Hi @Lisa Curé-Ibre Scheduled automations run on schedule. So if you have a scheduled automation to run every day, but the conditions set means no actions happen, it will wtill consume 1 automation run every day. For automation rules, they only trigger when the conditions of the rule is met so you if in your example, cards…

Hi @Giancarlo Giuliano You can use regex for this. Bear in mind, you need to be sure that the text (including formatting) is consistent... Automation: when the description of a card contains "regex:/Cliente:\*\*\n\n(.*) - \*\*Sig/", rename the card to {cardname} - {wildcard1} There is a help page on pattern matching and…

Hi @chantal.maire Please be sure it is the Collaborators number that is 10 or less
-
Agreed. Go to https://trello.com/contact and select feature request to get it added to the list

My pleasure, I look forward to seeing more posts in the future 😊

Hi @Kelly Try this automation, enabled on both boards...

Hi @Abhishek Rajak Please check out this thread to get the lowdown https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Update-on-Collaborator-Limit-for-Free-Trello-Workspaces/ba-p/2628752 TL:DR Trello announced all the way back in march that Free workspaces will have a limit of 10 Collaborators (members of the workspace or…

You can't proactively restrict this but if you see that someone has created a rule you can disable it: I think having it possible to control this as an admin would be a good thing...I am going to suggest it:
-
Hi @Danni V_ I think this is because of the way automations work. If you create an automation, such as "When a green label is added to a card, post the comment "This task is done" to slack channel #test"...This automation is run from the person who created the automation, so if you created it, it would show in the log that…

Hi @seth bradley Billing is done per workspace but the amount is based on the number of members or guests who are on more than 1 board in that workspace... So long as you are a workspace adming, you can go to the billing section where you will be told exactly what the amount is based on the number of billable members in…

Hi @Gabriel Cambronero 1) Is there a way to see Calendar View in the Standard plan? Or is it only available in Premium and Enterprise? You can use the free Trello calendar powerup 2) What are the terms if you change to a paid plan? For instance, if we pay annually and our team has 20 people, what happens if we add or…

Yes, so long as it is supported (Visa, Mastercard) I am paying for my subscription with a business debit card

Hi @Rana Welcome to the community. If you are a workspace admin, you can click on the automation page and select the member from the dropdown as shown below. Then you will see their automations but you won't be able to edit or remove them...

Hi Kelly, check out my profile and connect with me on LinkedIn. I want to help you fix this and I think you are close to it working

Hi @shaw Do you have Trello Standard or Premium? It is only available with paid subscription and it is not (yet) available on the mobile app... @Armitha Reddy Toorpu Ceema I think this is a Trello question....
-
Hi @Jasmine Kerr I have checked the Shippo API docs and indeed it looks like Purolator is listed as supported. The best bet would be to flag this to Trello and see if they have the desire to update the PowerUp... You can raise a support request with Trello by going to https://trello.com/contact
-
You are correct, unless you either upgrade the subscription or bring your WORKSPACE collaborator count to 10 or less, no boards will be editable.
-
Hi @Dr. Moz G. D’Vallos If you have a monthly subscription just go to the billing page and cancel. You will no longer be billed once your current month ends... If you have yearly, you can only cancel for a refund if you are within 30days of subscription starting (as per Atlassian T&C) If in that case, contact Trello here:…

Hi, This is a blast from the past...There was a time back in I think 2020 that this was part of Trello's vision for the future but it didn't come to fruition. However, that are many ways this can be done already so as a Trello obsessive, I don't lose sleep about it too much. Here are some options available: * 🆓 (for…

@Josh_Unito As a community leader, I don't have an issue with people plugging their product, so long as the original posters question is read, understood and attempted to be answered... Your answer is a plug without context to the original question. If you plan to put answers in the future, can you actually do so with a…

Give me a shout if you need some advice

You can use custom date fields for this (not available on free workspaces) https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/using-custom-fields/
-
Yes, you up to a total of 10 collaborators without a problem
-
At the end of the trial. When the trial ends, your subscription drops down to free and you can then upgrade based on the people in your workspace at that time.
-
Hi @Suzanne Ray You only need to upgrade your free Trello workspaces when your collaborator count is more than 10. In free a collaborator is basically anyone who is a member of any board in your workspace. You can find out how many collaborators you have in a workspace by clicking Members on the left sidebar of your Trello…

Hello again, It's been a while and I am happy to see you back 😊 This guide will help you through how to transfer automations to a new owner: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/working-with-command-libraries/#Sharing-Automation-Libraries

Trello is a completely separate product so you only need to pay for those members who are in the Trello workspace (workspace members and those who are members of more than 1 board in a workspace)
