PS also I am not "New Here" I just had to change my email. I have been part of the community for almost a decade...

You bet. The permission I had was admin. You need owner permission to install new apps in Slack. Counter intuitive in my opinion as admin should be able to add apps, but understand now.
-
Sorry about the noise but I figured it out. It was a slack permissions problem. So f you do not see the install choice only the Visit site to install. The problem most likely is that you do not have the necessary slack permissions. Here is what it looks like if you do not have the slack permissions. And clicking on the…

I should mention that the only thing close I found was to create a different channel per user and it appears only administrators can create the channel so this would have to be maintained by the admin.
-
No I am loading the .bin file but on the third try it worked! So I am good. Thanks!
-
labels != Dog OR labels is EMPTY is the correct syntax. There is no "None"
-
OK, I'm good thanks. I used Git a long time ago and am just the Atlassian admin who was asked to as a validator and so I am just asking what was asked of me. "If there's a pull request, there has to be a commit associated with it," is the answer I needed. Thanks.
-
One more question is there something that only blocks if there is a commit? The above will allow it to pass if there is just a pull request and not necessarily a commit. It does pass with a commit as well.
-
Apologies for my vagueness. I have an issue and I put the above validator into JMWE script validator in the workflow on a transition. And without any commits it allows it to transition. But that was MY mistake! So sorry. It does work. Thank you so MUCH!!!
-
That would be great, but it does work. Without any associated development panel it is not blocking the transition.
-
Thank you!

I just tried to reproduce and I cannot. This must be something with my customers local system/environment. I will have him try another browser. Now that this has been reduced to most likely an environmental issue by my customer please feel free to close this out. Thanks! Robert

Hi Petterson, I did mention this community post and provided a link in the TTK. Here is the working day config for the board. I only see that when starting a sprint so I will try to setup a dummy environment and see if I can reproduce. Thanks, Robert
-
Upon second look the middle one is slightly different as I had a request for the customer to change the default to MMM for Complete Time/Date format. But that shouldn't change it to minutes one would assume.
-
The look the same so I will open a ttk
-
You Bet! Thanks for you efforts. Here is the Time settings: The number of working hours per day is 8. The number of working days per week is 5. Time estimates will be displayed in the following format: pretty (e.g. 4 days, 4 hours, 30 minutes) The current default unit for time tracking is minute. Copying of comments to…
-
It allows pictures in the comments. It says "Estimate" but means Story Points. Very confusing
-
Hi @Petter Gonçalves I have shown the picture is there anything else you need from me? Should I open a Atlassian TTK? Thanks so much, Robert

I am not sure. We have upgraded since then. and I believe the problem went away as my user is not complaining about it, but I do not remember as it was a while back...
-
K I went in and added another context and that appears to work. Thanks so much for your time and great answers!!!
-
That is what I did and then the other projects not selected can no longer see the field. Maybe I am changing the default somehow?
-
Thanks I tried that but how do I set a different context for two different projects and the same custom field? Each field appears to be able to have only one context. When I set a context for project A, projects B and C can no longer see the field...
-
Nope.
-
Wow did not know that. Thanks!!! Works like a champ.
-
My mistake, I was looking under functions instead of validators. Been a long day :-/ Thanks for the response!
-
Oh I see behaviors can hide the entire field but not limit it to not have a certain value. So I want one of the versions (call hotfix) not available for the hotfix issue type. SO Hot fix is both a version in project A and an issue type. If we are in the issue type hotfix making affects version hotfix makes no sense but…
-
Awesome!!! Did not know about behaviors... I will give it a try and mark it answered if it works!

Hi Wim, I would think most all companies support more than just Atlassian tools, I know we do. We support Jenkins, Nagios, SharePoint, and more along with the Atlassian suite of tools. As far as upgrades they are unique to each vendor. For Atlassian we make sure and not go EOL, which is now about a yearly upgrade. Best,…

Yeah I do not think that will work. First and foremost I will not have any Quick-links to immediately have the above filtered by user/employee. The boards do have that, and are really close to what is desired. The ideal solution would be to have a standard kanban board with the columns being horizontal instead of vertical…
