Hi @Nic Brough [Adaptavist], I did this and the field can still be back door made a multiselect. If you go into the single select that has been converted from a multiselect, the chooser appears to be only a single select but you can still go in and add multiple values. The reason may be that this is not a custom field I…

OK thank you!

With that code I keep getting: groovy.lang.MissingPropertyException: No such property: property for class: com.atlassian.jira.issue.IssueImpl
-
Thanks for the answer, but I can check the resolution value no problem (I have that exact code above cfValues['Dev Resolution'].toString() != 'Fixed' ) . The problem is I need to check if there are any code commits. And yes we have script runner.

So far all my testing with IAA has worked like a champ on 7.2.2. Thanks again.

Thanks!!!

You rock. One day they will tell stories of your greatness

Huh, I do not see a way to reindex FIsheye through Cron. New question time https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/38760458
-
Worked like a champ. The re-index does take forever though. I am looking into scheduling a Saturday night re-index through a cron mechanism or something to help with this. Thanks again for your help!
-
Yes it does. I will try that. Of course there are several choice to reindex Repository Source Index Review-Revision Data Index Line Count Data Index Changeset Discussion Index Perforce Changelists I assume it is the Perforce changelist, I will give that a try! Thanks! (will come back and mark it answered if that works...)

Hi Cody, Thanks for the response, I did check there but those appear to be the crucible projects. I did check the applications links though and had nothing there. I did add them we'll see if that helps things. I believe the product is actually working as expected. From my developer: "So if the CL comment is modified later…

This would be my guess: ! (issueLinkManager.getOutwardLinks(issue.id)*.issueLinkType.name.contains('Duplicate') && issueLinkManager.getInwardLinks(issue.id)*.issueLinkType.name.contains('Duplicate') ) It works. Will leave up here for a code reference as this could be useful...

True, but I come from a past of writing web tools that are based bash scripts. It is the world I have known for 30 years, and so if the cli can create a link then I would start with that. I should really dive into the REST API and have tried, but then other priorities prohibited me from diving very far. I use script runner…

What CLI lol? Only the best plugin I have ever used. _ https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/org.swift.jira.cli/cloud/overview I like the Bob Swift plugins and their support is fantastic!
-
The solution I am going to imploy is to use the skeleton from the above which created a menu item for a web link. And then have the web-link use the CLI to create the link.
-
I have and frequently use script runner. Thanks!
-
Found this, which will have to work unless anyone else knows of any commercial plugins that would create a customized link menu item. https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/jira-platform/guides/other/tutorial-adding-menu-items-to-jira

Yes or yes I am looking to attack this any way I can.

To set a theme to a space: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/apply-a-theme-to-a-space-139535.html As far as default theme it would make no sense for a space to have a "Default" as only one theme can be applied. So the "default" applies to the site, whereas to set an individual space theme see link above. Just my two…

Support came back and stated that the product does not support this but a workaround is to simply add the statuses without any transitions to the Zephyr project. It makes the workflow a touch messy but does work, and that is the important part.

I opened this request https://support.getzephyr.com/hc/en-us/requests/13831 and also I found the question asked before and the answer was open an issue.…
-
Yes, but the option we are looking for is not even listed.

One more (though plugins were mentioned) is that you cannot use Bob's CLI OnDemand, and I use that all the time. I empty trash items that have not been accessed in a month, along with doing other things...

Found the answer I needed Fix Please delete the Zephyr for JIRA indexes manually by following the below steps. Steps- 1) Stop your JIRA server 2) Navigate to %JIRA Home%->caches->indexes. 3) Delete the JEEntity folder (this is where the Zephyr for JIRA indexes are located) 4) Start the JIRA server 5) Re index Zephyr for…

Turns out my boss likes this one the best.

I was getting the same thing Amar, and I went in and deleted the scripted field and recreated it and reindex directly afterwards. After that it works; however if the field changes you have to reindex which is not practical for us as the reindex takes quite a bit of time and resources. Cheers.

But that will create the charts in JIRA correct? My user wants to use Excel to get the data from JIRA. (Personally I believe that JIRA is a kagillion times better than excel, but that is my belief and my customer is a high level director and familiar with Excel.)
