You don't need a personal workspace but you do have to be a member of at least 1 workspace. When you create an account, you aren't a member of any others at that point. So it will create a workspace. Once you are a member of another workspace (like your team workspace), you can go to admin > delete for the personal…

You may be able to do that with the free version of make.com I don't think the API will work within Trello automation because it is quite limited.
-
How many cards are you adding a month (roughly)? You could possibly do something using Trello automation and the Trello API but its a bit of an advanced topic...
-
Hi @Erik Klavebäck I have done a fair bit with duplicate detection and basically ended up using make.com for this (Zapier and other automation tools are available). I can't find a way of doing this that would be clean within Trello automation...
-
Hi, There is a way around it by using a powerup called Advanced Card Covers It allows you to set the cover colour, image and size as well as put text in the cover I use this to get around where the text covers the image...

Sorry, try now!

Hi, This article should help you: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/removing-collaborators-from-free-workspaces

It starts with Bots but will be picked up by a human, although they seem to have a bit of a backlog at the moment and it may take a little longer. There is priority for Premium and enterprise customers, have you already used the 30 day premium trial?

Hi @Jared Riddick This is disappointing, you should reach out to Trello via the contact form here: https://trello.com/contact

You should use this format: {date=9h=30min}

Hi @MF_BOT What is page type in Trello? Is it a custom field, list, label? I can give you an example of a rule that uses regex to have an or statement. This is based on Type being a custom field. It also relies on you having 2 cards on your board called Team 1 and Team 2, with the members of each team as members of the…

It can be done. You just have to manually type the field name in the set custom field to value action. See the example below:
-
Sorry, I misunderstood and thought it was to do with linked cards... Link cards I am sure is a client-side action and thus isn't part of the API. However, so long as cards created by the API are supported as smartlinks, the client side will process them. There is no card-type attribute as part of the API

Hi @Gothic Admin Welcome to the community, I will answer your questions in turn to the best of my ability... We have a workspace, with less than 10 boards and the core team which are Admin or Members on all workspaces are less than 10 people. Anyone we work with is invited to a board as a guest and removed when that…

Do you have an managed account (your business domain is used by users to access Trello)? If so, I think the default setting is this: This is a user level setting found at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile I haven't found a way to apply this globally in the domain admin settings

As someone who works as a Trello consultant for several digital marketing agencies, I can tell you that Trello is an excellent selection for this use case I don't know enough about what you are doing to be absolutely sure but I would recommend this approach. Public access is what it says, public. While I'm sure it doesn't show up in any search, it would be possible to find if you try hard enough. I recommend you look into external share powerup This will give you the ability to share with controls over the link. You can even set different visibility levels for different users.…

Hi @grub5 I'm not fully sure of your question but I will try to answer The "connect cards" part of Trello is just a client side button that attaches the source card to the card you just attached... You can do this also via the API... * Create a new card and add this card URL to the source card * Add the source card URL to…

Great spot @Mat 😃

Hi, This is where Trello automation has an issue because the automation is executed on behalf of the user...I tend to create a separate Trello account to run automations, which helps me get around issues like this...I call mine like [companyname]bot, e.g. @dreambot This is just a tip I have based on doing this for a long…

Hi @David May @Nik Samoylov Please excuse me this is gonna be a long one 😊 I think it also needs a "These views are my own and not linked to Atlassian" disclaimer As a Trello champion and Community Leader, I obviously have huge love for Trello, but as in all good relationships it doesn't stop me from calling them out when…
-
Hi @Nik Samoylov I suggest that you do that, raise a support request and via https://trello.com/contact and add a Loom recording to the request in the link field....

Hi @RayK I have had experience with team engagement and exactly this where they like the idea, they love the look of the tool but they basically want someone to do it all for them... 😆 A couple of tips for that are helpful? If the team use slack, look at Introducing Trello for Slack I have found with email, that eventually…

Hi @Kelly What is happening here: * Comment made on first card * Automation finds the linked card and adds the same comment to it * If the linked card is also in the list ?VRAGEN, the automation will run on that card, which means it will put the comment on the first card again * I'm pretty sure at this point Trello…

Hi @Mahmoud Bahr This one is annoyingly cumbersome and you'd need to have a custom field on the second card to bridge it...then 2 automations. I'll call it start date for this example: 1 When the custom field "completion date" is set on a card in list "clients approval" find a card with a name starting with…

Hi @tfeyine Simple answer - Yes. It'll all be fine, trust me (although don't they say never trust someone who says "trust me"? 😀)
