Hi @Katie Oliver , You might want to check the "Customer Permissions" for your current project: If your settings restricts the creation of tickets via the mail ID, then the mails wont appear in your service desk. Secondly, if the tickets appear in your JSM but not in your queue then you either need to refine your queue, or…

Hi @Steve Kohrs , Assuming this is your webresponse : {users={1220280={id=1220280, first_name=Steve,...} You should be able to access the users id using this: {{webResponse.body.1220280.id}}

Hi @Jite Newton , If this is the page that you're referring too, then I'm afraid that your site has either been deleted or is scheduled for deletion, would recommend getting in touch with the Atlassian support team to assist in the recovery or more information. PS: this questions tag states "jira-core-server" you might…

"will disclaim the domain from their end ? And that we manage the SSO element as well“ : Not quite sure but from what I have tested, one domain can be claimed only by one Org. Not sure about the SO Element but you'll be managing their users overall Atlassian account. More details in this doc :…

Hi @Kris Dewachter , Not quite how the "Invite Team" work, but based on what I've tested, you can do the below steps to grant the same permissions: * Add the user as a JSM Agent to your Instance * Navigate to the JSM Project, Project Settings -> People -> Add people -> Role "Service Desk Team" I believe the above steps…

Hi @Muhammad Tahir , Since your user can change/update the issue via the UI, you should be able to perform it vi API too. Few things to check when you get the error : * Is your API pointing to the correct site/instance * Is your API authenticated correctly (PS: you need to your the API token instead of password). TO check…

Hi @Suchitha_ Not sure I understand the question. Do you want to display the image directly in the comment, where as currently it is being shown as a link? In Jira Cloud, adding the comment we have an option available to directly add an image (not quite sure about the server):

Hi @Roopa Dass , You can manually send the user an invite from the site/instance where you want to these users to collaborate. In terms of claiming domains, you want to claim only those domains which you manage, you would not want to claim additional domains just for the sake of external user provisioning, claiming an…

Hi @j_k_garcia , I'm not sure I understand the question correctly, but is this what you're trying to achieve: * Read values from NewTeamName (read-only) and copy them into TeamName (Select List) * And you're looking to do this only via Scriptrunner? Please can you confirm the above is what you're trying to achieve, also,…

Hi @David Leal , Going from what the error says, you may have missed out on adding a Action/Component after the JQL branch. I tried a similar configuration at my end got the error :

Hello @Carlos Fernando Perez , You may want to check a few of the below items : * Is the users Atlassian account disabled? With a recent change if the users Atlassian account is disabled they may not be able to login…

Hi @Brian Taylor , When trying to set the value, what error do you get? And how are you trying to set the value? Is it using Smart values, JSON or the Edit field option.
-
Hi @Pavel Bokov , for debugging check if you can transition the workflow for both tickets manually. If your usecase is limited to moving ticket to in progress, would suggest trying the Status Hardcoded to "In Progress" Directly instead of the dynamic value you've used currently.

Hi @Nadiia Stasyk Glad to know it works for you. If this thread helped please can you mark it as the Accepted Answer.

Hi @Nadiia Stasyk , you can convert the issue individually using the Convert to Sub-Task. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/create-an-issue-and-a-sub-task/ https://www.tutorialspoint.com/jira/jira_convert_issue_to_subtask.htm

Hi @Lam Le , yes, I checked it via my browser console. Unfortunately not sure how we can check this on a API tool like postman.

Hi @DeAnne Russ , Glad to know you found the field. If this thread helped in finding the solution would request you to mark this as Accepted so that it can help others in the community find the same solution.
-
Hi @DeAnne Russ , Based on what you've mentioned I cannot make out what that field is either. Would recommend this approach : * Navigate to the project settings and check the Request Types * In the "Employee On-boarding" check what field is used * Verify if the Custom field name and the Portal field name match (shown in…

Hi @Brandon Torres Romero , in the User Administration tab you get the option to view Jira Service Management customers, in that UI you have the option to Migrate User as Atlassian User. https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/migrate-a-portal-only-customer-to-atlassian-account/ Once that is done you can revoke…

Hi @Someshwaran , You're referring to the Data Center documentation, which doesn't usually apply to the Cloud setup. Try referring this one instead https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/automation-template-library/rules#/rule/1363405/26550780

Hi @Justyna Gontarz , You can check if the tool was unavailable here: https://status.atlassian.com/ Although from the looks of the error, it seems more like a local issue. Would recommend reaching out to your local IT Admin team (if you work with an Org) or try reaching out to the Atlassian Support to assist in debugging…

Hi @Flaviu Dan , Please can you elaborate the use case you're trying to achieve here. Not quite sure where you want to make the screen read-only and what would be the intention behind it.

Hi @DeAnne Russ , Please can you share an image of this field that you've mentioned, perhaps that will help identify what it does. Also, does this field show you a user drop down? and when changed updates the Reporter as per the value mentioned in it? If so, then this is change needs to be done via the permission scheme,…

Hi @Mark J Cunningham , You an try debugging the AccID by using the "Log Action" to print out the {{AccID}} in the Log Action, and verify if the value fetched it correct. If the value is correct and still not working, would recommend 2 approaches: 1. Try adding to that group manually, being a site admin it should work for…

I used a similar workaround for a different api in the past, for any API that isn't available in the Jira documentation you need to pass the cookie as the auth. Login to your browser session and copy the cookie from there, perhaps that might work.
