Hi @Michael Shechter , I think you should consider the cleanup from mailbox side rather than JIRA. https://www.extendoffice.com/documents/outlook/4172-outlook-delete-sent-items-automatically.html -Bibek

Hi @Monte Kingstone To exclude an issue from a plan: Excluding an issue from a plan in Portfolio for Jira will remove the issue from the plan. However, the issue will not be deleted from the Jira instance. * In the scope table, click the checkbox for the issue. * Click Exclude from plan. * In the confirmation message,…

Hi @Studiogenesis - Responsable soporte , My suggestion would be to go with Next-gen project. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/use-parallel-sprints/ Agreed with @[deleted] refresher for me too :) -Bibek

@simarpreet singh did you try using a JQL and get the count from there? You can take a note from https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/How-to-get-all-users-story-and-sub-tasks-under-user-story/qaq-p/272507 Too lazy to get all the content from there :) -Bibek
-
@William.tai oops I took long to post the suggestion :)
-
@William.tai check if there is any custom field that can help.
-
Hi @Sagar , As you already know the answer on how to bring it back. One trick I follow if I happen to click on the old view option is to click on the back button on the browser and the banner is back again :) -Bibek

The same license should work.

Hi @badana.teja , If the user is having Assign Issues permission, it will always show the assign to me option. If you do not want that you have to remove the permission, which will result in you not being able to assign the issue to any one. -Bibek
-
Hi @Rony KOUYOUMJIAN , I would suggest to check with atlassian support directly if the bug which is listed as low can be prioritized based on your requirement. -Bibek

Thanks @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- :) lesson of the day!
-
Hi @Hansun YANG , Please check the catalina log for more details on what might be causing the issue. As a workaround try launching the app from command line by running the start-confluence.bat file available under confluence>bin -Bibek
-
Hi @vanam_kumar , You can try https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/builtin-scripts.html -Bibek
-
Hi @Shipra_Rai , There should not be any compatibility issue as the importer utility is a sample Jar file, which should run on any machine with Java 8 installed. You can run from from command line like the below -Bibek
-
@Vasu_Repaka , You should pick any execution on your instance and go to the execution page. There you should be able to get the IDs in the URL. I am just adding a sample from my setup.
-
Hi @Indonature_Travel , You can use the due date notification feature, https://help.trello.com/article/740-notifications-are-not-working. Not sure about the custom text tough. -Bibek
-
Hi @Vasu_Repaka , You can get the details from the URL. You have to just go to the execution page of the test you are planing to execute. The URL would look something like the below:…

Hi @Shailendra_Singh_Rajawat , I would have definitely shared one if I had any. Currently that is the way the licensing works. What I understand is it doesn't matter if one user is using the plugin or all, the amount if data the plugin needs to process will include contribution from all the users. For example dashboard or…
-
Hi @Marcus Hull , I can suggest you to use the either google or outlook calendar integration.https://help.trello.com/article/1075-outlook-add-in -Bibek
-
@Shailendra_Singh_Rajawat , As per the atlassian licensing policy, the plugin license should be grater than our equal to JIRA user license. https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/marketplace#licensing-purchasing -Bibek
-
@Federico , That situation I have never come across as I have a limited board and it's a matter of second in which I can switch the board and apply the same trick :)
-
@Ganesh Babu you are welcome to accept the answer, that is the best I could find :)

Look here @chris kyazze https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-server-startup-fails-with-tomcat-misconfigured-error-958453799.html
-
@Federico , I might sound silly, in such cases I always relay on Ctrl+F and locate the word :)
-
@Roja Gurram , Hmm there is a twist to it, if the custom field is of any specific type it will expect same kind of data. for example if that is pick list with option A and B, you can not simply pass C as input. I hope the above helps, if yes you can always accept the answer for the others to know. -Bibek
-
Yes @Roja Gurram , That is exactly what might be happening, may be the below exercise will make more sense. In your JIRA screen try to create the same issue type in the project when the ticket gets logged when a customer sends a request. You can see which are the mandatory fields (INVOICE NUMBER)JIRA accepts for creating…

You are welcome @[deleted] , I do not use Firefox that frequently so haven't explored that way :(. Please feel free to accept the answer if my suggestion helped! -Bibek

Hi @Vlado , I don't think that is supported what you are looking for . The available customization options are listed below. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/changing-the-look-and-feel-of-confluence-147534.html https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/customize-space-layouts-139512.html…
-
Hi @[deleted] , You can try "Trello plugin all-in-one" from chrome extensions. -Bibek
-
Hi @Roja Gurram , If I understand correctly "invoice number" must be a custom filed which is marked required in your create issue screen in JIRA. If that is the case you can mart the same optional under field configuration https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/specifying-field-behavior-861253403.html. Thanks,…
