@michelle_bachmann looks you need to check your 'Create field' selection. Ensure you select the Formula field. Not, Custom formula used in Product Discovery.

Thanks @Josh! You’ve captured the exact mindset needed to move work forward. Integrating agents directly into workflows is where the real unlock is. Appreciate you sharing your perspective!

Congratulations @Artem Taranenko @Tomislav Tobijas @Natalia Lezhai @Richard Scholtes !! 🥳

@Peter Norris glad that helps. Now that you have confirmation you users already select from the 14 categories hope to see your competition similar to the great example that Natalia shared!
-
@Peter Norris to help confirm, this screen shows to 100% of new users as part of Jira first time experience for the app. All of your users already select from it today. It is not set by custom onboarding... Custom onboarding allows to you have a custom welcome based on the choice they are already making.
-
@Natalia Lezhai great Loom overview of how you're using Custom Onboarding! @Peter Norris regarding "wanted a different onboarding experience", yes you can create a custom onboarding for each of the 14 role categories users select from as part of the first start experience in Jira. All users already select from one of those…

Hi @Audra Bonacki, yes you can create, edit work items, comment and get updates from the Jira Cloud app for Microsoft Teams. Get it from the Teams App Store - https://marketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA200002140?tab=Overview…

@Jelle Hutting Your new users already select from the "What kind of work do you do?" as part of the existing first run experience. This first release of Custom Onboarding now empowers you to show a welcome message customised based on the selection all new site users make. Existing users are not shown the custom welcome. To…
-
@Sarah James correct. Users select the role once during the first run experience for their account. The FAQ in this blog should help your questions regarding experience and the roles: What do my users see if I don’t create a custom onboarding? Then there's no change to the current first run experience. Can I change the…
-
@Sarah James the 14 role categories are pre-configured. As an admin, you can select one or multiple roles to create a custom welcome. This is a first-time onboarding into Jira experience, so if a user changes roles, they won't see the first-time selection screen again for their existing Jira account. Full documentation on…

@Nerissa You cannot embed a Plan view currently in an Atlas goal. However, you can view goals and even group work by them in Plans. Go to Fields and add 'Goal' Then make sure you save the updated view. Example Also you can group by Goals from View Settings Does that help your use case?
-
@Jon F. Nebenfuhr you can get to the help docs directly from the left nav in Plans I've also passed on your feedback regarding the in-product help search. Thanks for your post!

@Max_Clark Did you use the formula provided above? This automation does not use additional apps. You can calculate using values from the custom fields shown above. The IF check was not the focus. It was the "Then create variable" formula. You can also use the formula it as a reference how to calculate other fields, eg CoD.…
-
@Max_Clark A few things to check with your syntax. Here's the automation I have for a working global automation for WSJF calculation: Variable name: WSJFvalue Smart value formula ( {{issue.Risk Reduction}} + {{issue.User Business Value}} + {{issue.Time Criticality}} ) / {{issue.Job Size}} Then Edit the WSJF field…

Great, @Jonathan Santos how'd you go with using the Microsoft Graph APIs to create a team with Atlassian apps? Here's the sample code used in the video: Example with Jira & Confluence cloud apps added { "template@odata.bind": "https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/teamsTemplates('standard')", "displayName": "Dev Team",…

Hi Kai, it's likely related to your permissions. Details here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/how-do-jira-permissions-work/ and it would be best to contact your project admin to check your permissions for the issue you need to work with.
