome to the community @Vinoo S Warrier Couple of questions: * Which project is this: company or team managed? * What is the filter query that you are using? Are you referring to this?

Welcome to the community @Sherin Grace This is because you are using the free trial version of the Standard plan in Jira. You can either manage your billing to continue the usage of standard plan or to downgrade to the free plan. Reference can be found…

Welcome to the community @[deleted] Are you sure that this actually came from Atlassian? Any sign of incorrect grammar that is being used. This could be a phishing email. If there are some links, do not click on them. You can ask for Atlassian to check on this (I have tagged them here) by raising a ticket…
-
Welcome to the community @Lavanya Lakshmi Nandakumar You should check some things like: * Board filter (three dots -> configure board) - what JQL query is being used here? * Do you have Sprints enabled on your Kanban board? Newly created issues will not be visible until the sprint has started (better practise is to have a…

Hello @Kimberly Kriegler This can be possible with creating a custom field that will contain the new priority option. With the system field, prirorities can be rather added and they will be applied across all of the project, since there are no priority schemes. There was a talk that in the future this may have been added,…
