Hi @Siva Veerla Have you checked if this field in custom fields?
-
Welcome to the community @morozov The external users would require to have a Jira license to access your site. To limit the permissions so that these users can only see the issues on your board, you would have to configure it: 1. Configure board > General 2. Scroll down until you see Filter permissions and click on Edit…

Welcome to the community @Lynoure Braakman For dark background in Confluence you can use the dark theme. For the syntax highlighting you can use the app Advanced Code Syntax Highlighter. It supports over 220 programming languages and it can match the requirements that you have. Let me know if this solution suits you.

Hi @wilfrid nicholas From the screenshot, I do not see any of the fields that are circled in orange, can you post the screenshot again?
-
This task was completed, I have commented from my other community account, this one is more active.
-
Welcome to the community @wilfrid nicholas That sounds odd. Have you checked if you have any automation rules set up, I see that you are using a Standard package, so you don't have the access to Audit log to see if any of the users have deleted the attachments. When did this start to happen?
-
Welcome to the community @[deleted] Sadly, no, these are the fields that are hard coded, these fields are required in order to request to be made.

Welcome to the community @Eduardo Amaral ! Each user needs to generate their API key. This can be done, when going to Settings > Manage Account > Security > API keys > Generate a new key. As for the API reference, you can use: /rest/api/3/field path with the GET method.

Welcome to the community @v-rs_vendor1 Can you explain a bit further? Also, for the security precautions, I'd suggest that you would edit this post, as this is a public site and you never know if there are some bad actors. Now, the reason why you don't have the access is because you do not belong to the role that has the…

Currently, the navigation is still in the testing phase, but you can still use it. To utilise this, these are the steps: * Open the Chrome extension and select Add to Chrome. * Select Add extension and pin it to your Chrome browser so you can easily toggle it on/off. * After you’ve turned on the extension, open your Jira…

Welcome to the community @Sara Valoti SK ! Are you using the new or the old navigation in Jira. With the new Jira navigation, both of these products become one product. On the old navigation, these products are still separated, and they are different since one is business and the another one is a software project. You can…

Welcome to the community @Svitlana Rekhalska Sadly, there isn't really a way that you see the project template that you have used, rather, there are some differences: * Company-managed project - you will see this on the bottom left corner of the screen if you have created this type of a project * Team-managed project - you…

Hi @RimshaAshfaq Did Permission helper show any errors?
-
Welcome to the community @RimshaAshfaq You can use the Permission helper when you go to the Settings > System. This will give you more insight on which exact permission you don't have for this issue. Based on what you have written, the error message is precise where either the issue was indeed deleted or you don't have the…

Try these steps as well: * If you’ve just signed up, check that you’ve entered your email address correctly. * Check your spam/junk folder for an email from noreply+XXXXXXXXX@am.atlassian.com. * Try using the Resend signup link or Resend verification link button. * Contact your email admin to check that emails…

Hi @Mertcan Yüksel It under the General from Configure board option, you need to scroll all the way down. This is only available for Kanban boards.
-
Welcome to the community @Mertcan Yüksel You can achieve this by changing the filter that is showing your board. You would go to three dots > Configure board > Filter The query would look like this: project = <your project name> AND status != "Done" . Note: All of the issues that are in Kanban board are automatically…

Hello @Anders Hebert In order for these users to have access to Jira only, when you are inviting them, only choose Jira as a product and also the role of User. When it comes to limiting these users to see only certain projects, for each of your project you would need to edit their permission scheme which has the Browse…
-
Hello @Tarieli Gvritishvili You can also use JQL for this, and the query would look something like this: project = Project B AND label = X For historical data, there are two options: ORDER BY ASC - will order all of the issues by the ascending order and also ORDER BY DESC - will order all of the issues by the descending…

Hello @David Stepanyan There are two things that you should check: * Personal settings - these settings have been updated (this needs to be checked by the users who have been impacted by this issue); that said, check which notifications are checked and which are not * Customer notifications - check which buttons are…

Hello @Tehmina Aslam In board settings check column section and make sure all statuses are mapped to a column. Any thing in unmapped status column can pose a problem. Reference: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Cannot-close-sprint-due-to-open-sub-tasks-when-all-sub-tasks-and/qaq-p/1187571 Let me know if…

Welcome to the community @Will Buchner ! When you specify an Action in your automation rule, you will the option to specify the Parent page as well. Now the question is, are any conditions that need to be met here, since with what you have described a trigger of Issue created in Jira and also the action to Create page in…

Welcome to the community @Orlando Richards ! That feature is not in the cloud anymore, so I would recommend installing app named Exalate (this is a paid app by the way), you can try it for 30 days. The way it works is when you create a request, the issue gets created in the project that you have selected as the second…

Hello @Ray Balmeo Cagayon Let me quote Marianne from https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Is-there-a-way-to-report-percentage-of-completion-for-stories-in/qaq-p/1165441 thread: " There absolutely is! You should build an Issue Filter for your current Sprint (Active Sprint) and add the Issue Statistics gadget to…
-
Hello @lad6bp By default when every issue gets created they generate an issue key that is random one. This issue key contains your project key combined with the numbers. When issue key is clicked, it will lead you to that specific project where it was created. You can have the project name showing if you indeed create a…

Welcome to the community @Scott Brunza Have you checked your screen scheme and make sure that this field is also added in there as well? Issue layout only changes the way how this field is being presented, it needs to be added to your screen scheme as well. Also, if it's not showing yet, in your Create issue screen (when…

Welcome to the community @Amy Dozier ! Pretty much if you have earned this one, which is the hardest certifications out there, depending on your goals and personal preference, you can go for a consultant role (a common transition) - this will however require some different skills like business and sales, since you would…
-
Welcome to the community @Karm Parker ! You are right, this is random and there are no defined options where you can configure this, sadly.I am curious also since the first one is using the dark theme and second one is using the light theme, if you can test the sprints in dark and light theme and see if this is the case.…
