good point, because I assumed automation is changing the status when the custome replys, and if they get this working theyll need to make sure that is also automated so people dont get emails when they did infact reply to the ticket

Hey @Joe Nguyen As a Jira admin, and a User Access Admin, I am able to add users to groups. I can give users Licenses to Atlassian products. BUT I can't manage the Users on a team, which poses less risk. This Needs to be changed to at the very least allow User access Admins to change and manage teams.

I was able to get this information using api, and power bi. It wasn't easy or fun, but the data is there. Which makes me more upset that it's not viewable natively.
