Hi @Jake Winter Currently the same is only available in the JIRA server, I would encourage you to add the suggestion on the ideas portal for review. https://z4j-cloud.ideas.aha.io/ -Bibek

@[deleted] , I would suggest you to create a support case to get assistance. https://support.smartbear.com/open-ticket/ -Bibek

Hi @Richard McMahon , Please add the zephyr teststep custom field to the create test screen in JIRA. If you are able to see the test steps data to fill in the create issue screen, you will get the same options in the importer's drag and drop too. Regards, Bibek
-
@Richard McMahon , Please give a try to the internal importer which is much easier to configure and use. https://zephyrdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ZFJCLOUD/pages/1543077972/Internal+Importe If you are still looking to get the utility to work, I would suggest you share some screenshots on what you are referring t, it…

@Nidhi Agrawal , You can use the insert photo option to add screenshots here. That will help other community members to have a better understanding of the issue you are facing. Regards, Bibek

Hi @Ghalib Sheikh , I assume you are not using the API token for the password. * Run the Utility and enter the following information:* The URL of your Cloud instance: The base URL of your Jira instance that is using Zephyr for Jira.* Example: https://prod-api.zephyr4jiracloud.com/connect/ * Userid: The ID of the user. *…

Hi @Entel , I can suggest you to try the same in a dev/test server. Have the backup moved to the test server, install a fresh copy of 8.3.5 there. restore the backup and do a UAT before proceeding. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/migrating-jira-applications-to-another-server-938846962.html Backward…

@Louis Liew , It s always a good practice to have the search test page open and have the same refreshed with sort by creation date. I have seen in past if there are many test cases in the excel which I import, it takes a while to reflect the same in the UI. -Bibek

@AmSi You can also have a check on the system information for view audit log and see for the delete event of cycles. It will give you more details about when and who had deleted the test cycles.

@Kyren Wong 👍🏻

@Michael Pryor Thanks for saving time on this :) @Selim , please update the resolution here so that the community can be benefited. Thanks!

Hi @SawitreeCh , You can use the below plugin to use the local copy of the result file. https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/File+System+SCM Currently zephyr support the results xml only in junit complaint file. I would suggest you to explore…

@Selim , Try changing the permission to team members. https://help.trello.com/article/791-changing-permissions-on-a-board -Bibek

@Priyadharsini Natarajan , I hope you are aware of the internal importer that was introduced to the plugin as a feature. I would suggest you to explore the same, drag and drop mapping is more user friendly than the mapping technique used for the external importer Jar. -Bibek
-
@Anuradha Yadav , Please check with individual third party plugin vendor once after before upgrading your production instance, just in case all the compatible versions are available for Jira 8.1.3.

@siva prasad https://zephyrdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ZFJ0500/pages/1061421425/Import+Tests For the time being only the test cases and steps can be exported and imported to another instance.
-
@siva prasad , That's a very old version you are using. I would suggest you to rather explore migration to cloud so that the upgrade will not be a problem anymore. You can always export and import the data as @Daniel Ebers has already provided the links for. However for a long term smooth experience, exploring migration to…

@Kenan Oğuzal , All the cycle resources are listed below: https://getzephyr.docs.apiary.io/#reference/cycleresource/get-cycle-information I would also suggest you to monitor the network tab of the dev tool to keep a close eye on the Apis those are being internally used. -Bibek
-
@Aashita Biyani , I would suggest you to increase jira memory size. Once the Jira memory usage is more than 60% you will see such errors in the import job. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/increasing-jira-application-memory-861253796.html -Bibek

Hi @Matteo Brandolini I would suggest you to follow any try the existing solutions provided in the thread below. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Configure-JIRA-over-SSL-with-already-issued-certificate/qaq-p/429113 -Bibek

You are correct @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- Zephyr only supports the saas version of jira.

Please refer the below for the pricing details. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1014681/zephyr-for-jira-test-management?hosting=server&tab=pricing Regards, Bibek

@kerensho , The tests has to be inside JIRA to achieve all the test related functionalities. I would suggest you to get the test cases imported to JIRA using the test case importer in Zephyr so that all the test cases can be centralized. On a side note if you have XML result files from your test executions those can be…
-
@Murthy Dusanapudi as @Zoryana Bohutska _SaaSJet_ has mentioned there is no out of the box solution available for the migration. You have to use the JIRA's CSV import for the data migration and for test relates data you can use the excel and have the same imported using any Zephyr like plugin in JIRA. I would not be…
-
Hi @Alex Dukhon , The notification can only be trigged at issue level when the test is assigned to someone. This is mainly because the email triggering feature is mostly controlled by JIRA for it's core features. As a plugin vendor, zephyr will not be able to use the email for zephyr's functional area. As the test itself…

Yes @Helen Pippard , Just adding a screenshot that you can relate to when multiple people are working on the same page.

Hi @Anasua Das , I would suggest you to explore the plugin market place and enroll for free trial for few of those to check if any of those meet your requirements. Please feel free to get back here and post for the best fit :) -Bibek

Hi @Hemal Vadgama , Please check if you have create issue permission in the specific project. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-core-cloud/docs/manage-permissions/ -Bibek

Hi @Jaqueline Cuatepitzi Bastida , Selenium can be used with any web application that runs on a browser as it mostly deals with UI elements. Coming back to Zephyr, you can always use both JIRA and Zephyr APIs combined together in your framework for automation purpose. Web drivers can be used to automate all the UI part and…
