Good mention! Properties will come in. jira.permission.edit.denied
-
Is that actually the name of the checklist item? If yes, you would use it in the automation as well.
-
Yes, you should be able to do it, but also you need to have the Story Points field as well, so when you change it in the backlog, it will be changed in the issue field as well.
-
Hello @Simon Nguyen This is because you would need to use the Story Points field instead of the Story point estimate: From: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Story-point-and-story-point-estimate-duplicate-fields/qaq-p/904742 The Story Points field is being used in the company-managed project.

I see what do you mean. Sadly no, Confluence doesn't have the wrap-text option when the PDF has been exported (tested and confirmed).
-
It is just an example, you put your checklist item here.

Welcome to the community @坂下弥 ! When it comes to seeing who has made the changes within Activity section of the ticket: As for limiting the others from updating, you can manage this within your workflow and the Conditions where you define that users in the project role of "Administrators" (this is the example only)

Hi @Sho VirusTotal says that the domain is legit: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/domain/atlas-67cedc46e45f.intercom-mail.com I have tagged Atlassian for higher visibility.

Welcome to the community @Paschal Onyebuchi Okafor ! Does your automation rule looks like this:

Hi @Rezvan Ahvazian When you say all of the content of the cell, which content are you referring to?
-
Hello @Fatima AALLA , well this could be a problem then. For this issue, you should contact the Okta support then. Since this is related to the IdP. I haven't found their support page, rather than this: https://www.okta.com/contact/
-
Hi @Santhosh Raj , Do you have a screenshot of this issue (blur out all of the details that you don't want to be seen, since this is a public site)?
-
Welcome to the community @ajit_shekhawat ! Go to Settings -> Issue type hierarchy:

@Rezvan Ahvazian For the column width instead of using the outdated Jira legacy, you can use Jira Issues macro. As for the font change, this macro doesn't support it.
-
Hello @Andrew Zimmerman I believe that this can help you out: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/ACE-questions/Community-groups/qaq-p/1696017

Welcome to the community @Rezvan Ahvazian ! Sadly no, the width from the Jira Legacy macro cannot be adjusted, even if you use the extender option on your page it does the same thing.
-
Hello @Santhosh Raj By approvers do you mean customers?
-
Welcome to the community @Colin Perry ! Trello doesn't offer this natively, there is a power-up named Scr Dashboards (it is a paid product free for 21 days). Trello is limited in terms of custom dashboards like the ones that Jira has.

Welcome to the community @kevin.fu ! Correct, as a native feature in Jira, you cannot calculate this. However, Tempo offers a tempo total hours dashboard that displays total hours for a period by Customer. And also, Jira doesn't have a native way to directly calculate the total hours spent by a customer across all issues…

Hello @L M To answer your questions: * Form is only showing in the customer portal, as shown in the image: * Are you creating this from the portal or trying from the agent view (the 1st answer will apply if it is from the agent view) * Form is linked per request type, and correct it is not possible to link the Form with…

Welcome to the community @Vladimir Smelov ! Have you logged in to your Confluence for the very 1st time, since Atlassian offers quickstart guide to the users who have registered to the site. This is also the case for Jira.
-
Welcome to the community @Philipp Ruiter ! You can change the Confluence logo: * Click on the Cog button * Look for the "Look and feel" option * Click on Site logo and favicon
-
Welcome to the community @Jan Gruca ! Since you are using the Confluence within Jira, have you tried to use the Insert picture icon and does it show the same issue?
-
Hello @Aviya No, this is not possible, since this was set by Atlassian.
-
Hello @Henrik Fladkjær You can share your board with the other users making them as Observers of the board (this requires a premium subscription). These users have to be the members of your board - there isn't other way.
-
* This happens to one customer only * I tried with the other customer and they were able to share with others * This user has been added to one service desk project
-
Also I've tried with mine account where I remove the Service Desk Team and replaced it with the customer role and I was able to list out people.
-
Yeah, I logged in as that user and tried and I was able to see this issue reflecting as well.
