Hi @Matthew.Bonanno , If you're using Jira Automations, you can choose to use the "Copy Attachment from Source Issue", when using the "Create Issue" action. https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-automation-actions/#Create-issue If incase you're not using Jira Automation, please can you elaborate on the…

Hi @Shashidhar Joliholi Please can you elaborate on your use case a little more? Are you trying to setup an independent SSO for On-prem Atlassian Products? Or is the question related to something else?

Hi @William Glover The Mail is the results of a Customer Notification. These can be customized from the "Customer notifications" under Project settings. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/change-the-look-and-feel-of-customer-notifications/ Do let us know how it goes.

Hi @Pineapple , Can you share a snapshot of the "Transition Issue" action from your automation? I tested a similar setup at my end and it works: I'm suspicious that the A4J assignee is being set by : * Another automation * Post action in a workflow * Transition Issue Action has the "Assignee" update field checked or added…

Hi @Dimitar Chernev , Is this a Team-Managed Software project or Service Project? Forms behave differently in both situations, can you perhaps share an snapshot of how you've configured the form? and which request type/issue type it links too. Also, would suggest using the "All Issues" view instead of Backlog view, since…

Hi @Sujit K Dalai Please can you share the error that you get when you try to pay? Or thru which Url? While you may know this there are multiple types of admins, eg, Project admin, Product admin, Site-Admin, Org-Admin. Can you confirm that you're the Org Admin of the Org you're trying to renew the site fees for? If you're…

Hi @Amanda Gray From your previous message it seems that you're using a JSM Project. For that you can follow these steps: * Go to the project where the assignee is not shown on the create screen * Project Settings -> Request Management -> Request Type -> select the category under which you're creating the issue * Open the…

Hey @Michaël Demers I've tagged the Atlassian support team on this thread, they should get back with an response here in a few days.
-
Filled out the form 🥂 Hope to get shortlisted for the session!
-
Hey @Vinay Sharma If you found the solution please can you share it here? You can mark that as the Accepted Answer then.

Hi @stephanie nacion There are a few ways you can achieve a notification for a transition: * First would be the one @Septa Cahyadiputra mentioned, adding a post notification. * If you want a Custom notification, you'll need to create a custom event and trigger a post notification to trigger that event * Use Jira…

Hi @Alexander Kolev The documentation doesn't mention this behaviour https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-automation-actions/#Create-issue, Imho, this maybe a bug. Would recommend raising a support ticket with Atlassian for them to check https://support.atlassian.com/contact/, in the meantime, I hope…

Hi @Jessica Smith Does this happen for all tickets or only for this one specific ticket? Does this issue also occur on Chrome or Edge? The error states that it cannot load content since it's failing the CSP check. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/CSP/Errors While the Cloud Platform shouldn't be impacted by…

Hi @Allie Stewart For Single Group Pickers the fromString, there is a square bracket in the value : Try creating a variable with the below smart value, and updating the field with the variable: {{fieldChange.fromString.substringAfter("[").substringBefore("]").trim()}}

Hi @Vinay Sharma , What format are you trying to achieve here? You can reference this documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/automation/jira-smart-values-date-and-time-993924864.html, this has a list of predefined formats that might suit your needs, else the custom format that @Humashankar VJ mentioned should work…

Hi @Amanda Gray , When you click on the Configure Fields, what options do you see there? In the "Configure Fields" pop-up, select the "Custom Fields" option to see if this has the Assignee field Unchecked:

Hi @John Smith Can you try this Api https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira-servicedesk/rest/v1002/api-group-issue/#api-api-2-issue-issueidorkey-get The expand parameter allows Changelog, which can then use the MaxResult query as well from what I see in the documentation
-
Oh ok, I haven't tested this on a Team Managed project yet. Let me check if I can find anything for that and get back to you.
-
Will have to test it out. Try this, create a test ticket and update it's created date to Saturday after 6PM, Now run the Automation but only perform Log Action on success, and don't use the Now.FullDate to compare too since it will have to wait for the weekend. Hardcode the Weekend names for checking.

Great, Do let us know how it goes 😊

Hi @Vladislav Denisov Reference: https://support.atlassian.com/automation/kb/automation-for-jira-permission-issue/ Check for the group Atlassian-addons-project-access, and if it's present in your permission scheme.
-
Ahh my bad, I'll share another API if I find it.
-
Hi @Amanda Gray Thanks for the image, as the Blue Ribbon points out, can you check the "Show Fields" option to verify if the Assignee field is not hidden on the create issue screen.
-
Hi @Qusai Atoon While this is more of a k8s question I'll try to respond according to that: * "Each k8s pod / Jira Node can be Auto-scaled on it's own. A constant number of Jira nodes, which isn't exactly what was expected from this new setup" : To clarify, a Pod and Node and different entities in Kubernetes. When you…

Hi @Nahuel Logghe This seems like an error from Atlassian's end. I've tagged them in this thread, so that they can check your query. Although I would highly recommend you raise a ticket on their support portal to highlight this issue for them to analyze this sooner : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

@moromomathobela Try navigating to Project Settings-> Apps -> Zephyr. Under this you should find configuration related to the app. From what I'm aware of, Zephyr uses or has it's own permission scheme per project, so you may have to set that up on your project in order to be able to use it.
-
Hi @John Smith Can you try using this API https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issues/#api-rest-api-3-issue-issueidorkey-changelog-get You can limit the MaxResults to a lesser number and filter the results per ticket.
-
Hi @Vladislav Denisov From the above automation, is WPT-709 the linked ticket? or the ticket that triggered the automation? The error that you get may also be due to lack of permissions, can you check your permission to verify if Automation for Jira has permission to edit your issue? Would also suggest adding a "Log…

Hi @Ryan_Buschmeyer I haven't tried this yet, but I'm assuming that the Managers name is mentioned as a User Property. Can you try this API to see if it gives you the required details in response :…
