Hi @Muhammad Waleed Did you delete it or archive it? If it is deleted, theres no getting it back. This is why archive exists, because you can recover archived cards.

External share is part of a suite of power-ups by Tiny Power-ups Club. You subscribe to them all. So if you use External Share for allowing guests to view and comment, you can also use Tiny Power-ups forms to allow users to create cards... This could be a really neat solution...

I think we can agree to disagree on this but I genuinely want to help and I do think there are some alternative tools that would fit your needs perfectly. I hope you have luck with requesting it as a feature

Hi @Skana Gee The devil is in the detail. You may have 7 members on the board but you may have 10 collaborators in your workspace. Click workspace > members to see your collaborator count...
-
Your first paragraph, you can do that using linked cards. How is that any different to what Jira does? Epics > Stories > tasks are all just individual work items that are linked. In terms of it being Agile, I am saying it was a tool conceived when there was still a purity about agile and in my opinion it is the one tool…

Trello's was never conceived to be hierarchical and I love that it sticks to its core philosophy. Trello was built as an Agile tool and true agile has no hierarchy. If none of the proposed Trello solutions work for you and you don't want to pay for a power-up to do it, then I suggest finding a tool that does do, of which…

No problem. If it is enough to satisfy, please kindly click the 'accept answer' button 🙂

Simple answer - no Trello is designed to be an open collaboration platform and thus the restrictions are very limited You can use External Share Power-up to share links with those who only need to view/comment You can also use card filters to ensure that team members only see stuff assigned to them Furthermore, there is…

Hi @naveen madhavan Card numbers are just a sequence number of when a card is added to a board. If you don't mind the number being alpha-numeric, you can use {cardid} instead. It is truly unique and stays with the card. A workaround for cardnumber is to use an automation to populate the card number to a custom field and…
-
This can be done using Trello automation but it is a little advanced there are several steps... 1) You have to collect all of your cards together on the Mother Card, using this automation button as an example Note, this automation is to initialise your board and can be discarded after Collect all cards not containing name…

Hi @Fred Bowker I did an article on parent/child linking with Trello https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Mikes-Trello-Tips-Parent-Child-Card-Linking/ba-p/2418149 Hope this helps Mike
-
Try this When an item is added to a checklist in a card with custom field "project name" set to "{*}" and with custom field "project address" set to "{*}", convert the item to a linked, set custom field "project name" to "{wildcard1} and custom field "project address" to "{wildcard2}"
-
Hey @Cory Bender If these people you want to share just need to view and comment on cards, I recommend you use External Share Power-up
-
Hi @Echo Li It sounds like things could be broken down a bit more while still being linked... Take a look at this article... https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Mikes-Trello-Tips-Parent-Child-Card-Linking/ba-p/2418149

Hi @Robert DiPasquale If you have employees that come and go, you would probably have to work out which works out more cost-effective for your between monthly and yearly. See this example I gave: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Update-on-Collaborator-Limit-for-Free-Trello-Workspaces/bc-p/2654668#M3083

My experience is that the MacOS desktop app can be susceptible to oddities like this that can be fixed by clearing the app data https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/troubleshooting-for-the-desktop-app-windows-and-macos/

Hi @Hannah Weiland This can be done with automation. I will give an example using an automation button... I did a loom video but the sound wasn't captured so here is a summary of the steps: * Add a card which will be where your checklists templates exist * Add all your checklist templates to the card * Go to automation >…

I actually can't believe that this has been left out. It really reduces the usefulness of links.
-
Yes that would work, I typically have the resolution at 2560x1440 but you could go lower, but 16:9 aspect ratio works best
-
I don't think so, there are data protection rules that Atlassian have to follow so they can't delete Atlassian accounts for emails without the permission from the owners of the accounts. The accounts can be removed from any workspace you are an admin for but you can't delete them. The owners of those accounts will have to…
-
Hi @Jarel Thomas I removed the email addresses from above for security reasons, this is a completely open and public forum so it is best not to put potentially personal information here. Regarding your issue, only the account holders can delete their accounts. Please see the guide below:…

Hi, this is a checkbox custom field type which is basically a boolean (true/false). This is not a checklist. If you are looking for checklists, please check out this article... https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-checklists-to-cards/ If you are a Trello newbie, I can recommend some things that will really…

Hi @Ann Marie Johnson Option 1 Use the photo's option and search for colours by name, gradients etc... Option 2 Create your own backgrounds using Canva. This is what I do and I'm happy to share a template with lots of simple designs that don't create too much noise for the board...

Hi @PMA Mid Michigan Trello/Atlassian support are incredibly busy at the moment so there seems to be a delay in responding to tickets. I know they are busy trying to clear the backlog, however submitting 3 tickets for the same issue is only going to increase that so I recommend in the future: * Submit 1 ticket * You should…
-
Hi @dannyandjax777 This is a community forum, led by fellow users, consultants, partners and yes of course a handful of Atlassian employees This is designed as a community to help one another and share ideas. As a rule we don't deal with billing issues or disputes. Even if we wanted to, there is very little we can do. You…

Hi @Taylor Reding Short ID as referenced in API doc is {cardid} in Trello automation. This is truly unique What you have found is {cardnumber}, which is just a rolling number identifying that it is the x number card created on the board...So if it is the 10th card created on the board, it would have a card number of 10 It…

Maybe my first line is your answer then...😊

Hi @Heidi Casas Klaviyo doesn't have an in-built Trello integration so this will surely be connected by something like Zapier or Make. Can you confirm this?
