Hi @Rod Bartlett Welcome Can you provide a little bit of context for this? What are you trying to acheive? I'll have a couple of stabs in the dark... * The format of the date in Trello cards is not overly customizable and not to the extent that you can set it to the exact format above. See here:…

Hi @MC It will use up 1 operation per day doing this if the list is empty...
-
Hi @Sharon McNamara This is a limitation of Trello Custom Fields. They are set at the board level so if you create it on one card, it will show up on all cards, regardless of list. An alternative to check out is Amazing Fields which will allow you to conditionally hide/show fields.

Hi @Erin Bellinghausen Trello is great because it is a tool that doesn't tell you what to do, rather you tell it... By default, if you have a DONE list, it will stay in there until you want it to go and there are several options, here are some examples: * You can move it or archive it manually * You can set an automation…

Hi @Jacinto, Aemarie Welcome to the community. You could do this with a due date automation command. If you don't know about automation, please check out these resources: * https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Bite-sized-Learning-Trello-Automation/ba-p/2558771 * https://trello.com/guide/automate-anything *…

Love this @Angelie Stephens If there is anything I can do to help, happy to...😄

With external share, your Trello workspace stays as free and you pay the power up just $5usd/month. You then follow the instructions to share the read-only access by a special link to the viewers. As as side note, the people answering your questions on this community are not working for Atlassian, we are volunteer leaders,…
-
Hi @Emafsheen Option 1, as @Rasmus Wulff Jensen suggested Option 2, for $5USD per month you can use External Share powerup, this give you more control over what the viewers can/cant see and it also gives them the ability to comment.

Hi @Christian Peters Custom Field variables have this format: {{%customfieldname}} So your command will be: move the card to the top of list "{{%ListID}}" on board "{{%BoardID}}" Please check out this help page for more info: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/working-with-custom-fields/#Custom-Field-variables

Hi @olekstomek I'm not 100% sure it is a bug as such, more that the logic isn't there to determine when a link card isn't one anymore, so you have to use the menu option to disable...
-
Hi @Felipe Borelli Can you send a screenshot from the same activity but on Trello via a web browser? Kind Regards, Mike
-
Great, If you don't mind, please can you mark answer as accepted so it is removed from the unanswered questions queue? Thanks, Mike
-
Okay, I will send it on. In the meantime, what is your issue? I may be able to help...

Hi @Aslak Jølstad V2 As a result of the recent change to the Free tier, the support team have been inundated with requests, so seem to be responding a bit slower than usual. If you can share your support ticket number, I can try to get someone to expedite it?! Cheers, Mike

If you put \ before the @, it won't turn them into mention tags
-
Hi @Шокан Баубеков Have you checked closed boards?
-
You could this via the API. I'd recommend a combination of Trello API and a no-code automation solution like Make.com or Zapier
-
I believe by default Microsoft forms pushes the submission data to Excel so you could do a Zapier or make.com automation to feed the information into Trello when a new line is created in Excel
-
Here is a workaround that would work... Automation 1 When a card is marked as complete, add the green "done" label and mark the card incomplete Automation 2 The moment the card with the green "done" label is due, move to list X and mark as complete

I've chosen to duck that last comment... 🦆😂

The limit is for the entire workspace, not just 1 board. You need to click here on the sidebar: Then you will see the number of Collaborators in your workspace. This is the definitive number and the limit is 10 By the way, have you taken advantage of the 30 day free premium trial?
-
Okay, I have escalated it...hopefully you will get a response within an acceptable time.
-
Your email address should work too when they go to add you as a member. If you don't mind sharing, what is the support ticket number?
-
Hi @Kelly Knowles This is a great idea, please can you send to Trello: https://trello.com/contact#/ Set the dropdowns as below on the contact form...

Wow, I didn't know app-keys was still working, I have been using https://trello.com/power-ups/admin for so long.... I am not sure you can migrate keys, you would have to create new ones and update your integrations I think... It is confusing, and that response was a year ago. You could raise it with Trello Support and feed…

Hi @Jaspreet Singh There is an article here that may help: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Mikes-Trello-Tips-Parent-Child-Card-Linking/ba-p/2418149 This explains how to convert checklist items to linked cards and how to reflect back changes from child card to parent card. I hope it helps. Mike
-
Hi @Steph Barclay , It is odd that your original request hasn't had any response. Did you get an automatic response after you raised it and did you chase using the support portal? Atlassian support folk are active in the community so hopefully they see this and I can ask for it to be looked at also... Regarding your issue,…
-
@MF_BOT You could add the cards as attachments to the parent card by using either of the following actions: link cards together or find the card {triggercardlink} and add attachment {copycardlink}
-
Hi @Mark Tertishniy Remember you can have up to 20 actions per automation so you would just sequence them. If you copy a card and the source card has a due date, that will be copied but you can override that in the automation... Your steps would be something like: * Copy the card to [listname] * Set the due date to... Here…

In slack add @butler to the channel and it should work
