Hi @Hesham Farg Just to correct the above. you can set buttons to only be visible to you... Just uncheck the option below...

Hi @dimanudel Atlassian was looking into this many years ago but it never happened, I understand the engineering effort to make it work with a high level of user experience was too much... Unito is an incredible power-up, unique in the sense it manages true 2-way mirroring. However, it is really silly expensive. I would…

Just to note, there is not a trigger for card cover changes in the Inbuilt automation engine...except it it is adding or removing an attachment It could be done via an external automation. It is worth looking in the activity log at that time to see what it says. If it was by an internal automation it will say "via butler"

Thank you for continuing to stand by Trello, it really is like no other tool in the market and us millions of users absolutely love it...
-
There are many weird and wonderful ways of doing this, I could get really carried away. However I think the starting point is the simplest way.... Bluecat Reports can do this and you can take out a free trial to test it...
-
Hi, The first one is right. It isn't triggering on the due date time being 5pm it is saying if a card is due that day, regardless of the due date time, execute the command at 5pm

Want to collapse and expand lists in the mobile experience? Let us know in the comments below. Yes please 📱😉
-
YES to this!!! I love it... @Alex Are list colour attributes and status (collapsed or open) going to be added to the API?
-
@Erika Storli Any update on this please?
-
Hi @Jean Novack if {listname} isn't working, try {cardlistname} or {triggercardlistname}
-
Correct, It won't sync, it is an additional calendar. The Cronofy power-up will sync your calendar. It is simple, free (for 1 board) and very effective.
-
Cronofy will sync with google calendar so you then can rely on your calendar notifications. If you want an email, you can also set up an automation in Trello to email you 24 hours before a card is due
-
You will have to add them individually to new boards. It is worth noting that if you add power-ups then copy a board, the power-ups will be enabled on the copied version...

The Trello subscription can be a little confusing for sure but I will try to simplify it. It is a per-user subscription model so if you want premium and you have multiple members in your workspace, you will have to pay for them to be premium regardless of it you think they will use premium features or not. This is very…

Hi again @Noah Tarnow Instead of an automation button. Try a rule that is: When a card is added to list "[your list name]", sort the list "{listname}” by due date descending Where you replace [your list name] with the actual list name. To make it apply to any list do this: When a card is added to list "{listname}", sort…

You can use the same advanced editing capability in the comments too so I think you can achieve what you're looking for with this....
-
@milynnus You are spot on. For those without dev experience, the easiest way to implement this with webhooks for me would be to use something like Make.com, Zapier should also be capable of doing this but I find Make to be far more powerful...
-
Hi @Terry Valentine I understand what you are trying to do and unfortunately this is not possible. One workaround which makes it far more visually appealing...have you considered adding the photo's and links into the description With this method, it will also add the image as an attachment in case you want to use it as a…
-
Hi Noah, I already replied with something intelligible on your original post... https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/Sort-by-due-date-descending/qaq-p/2612985 You can make a board button to do this...
-
Hi @Cam Please disregard the other nonsense on here, almost certainly some of it is AI generated... When it comes to Trello advanced checklist due dates, there is very little that can be done with them... (a half-baked implementation unforutnately) You are correct that Zapier is too basic but you could do something in…
-
Hi @Tanveer Malik You can do this using make.com or Zapier but there isn't an easy way by copying boards in Trello. An alternative option is to create the boards you want, add the members to them but nothing else...Then set up an automation to copy all lists from your template to these boards...

Hi @Amit Keren Changing ISP will have no bearing on Trello access As long as you have connection to the web, you should be able to access Trello
-
Hi @Martyn Bird You can do this via automation. Here is a board button example that moves cards with a specific label to another board:
-
Hi @Abby Vellucci There is a 30 day grace period but you have to contact Trello to cancel. https://trello.com/contact#/ Select the billing option when you complete the form.
-
You can make a board button to do this...
-
Hi @河合つかさ If this is a 1-off event, you can do this via an automation button... Create a button called Archive and apply this automation: Collect each card with a name containing "regex:/keyword1|keyword2|keywordn.../" into a link in checklist "Archive", for each card linked in checklist "Archive", archive the card Swap…

Hi @Martyn Bird This is a bug and Atlassian are aware of it... I reported this on 23rd January Atlassian confirmed this as a bug on 30th January. Our development team identified this issue as a bug. They can prioritize working on its fix, depending on the severity of the issue and the number of customers affected, among…

Glad I could solve the mystery, we can all sleep easy now 😊

Trello is a pretty open tool, designed for collaboration. This means there are not so many ways of restricting information... However, in your case, you really need to get into using the board filters, they are very powerful... When in the board, hit the 'F' key or click on the Filters button in the top left to bring up…

You can stop this coming up by deleting the description in the About this board section.
