Hello @Bob Steurer Try with logging off and logging in. If it doesn't work clear the browser cache and start the incognito mode. This should only be a temporary issue.
-
Hello @Oluwaseun Adedeji To make a field mandatory overall, you would need to adjust your field configuration with field configuration scheme (do not use the default one). From there you can choose which fields will be required. You would: * Navigate to Settings -> Field Configurations (create a new one) * A list of fields…

Hello @[deleted] This is because your email is on the supression list from the Atlassian side. To solve this, raise a support ticket for Atlassian so they can remove your address from the supression list.
-
Welcome to the community @Brad ! The reason is because your email is on the supression list on the Atlassian side. In order to solve this you would need to raise a support ticket for Atlassian to remove your email from the supression list. https://trello.com/contact#/

Hello @Lena Sargsyan Personally I have only been using Confluence due to the flexibility and easy to use features. I've never used Xwiki. Why you were given this task if you don't me asking? I will keep it short on Confluence. Confluence is a collaborative tool focused on documentation. It offers lots of features: *…

Welcome to the community @Daniel Pacner ! As an admin, you have the option to add the Subscribers to the Statuspage, meaning that those who are not added as subscribers they won't receive the notifications.

@Muhanned Shahada I see, this is defenlitly a bug. Even with the default issue type to be set as Epic and a workaround to create a new scheme and apply it, it reproduces the same result. I will tag Atlassian as well and would like to hear what other people can say about this, if they are facing the same issue.
-
@Muhanned Shahada Check your issue type hierarchy. Which issue type is listed as number 1? You can check this by going to Settings -> Issues -> Issue type hierarchy
-
Hello @Muhanned Shahada In that case, you can change the default issue type in JWM: * Click on Project Settings * Click on Issue Types * Click on the cog then edit issue types * Default Issue Type, change this to Epic * Click on Save

Welcome to the community phtandeo@hidglobal.com ! Currently, according to the https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/data-center?status=future;comingSoon& , Atlassian is not planning to include the Atlassian Intelligence within Bitbucket Data Center.
-
You are welcome!
-
Hello @Muhanned Shahada Sadly, there isn't a way of setting a default issue type to be Epic since it doesn't have an issue type scheme rather, adding new issue types which doesn't have an option to choose a default issue type. This would be possible in the company-managed Jira Software project.

Welcome to the community @Luis Felipe Viana ! For monday there are several, this is one of them: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1224142/monday-com-for-confluence-sync-boards-items-to-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview It has the highest rating. For Microsoft Teams:…

Hello @Chris Taylor Part of this can be done by the Atlassian Intelligence. The things that would be missing are: * As a...I want to...so that I * Acceptance Criteria * Design This could be solved by either creating a custom field with the default values of a user story, or to use the Issue Template app for Jira. What the…

Welcome to the community @daria.shchetkina ! This is mostly because your email was added to the suppression list from Atlassian side. I will first tag Atlassian here, so this ticket gets a higher visibility. For urgency purposes, you would need to open a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and ask for the…

@Marc -Devoteam- Thanks for the correction! I excluded that part.

Hello @AIT MOUSSA Mohamed Since I am not familiar how the development for Forge works in a full spectre, I will first add Atlassian here so someone can answer. More recommended is to raise a question on the Forge community: https://community.developer.atlassian.com/c/forge/45
-
Hi @AIT MOUSSA Mohamed Sadly, no, this is not possible. Retrieving the API keys from other users is off limits, since that would be a security issue.
-
Hello @Rahul Only the admins and people that have been added to that project will be able to view, create or edit the issues. If the admin has not been added to the project, they won't be able to see it, until the access level is changed.
-
Welcome to the community @AIT MOUSSA Mohamed ! Not sure if I understood you well. Can you please explain? You have developed an app for Confluence and when you say parameters, which ones?
-
Hello @박성민(학해) I assume you have the automation set up, you can use the {{issue.url}} smart value to include the link of an issue.
-
No problem. There was, but it is for the server version: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-21045?jql=text%20~%20%22date%20weeks%22 According to the https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JWMCLOUD-283?jql=project%20%3D%20JWMCLOUD%20AND%20resolution%20%3D%20Unresolved%20ORDER%20BY%20priority%20DESC%2C%20updated%20DESC…

Hello @Phelan_ Miranda Correct, this is the same situation for JWM. Be sure to follow the Atlassian roadmap for future releases. https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud?selectedProduct=jiraWork&
-
Hello @Dan W Currently there is only a standard package for JPD. I'd encourage you to keep an eye for the roadmap: https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud and also the Jira articles from the community.
-
Hello @Denise Marshall Have you used a update issue field post function, where Assignee can be changed to either: * Unassigned * Automatic * Specific user - this could be your project lead (You can check this in your project details)
-
Hello @Dimitris Kamposos This is because you are probably using a default field configuration which will have the default render of that added field. To fix this, you would need to change the configuration within the the project itself: * Project Settings -> Fields You edit this clicking on the pencil icon, going to your…

Welcome to the community @João Sahium ! This feature was voted in here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-25246. Sadly it did not get much attention.
-
Are you using this one /rest/api/3/project/{projectIdOrKey}? In the Postman for path parameters you have specified your project ID?
-
Welcome to the community @Dashboard ! Are you using Postman? Or are you using languages like Python, Java, etc?
-
Let me know if it worked for you.
