Hey @Lior Pinelis - apologies for the late response. It will be available for Premium customers as well, but we’re rolling it out to Enterprise customers first. We made this decision because they typically have multiple sandbox sites, and we’re recommending they initially use it to move data between different sandboxes…

Hello Team 👋 We’re running a product research study and want to hear from those who work with any of the following: * Backup & restore * Cloud-to-cloud site copies * Sandbox copy * (Potentially) config promotion If that’s you, we’d love your perspective. Please apply using this link. If the available time slots aren’t…

Thanks for the suggestion, @Felix G ! I really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. I’ve since moved to another area within JSM, but I’ll make sure to pass this on to the product team that owns this functionality.

Hi @Michal Štoppl - Thanks for taking the time to write down your experience with the feature, I will reach out to set up a call and go through your feedback if that's okay. Thanks, Mohamed

📣 Update: Thanks for everyone that expressed interest in this program, we are no longer accepting signups, we will contact the sites that have signed up through the tickets, expect this to take a little bit longer than usual features as there is a lot of prep work that needs to happen to enable this feature. Also if you…

Hey Team - thanks all for your comments. This is mainly for site to site copy, we will start working on native sandbox copy soon, however you can still use it in case your doing your sandbox manually to another non-production site. Thanks, Mohamed Hassan

Hello Team - Apologies for the late response. Just sharing the news that JSDCLOUD-12222 is being rolled out and we are discussing aligning the proposed changes with the forms as well, will keep you all posted. Thanks, Mo

Thanks for the feedback @Iman Attia at this stage we are limiting the changes to the main issue view/portal view but we will definitely keep this in mind for future improvement to Assets in forms.
-
Hi @Arno Wolthers - Apologies for the confusion, this feature has already been released. In the schema settings we have introduced a viewer only role, you can add non-JSM users to that role and they can view the table. Thanks, Mohamed

Thanks @Asmath Basha S - There are no plans to enable it for the standard tier at this stage.

Hi @Walther, Dagmar (extern) - Thanks for your feedback. For the user issue, this happens when a user doesn't have any Jira access (JSW/JSM/JWM), we have this on our list and we are investigating better ways to support cross products users. In relation to your second query, at the moment it's not possible to create pages…

Hi @Guillaume Huard - Can you please email me at mhassan@atlassian.com Thanks, Mohamed
-
Hi @Cian Mackle - It's going to be be accessible to all holders of an Atlassian Account, regardless of their product license. Once an Atlassian Account is established, these users can be integrated into your schema permissions alongside other roles. Specifically, users of Confluence and Jira can be added since they already…

Hey Team! Big news! 😊 We're very close to starting the roll out of the new view-only role that will enable the display of Assets information for Atlassian accounts without a JSM license and we’re looking for a select group of customers to have early access to the new feature, this is expected to happen around mid-April! If…
-
Hi @Jakob Kluijver - Assets storage is separated from JSM so linking JSM to a site does not mean that Assets is automatically linked to that site. Unfortunately, we don't have plans to enable it across different sites but we will keep an eye to see if there is a demand for cross-site display. Thanks, Mohamed
-
Hi @Josh - it's already in open beta and it has been released to all customers you should see it on your site, No additional setup/config is required. Thanks, Mohamed
-
Hi @Felipe Luisi / @Zeyn Suliman - We have shifted to open beta model which means this is now released to all customers, please check this post for more details: Now in open beta: Surface your Assets objects in Confluence Cloud! @Frank Vandebergh - Thanks for the suggestion, it's not part of our GA release but we are…

Hello Team - Apologies for missing all your comments, for some reasons I get only notifications about article likes in my inbox (that doesn't require responding 😊) @Carl Belinger - I am not super familiar with migrated Confluence pages but this feature is indeed developed on top of the editor component so I guess it's fair…
-
Hey @Chris Aldridge - Nothing you should do, we are at 100% today so unless you are a release track customer you should be able to see it. For the Non-JSM license display it's currently in progress, we are aiming to release it in the next quarter to but I don't have a confirmed ETA yet 🤞 I would like to know more…

@Dani Lucas - For JSM Access this is just for EAP, we are still working on a solution to enable it for users that don't have JSM licenses, this will be included in the GA release, we will share more details as soon as we know. I am interested in learning more about the filtering and sorting requirements, feel free to book…

Hello Team - We have received too many requests to get access to the feature, and because it's going to take some time for the public release we have decided to reopen the EAP as we understand that many customers would to use the feature ASAP. Please feel free to fill in this form.
-
Hi @Tobias H / @Tomislav Tobijas - Apologies for missing these comments. Yes currently it can be inserted/viewed by JSM agents, however we are working on a solution to provide an option to enable a read-only view for non-JSM agents, we will update the community once we have an ETA. Thanks, Mohamed

Hey @Milad Sayad 👋 - Thank you so much for your suggestions, for now, the intention is that these are 2 separate products, the Confluence databases are lightweight structured tables that can be used within Confluence and don't rely on any other products, however, Asstes is meant to be a powerful and more complex data…

Hi @Tomislav Tobijas 👋 - The current plan is to start rolling it out in the last week of September pending the resolution of a few technical dependencies. You should receive an email if you have signed up using the form in the article. Thanks, Mohamed
