Hello @Gert Korf Systemation Today, another user reported this problem. I'd suggest to see this with the support especially when it comes to billing: https://trello.com/contact#/
-
@Dmytro Danylov Found it. Try using the dot on your keyboard, on the home page of Atlassian. Notification helper should appear there.
-
@Valerie Knapp hi, thanks for the answer. Yeah it does appear there, but it was also available within the System -> Notification helper, right below the Permissions helper. I wonder what happened with that.

Welcome to the community @Phan Hòa Nhựt If you believe there are some issues with the billing, it is the best to create a support ticket for Atlassian: https://trello.com/contact#/
-
Well, there isn't a risk if you choose the right organisation. :)
-
Plus, your old organisation won't be affected.
-
Yes, you can. Firstly, you need to make sure that the new organization doesn't have any products active - meaning that there shouldn't be any members in groups for that specific product. * Go to admin.atlassian.com * Make sure that you are choosing the right organisation - pay attention to this closely * Go to Settings…
-
You can raise a support ticket for them here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
-
You can do this: 1. Go to admin.atlassian.com 2. Select your organization 3.Click on Products 4.Select your site 5.On the left side you should be able to see Site access 6.Click on "Approve the following domains" and enter the your domain
-
I see, I don't have this option as well and I know why. Recently, Atlassian posted an article with the changes of personal Jira settings, and they have made some changes. Apperantely, this change was not being mentioned.
-
I am here to help, so there is no bothering :), sure.
-
User Management -> Groups -> site-admins -> Three dots -> Modify the group members Bear in mind that this needs to be done by your boss who has the access.
-
Okay, for you becoming the site admin and so you need to be added to the site-admins groups that your. For approving the domains, they need to add you to the comment mentioned above that includes the steps.
-
I understand, do you have the access or someone else with higher admin rights to admin.atlassian.com?
-
Actually no, you can add more org admins than just one
-
Understood, for this you would need to be an organisation admin in order to change the approved domains. For customer access, you would need a site admin access.
-
Can you tell which settings do you need to have?
-
This would be to make you an organization admin. This admin type is the highest admin in Atlassian. Here is the procedure: Currently, only an Org admin can add another one. The Org admin must follow the steps below: * Log in to your organization at admin.atlassian.com. * Choose Settings > Administrators. * Click Add…
-
Glad that you sort it out.
-
Can you post a screenshot of your menu?
-
Hello @tigersoul925 Sounds like a bug to me. What happens when you use incognito mode? What happens when you try to mention those deleted guests?
-
Hello @Dmytro Danylov As mentioned here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Notification-Helper-Permission-Helper-Issue/qaq-p/403479, do you have a global permissions to browse the users?
-
Welcome to the community @Shantini Can you share a screenshot of the issue and blur the information that you don't want to be seen here? Have you cleaned your cache of your browser? Have you tried in incognito mode as well? Which browser are you using and have you tried using a different browser?

Welcome to the community @Georgi When a new project is created, when you are creating the board, the issues from the old project will not reflect on the new project. As an alternative, you can either export and then import the issues to the new project and change the filter in your new project.
-
Hello @Johnny Wong Before the apps, I suggest using Jira native features. For workload you can use the dashboard gadgets - Workload Pie Chart. You search for a project and then select the Assignee which will show the data. As for the bottlenecks, I would go with a scrum project and the reports from there. This is a great…

Welcome to the community @Teresita Mariana Galvan Martinez Strange, I am not facing this issue. When did it start to occur?
-
Also try to search for that user either using the basic or JQL search.
