Hi @Jacob A. Albrektsen , Please explore Zephyr Blueprints for Confluence https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212509/zephyr-blueprints-for-confluence?hosting=server&tab=overview -Bibek

HI @Dionei Piazza , What I would suggest is to have labels for "Clear tenant cache", "Connection stuck", "Increase Postfix disk", etc. Have a filter created for the same labels and save it. like <project = abc labels in (your label1,your lables2)> Create a pie chart gadget and point it to the saves filter. -Bibek
-
@Dionei Piazza , Can you please be little more elaborate on what is the use case with an example so that everyone can put forward their adopted solution based on the use case? -Bibek
-
Hi @Aravinthan Srinivasan , The test cases only can be migrated with the step details, currently it is not possible to have the attachments migrated. Regards, Bibek
-
@Richard Li , You can always export the test details from search test execution or plan test cycle page. https://zephyrdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ZFJ0500/pages/1061422939/Search+Test+Executions The same can always be saved as in excel formal. -Bibek

@Alysha Kester-Terry , You should be able to use Zephyr with Next-Gen projects now. Please refer the article here on how to enable Zephyr for a Next-gen project. Thanks!
-
@Elango , As the error says please reach out to your Organization's JIRA admin . Looking at the JIRA URL I am sure it is hosted in your internal server. There is nothing much any community member can help you, however your JIRA admin can :)
-
Hi @lakshminarayanan , Try to ping the server by using the IP, the domain might not be liked by the request as I can see in multiple conversation over stackoverflow. -Bibek
-
HI @Markus Blomqvist , Click on "where is my field" while you edit the issue and look for the Timetracking field added there. Make sure to have time tracking enabled before that. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-time-tracking-818578858.html -Bibek

@[deleted] for that I would need the screenshot of the complete mapping details. Also please make sure to provide the access and secret key on the importer before connecting to the JIRA instance. If those are not in place, you might be able to import the test cases, however the test details will not show up. Please feel…
-
Hi @[deleted] , Please use the internal importer, that is much easier than the external one. You can use the drag and drop feature for the mapping with the internal importer. https://zephyrdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ZFJCLOUD/pages/1543077972/Internal+Importer -Bibek

Hi @Prerak Y Diwan , My suggestion would be to take this post to the developer's community and also raise a support case with atlassisin. https://community.developer.atlassian.com/ Regards, Bibek

Hi @Menna Kassem , The test cases can be linked in two ways, wither at the test level which is available as a JIRA native functionality, the second s at the execution level. I am assuming you to be using the second approach, where you have to execute a test and add the other test as a defect-link at execution level. If you…

Hi @Simeon Biedner , Please make sure to have the blueprint plugin installed in your confluence instance and ZAPI for the JIRA server. https://support.smartbear.com/kb/zephyr/how-to-integrate-zephyr-blueprints-for-confluence/ -Bibek

Hi @Thomas Fritzen , If you are looking for the custom fields to be added in the project which you have defined in Zephyr, have a look at the below page. https://zephyrdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ZFJCLOUD/pages/21757991/Installation…
-
Hi @Shindy , Yes that is possible technically, however please make sure to check for all the plugin you have installed in the source JIRA, if they do support migration. This is very important as without this validation you might end of loosing plugin specific data in the migrated instance. Here are some similar action plan…

Hi @anat zion , Looks to me to be a caching issue, Please reach out to Atlassian support and let them know. It should be an easy fix! All the best. -Bibek

@Danny Kim please consider tagging the question under server deployment type for more suggestion from people working in the same environment :)

@[deleted] You can't bulk delete the board at ones from the UI. If you want you can play around the API(on a test project) first. https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/rest/#api-boards-id-put -Bibek

Hi @pksah , Please regenerate the api keys once. After that get the payload from the Dev console which you are trying to filter ZQL.

@Regis_Kremser , Is the board set to Public? -bibek
-
Hi @LEM , Could you please let me know if you are able to see the cycle details from search test execution page, with an execution filter containing the cycle name? The below steps should work for you: 1- navigate to Administration tab. 2- Navigate to manage apps. 3- Click on Zephyr for jira -> General configuration tab.…

@niranjan happy to help!

@NinjawithPyjamas , Try this : https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/instance-health-790796828.html -Bibek

I agree with @Joe Pitt ! @niranjan have to take a call on what and how much you want to feed them and based on that you can always create your own document. You can use the same document for years unless jira does a huge change to the basic functionality from user perspective, which is highly unlikely to happen!
