How can I get the free account, limited to 10 collaborators including all the features listed?

Hey there,

I do have a question on the pricing and related plans.

My main question:

How can I get the free account, limited to 10 collaborators including all the feature below?

I really hope that there is somebody in the community that can answer my question, especially as the atlassian support site is really painful and not a help/support at all.

Following the website the possibilities/features are listed as below:

The free account offers the listed feature (incl. assignee and due dates) for up to 10 collaborators (see below).

My account has 10 collaborators - unfortunately  I don´t have the permission to assign people and define due dates to tasks and it asks me to upgrade to Premium (not even standard upgrade offered)

This is very disappoint and honestly extremely frustrating,

The free version lets you assign members and due dates at a card level.

I assume when you are talking about tasks, you mean checklist items? If so, this feature is a paid feature, which you can get with Trello Standard, not premium.

If you mean something else, please let me know.
