Hi @aron This appears to be a Trello question...
-
I would probably use a wildcard in the label unless you want to specify the conditions further. Like if it were certain types of label, I would probably use a regex to create OR conditions (see example 2 below) I will pledge to make a Trello automation Regex guide before the end of this year. For now, here are some useful…

Hi @Cordi Powell I wrote an article on this very topic: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Mikes-Trello-Tips-Calculate-a-persons-age/ba-p/2505996 I hope it helps but if you have any other questions, please follow up

Hi @Andreas Mader Welcome to the community, I hope this is the first of many posts you make. This should solve your issue:
-
Hi @Cordi Powell you can chain the variables. Example add the checklist "{cardname} - {cardlistname}" You can also duplicate the action to add multiple checklists to a card: add the checklist "{cardlistname} - Checklist 1" and add the checklist "{cardlistname} - Checklist 2" Let me know if this answers your question.
-
The free version lets you assign members and due dates at a card level. I assume when you are talking about tasks, you mean checklist items? If so, this feature is a paid feature, which you can get with Trello Standard, not premium. If you mean something else, please let me know.
-
The easiest way is with ist limits powerup You can also use Dash cards powerup and make a dashboard at the top of.your list that counts the cards win the list
-
To add to what @Gaurav Kataria put, you can use automations to make things more noticeable too. Using the moved in means it is only triggers when the date changes in a card with an existing date set...

Hi @Harshit Grover This answer isn't relevant, useful or accurate...presumably AI generated?! No problem with using AI so long as the answer is of a decent quality.

You should try Make 😁 It's like Zapier but cheaper and IMO better, especially for Trello uses
-
Hi @Cordi Powell Welcome to the community, I hope this post is the first of many. It looks like you solved your problem, which is amazing. Playing with automation and solving problems is what got me where I am today with it so keep it up. I want to just mention that the part where it says rename the card to "{date}" is…

Hi @Desenvolvimento Realbox Trello is an open collaboraton tool which provides more freedom and flexibility than most. I always find it a little odd when people want to assert more control via software than to just communicate what not to do to members of the workspace. That said, I do agree that deletion should be…

I love solving Trello problems, if you like my answer, don't forget to hit "Accept Answer" ☺️

Hi @Cordi Powell This is how you can do it with automation. In my example, the client card is identified with the blue "Client" label and the meeting cards are identified with the purple "Meeting" label. Automation: 1 This automation links the cards together When the blue "Client" label is added to a card, collect all the…

Make or Zapier are your best options for doing this. I am a huge fan of Make, it is powerful, flexible, supports all of the above. It also is cheaper than Zapier. However, Zapier is easier to get started if you kinda new to automation and integration.
-
Price is: Monthly: $6/month for Standard or $12/month for Premium Yearly: $60/year for Standard or $120/year for Premium You can take whichever number from the 4 above fits your need and multiply it by 15

Hi @Kelly Gabel That is a predicament! I can't think of any way around the OTP without access to the previous email address. Was it a former work address? Can they ask the admin of the email domain to kindly re-enable it for an hour to sort this out? I have escalated this to Atlassian so hopefully someone from support can…
-
Hi @Soilfarm3r I am a human and you can talk to me....But, I don't work for Atlassian 🫣 This has already been escalated to Atlassian on here so you should get a response in a couple of days or so. Can you clarify, is this a Trello issue or JSM?

Trello should be the front end for Jira This is something I've heard many times before and now it can be. Jira is the best at what it does but definitely isn't for everyone. This allows those who choose Trello but work within an organisation that uses Jira to have the best of both worlds. I'm not one of them, Trello is all…
-
The text editor for Trello cannot do this. I hope one day they will add the ability to add tables, especially seeing as you can add tables in markdown. I wouldn't hold my breath at that happening though. You can embed google docs/slides/sheets straight into a description though and edit it directly from your Trello card...…

Trello: Test failed, please try again later

Thanks @Sarp Egemen for the kind remark. I'll give me few tips: * Don't over-automate! Just because you can, doesn't mean you should! * Use automation to genuinely enhance your day, too much automation can have the opposite effect for users. * Don't let automations control the board. A quick fire way of undoing all that is…

Hi @ABCD This is a 3rd-party power-up so you should contact the developer, their email address is here Note, I did spot that it isn't coming up in the Powerup directory for Trello anymore so perhaps they stopped offering it. Email them to find out. You can try an alternative power-up, Burndown Charts by Corrello
-
@Femke Lucassen It is a little complicated but once you have your API key and Token, I hope you can just copy/paste from the article for it to work. If you do get stuck, let me know and I'll happily help more

@Femke Lucassen Here's what you asked for... Mikes Trello Tips - Set Due Reminder with Trello Automation
-
Ahhh, you have stumbled across an issue that exists in Trello automation also. I have a workaround for that, I will write up a guide on Saturday and link to it on here.
-
Due dates work as well as checklist dates but I believe labels and members aren't available yet...

Hi @LaKesha Marshall Welcome to the community. Are you using CRMble as well as the template or just the template? I see you are using the free version of Trello. Are you using Trello cards for each event? If so, you can use the connect cards functionality https://www.atlassian.com/blog/trello/related-cards-related-boards

You can add iCal to your Google calendar from Trello Calendar power-up on the free version: https://trello.com/power-ups/55a5d917446f517774210011/calendar-power-up Alternatively you can use a 3rd party power-up to sync Trello with Google Calendar: https://trello.com/power-ups/64b4401f579fae7ab70c0314/google-calendar-sync…
