Oh, there it is @Robert Wen_Cprime_ , thanks!

Hello @Prem Kumar S When you say that organisation is not available, what exactly do you mean by this? There was a recent update on the organisation product showcase, where you can pivot between the organisations from the product choosing menu, like this:
-
Welcome to the community @Yasmeen Ali Does this job need to be done based on the time schedule? That is a Scheduled trigger. If it needs to be manual, then Manually triggered.
-
I see now, from the Atlassian side everything seems to be operational. Since this is starting to affect more and more users, I am sure Atlassian will update us on this. In the mean time, I'd suggest that you ask them about this by raising a ticket for the Atlassian support.

Welcome to the community @[deleted] Are you still having this issue? Which device are you using? It can happen that on some of the devices like phones and tablets, the UI is not perfect.
-
Welcome to the community @[deleted] In Trello, you can only change your username, when you click on your avatar icon within the board. As for the full name, you would need to update your profile through Atlassian.

Welcome to the community @[deleted] ! Couple of users reported that they have issues with JSM and that is also reflecting on Jira Software as well. Currently, on Atlassian status page everything is operational but on https://downdetector.com/status/jira/ users indeed reported problems related to this issue. Best option is…
-
According to https://downdetector.com/status/jira/, users have started to report the issues, meaning that Atlassian will probably update their status page.
-
Hello Rick. Currently, I am not experiencing any issues. Maybe others can confirm this as well. Try clearing your cache, using a different browser, logging out and logging back in. From Atlassian status: https://status.atlassian.com/ Let me know the results, after you have tried everything.
-
Welcome to the community @Gustavo Sanchez ! Can you please post a screenshot of the problem that you are having (blur out all of the information that is sensitive since this is a public site)?
-
I agree with you that it might be confusing for them to do this. You can always post in community the feature request for Atlassian to take a look at. Take a look at: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-18668?filter=98153 When you try to create a request, it will guide you to ask on community about this.

Welcome to the community @msa.express2024 ! Have you tried with forgot your password option?

For Space admins: * Space settings -> Space Details -> Administrators For Confluence admins: * Cog icon -> User Management -> Search for the person who is an admin -> Look for their groups and the group confluence-admin-<your site name> For User Management you need to be the Organisation Admin.
-
As @Marc -Devoteam- mentioned, you need to be a space admin or confluence admin to make the changes.
-
Welcome to the community @Tosin Osho ! Are you referring to the Space name change? I didn't understand this clearly.

Hello @Petra Cuypers-Oberthuer While there is no direct way to add templates to your blog, the workaround is: * Start creating a page with a template and save it * When in edit mode, click on the arrow within the Update button * Navigate to Update as -> Blog * Click on Save

Welcome to the community Floris! For your workspace, when you go to Settings -> Adding and removing members, who can add and remove the members: Admins or All Members?
-
Hi Sari, Due to the GDPR compliance, you won't be shown the name of the user rather it's ID. Correct me if I am wrong @John Funk (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Show-user-name-rather-than-user-id-in-search-field/qaq-p/1436342). I believe that nothing has changed.

Welcome to the community David! Here in our Atlassian community, there are folks who are part of the draw.io. I see that you have tagged them on this post, which is great! Let us wait and see what they have to say about this.

Welcome to community! You can use this link: https://trello.com/contact#/

If the user hasn't been added to the project, then it should be fine, because it cannot be actually deleted.
-
The navigation itself for a board, list and calendar indicates that this is work management project.
-
Welcome to the community! You can see your customers in Customers section in your JSM project. If they haven't accepted the invite, they will be in the Invited status. Also, check your User Management menu as well and if they are in the status Invite, just remove the user.
-
Hello @Amelia Earhart This is the Work Management type which is used by Jira Work Management.

No problem. Good luck!

Hello @Angus Smith What I would recommend on LinkedIn Learning (this is one is paid sadly)there is a Jira Admin course provided by Rachel Wright. Have you defined an issue type of a Risk in your project? Do you have issues created from this issue type?
-
Welcome to the community @Ömer DUGAL When the issue is moved to done, it gets automatically removed from the sprint and the backlog in Scrum. One way to find the done issue is by using JQL: project = <name of your project> and statusCategory = Done (if you only have Done status from your workflow you can only use status =…
