Like the previous commenters, I agree 100 %!

@Luke Towers To my knowledge, Rovo is forced to be active these days, but Atlassian Intelligence is still optional. Without AI the Rovo is kind of useless, though.

Hi, excellent topic, we've had the same question. Apparently Atlassian Intelligence sends data to OpenAI in USA to generate the answers, but otherwise the data residency is where you set it to be. Many of our customers do not approve even this bit of data leaving EU, so no Atlassian Intelligence until data doesn't leave EU…

I don't fully understand the point of this (comment an article and earn a badge) but ok 🤷♂️

@Prachi Bolar I agree with Patrick. Do you have a feature request on this? If not, could you please create one. Having suppliers, partners, customers etc in the environment is complicated or even impossible because of this.

My top takeaway was that the "webinar" was probably recorded earlier, as nobody reacted to my question in any way and the "webinar" just ended all of a sudden.

Hi @Stephan van Hienen - thank you for your comment. For some reason provisioned groups is one of the blind spots for Atlassian. They currently don't support changing the names of the groups when provisioning, so matching precedence setting doesn't matter to my understanding. My latest knowledge is that if a group name…

@sgarg12 where can we find more info about this Atlassian hosted LLM? I tried asking from Atlassian Support some weeks ago but didn't get any satisfactory answer.

Hi @David Cowley - thank you for your comment. I'm not an EntraID expert, but from what I've understood, there shouldn't be downsides to this change.

My least favourite shorts as a child were those which got my "family heritage" partly between the zipper. Didn't like those shorts.

My Jira (or Atlassian win) is specializing for the security of the cloud environment on every level.

From companies' perspective the leadership blind spots is what the product is about, but as I'm a security geek I personally find Security and governance at scale is more interesting

Does this have an ACP-id and does it affect Atlassian Certified Administration Expert in any way?

I've been waiting for this to happen when I saw projects that weren't Jira projects in Atlassian Home :) This is a good thing IMO.

Aand instantly when I posted this I read "copy ONE page" and my solution doesn't work with just one page. :(
-
Hi, not sure if I understood correctly your need, but I've been using a "template" page in which I use a "variable" I change whenever I copy (duplicate) it. For example: * Parent page name: <team>'s page* Subpage name: <team>'s meeting policies When copying (duplicating) the parent page under the page's ... menu you can…

Hi, sometimes the accounts end up in Atlassian Cloud's "bounce list" and Atlassian support needs to remove the account from the list for it to receive invitations and notifications. There's also the customer notifications log in JSM projects:…

Hi Freyr, does the same happen on other web browsers or in incognito/private mode? Do you have any browser addons which might block traffic, for example adblockers? BR, Antti

Watching the thunderstorms is the best thing you can do with your pants on! As long as nobody gets hurt or nothing gets damaged.

Hi, we also have the same problem with multiple customers - can't use the feature until renaming the connected Teams is possible. Group can be something like serv_group_jira_team_devs and the actual team would be just Devs. BR, Antti
-
Hi @April Chi - I have a few customers who would need this feature really badly, any update on the schedule when it will be available? Or if there's a beta or EAP they could participate?

Hi Gary, thank you for your reply. This indeed is the use case. We are an Atlassian Platinum Partner and do administration to many customers. We have the security in place for all of our users doing the admining, but we've also seen some other external admins and can't know for sure if they are using Atlassian MFA or for…

Thanks for your reply, David - I came to same conclusion myself. You'd think admin accounts could be protected better than this, so it's a little alarming. After all, if you can get into admin.atlassian.com you probably can at least invite new accounts and handle their product access and group access (for local groups).
